Abstract

Nowadays, people often use social media, especially Instagram, to create an interesting impression for the audience. However, the content created often differs from reality. This research aims to find out how to use social media @kulinercirebon to manage impressions through Front Stage and Back Stage analysis on Instagram social media. This research uses qualitative methods with analysis that refers to Erving Goffman's Dramaturgical theory. The research results show that from the Front Stage side, the owner of the Instagram account @kulinercirebon tries to give an interesting impression of the culinary delights in Cirebon. The @kulinercirebon account displays various interesting and informative photos and videos, depicting typical Cirebon food in an appetizing way, while from the back stage, the owner of the @kulinercirebon account often responds to various questions that arise via direct messages on Instagram. Apart from that, the owner of the @kulinercirebon account also uses his social media account as a paid promotional medium for business people who want to promote the place they own. The conclusion of this research shows that the owner of the Instagram account @kulinercirebon manages his account according to his main goal, namely introducing culinary places in the Cirebon area.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the study of germ numbers in washing tools and soaking techniques in food traders in the Kelun village of Madison City. The method used in this research is descriptive, with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were all food traders in Kelun Village; the type of sample used in this research was nonprobability sampling. The results showed that a comparative study of the number of germs based on the washing technique of cutlery of food traders in Kelun Village, Madiun City, showed that traders who used washing techniques through immersion had an average number of germs of 1.33 with a percentage of 100% not meeting the requirements. This study has implications for increasing awareness and knowledge of food vendors regarding the importance of effective washing techniques to maintain the cleanliness of cutlery. This study also emphasizes the need for education and training for food vendors on more hygienic washing methods, such as the use of running water and proper drying.

Abstract

Sei Balai River, precisely in Nibung Hangus/Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency, is one of the rivers in the Bah Bolon River Area (WS). Sei Balai River has experienced flooding several times and caused landslides on the riverbanks. One of the most critical locations is in Lima Beras Village, Nibung Hangus/Tanjung Tiram District, Batu Bara Regency, which has damaged the riverbanks which are feared that if not handled early, it may result in the breaking of community access roads in the mobilization and demobilization of agricultural and plantation products in the village. Based on the results of the geotechnical investigation, it was concluded that the Bearing Capacity Value of the Shallow Foundation Permit from the qc Data was obtained at No. Test. S - 1, with a depth of 5 meters, the permitted bearing capacity (Qi) was 3.8 (Ton / m2) with a square foundation width B = 1 m and No. Test. S – 2, with a depth of 5 meters, the permissible bearing capacity (Qi) is 4.53 (Ton/m2) B = 1 m

Abstract

Educational management in the three southern border provinces must be arranged following the context of a multicultural society with diversity from other regions of Thailand Because people in the three southern border provinces have different language education from other provinces in Thailand, such as Malay and Arabic, etc. Therefore, this article is essential to those involved in sharing. Find the direction of educational management in the three southern border provinces and educational opportunities that people in the area should receive, both domestically and internationally. The quality of Education in the multicultural society in the three southern border provinces consists of academic achievements according to the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, including people who graduated from abroad can compare their qualifications to work in Thailand. Desirable characteristics and skills in a multicultural society, including education policy in the area with details of Good Governance involved because some people in the area can study abroad. In this regard, one of the elements that are important in the development of sustainable and long-term quality Education in the three southern border provinces is parental participation in education management. Therefore, those involved in education management in the three southern border provinces should seriously and continuously develop the quality of Education there.

Abstract

This article has the aim of providing a theoretical review of the role of Citizenship Education in the formation of a democratic society through the views or perspective of Prof. Dr. Udin Sarifudin Winataputra, M.A., This research tries to build and obtain results from the theoretical and empirical foundations of Citizenship Education both among the public as well as students and teachers in the world of education, which aims to be able to develop a concept of the role of Citizenship Education in forming a democratic society. In this article, it can be concluded that Citizenship Education has three main roles or functions in the formation of a democratic society, namely developing civic intelligence, cultivating civic responsibility, and encouraging citizen participation both among the community and among education. The three functions or roles of civics education are also in line with the three components of civics education, namely citizenship knowledge, civic values and attitudes, and citizenship skills.

