Abstract

Due to the effects of COVID-19 on the educational landscape, teachers and students are competing with one another to use online learning. The goal of this volunteer work is to educate 13 teachers at Harapan Ibu Pondok Pinang Islamic Middle School on how to boost teacher creativity using a Moodle-based LMS. Preliminary research, outreach, training, and assessment are the strategies employed. The teachers were able to learn more creatively thanks to the LMS as a result. This practice supports