Abstract

Factors that determine the success of influencer marketing focusing on TikTok social network users This study examines the influence of influencer account characteristics (Perceived Originality Perceived Quantity, Perceived Quality), through Hedonic Experience, Opinion Leadership and Perceived Aesthetics and how this impacts their intention to Intention to Follow The Advice, if users feel that the content presented by an influencer is originality and has a large variety of content, they will tend to view the influencer as opinion leadership and, as a result are likely to follow the advice and recommendations of the influencer. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of influencer marketing success on TikTok and identify the characteristics that are most effective in attracting users on TikTok. This study was designed using purposive sampling method involving TikToker users and followers across Indonesia. quantitative research using partial least squares path modeling method (PLS-SEM). Some of the findings in this study are that there is no significant relationship between perceived aesthetics and intention to follow the advice and perceived originality has an indirect effect on opinion leadership. The managerial implication of this research for industry practitioners and researchers is that companies can design more targeted and effective marketing campaigns by understanding how perceived originality, quantity, and quality factors affect intention to follow the advice through hedonic experience. A thorough analysis with user preferences and an opportunity to build stronger and sustainable partnerships with the company's influencers and expand the reach of their campaigns, increasing the company's brand awareness.

Abstract

Turnover intention is becoming an increasingly important issue in the world of work in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work engagement, and job insecurity as mediating roles on turnover intention. The data used is primary data sourced from a questionnaire in Google Form which was distributed to Millennial and Z generation employees who work in East Jakarta construction companies. This research was designed using a purposeful sampling method involving 303 respondents with permanent employee status. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results in this research prove that transformational leadership and work engagement have a negative influence on turnover intention. Job insecurity can partially mediate between transformational leadership and work engagement on turnover intention. The implications of these findings are the development of motivating leadership, increasing work engagement, and effective management of job insecurity to reduce the intention of Millennial and Generation Z employees to leave the company.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of endorsements, online promotions on social media and word of mouth on buying interest in culinary businesses in the city of Palembang. The number of samples used in this study was as many as 125 respondents who were included in the sample with a homogeneous population type or the entire population in the same area by purchasing products of the same type or brand using the purposive sampling method. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that endorsement, online promotion on social media and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. Endorsement, it is hoped that you can choose a foodvlooger who has a good image in the community, has quite a lot of followers on social media, a way to do food reviews that attract consumer interest. Promotions, it is hoped that MSMEs often provide promo prices by collaborating with several merchants such as e-wallets or banks that often provide discounts. Word of mouth, it is hoped that MSME culinary business actors in the city of Palembang can take advantage of the role of social media in promotional events.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of workload and work environment on organizational commitment to non-permanent employees of BNI Palembang branch office. The population used in this study is all non-permanent employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Palembang Branch Office in 2024 as many as 108 employees. The number of respondents in this study is all non-permanent employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Palembang Branch Office in 2024 as many as 108 employees spread across 16 Sub-Branch Offices and 1 Main Branch Office and all of them are the number of respondents in this study. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that workload and work environment have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Workload, is expected to provide time with appropriate working hours for employees. The work environment, it is expected that the company's management, especially the superiors at each branch office, will be more sensitive to the relationships established between fellow employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tangible, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, empathy on customer satisfaction as well as the effect of relationship and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of gas stations self-service during the covid 19 pandemic. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed online. Respondents from this study were customers of gas stations self-service in Bekasi, amounting to 150 samples. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SPSS v13 and AMOS v20 tools. The results showed that the variables of reliability, assurance and responsiveness had an effect on customer satisfaction with gas stations, self-service but variables had tangible and empathy no effect on customer satisfaction, while the variables of customer satisfaction and relationship had an effect on customer loyalty with a system self-service.
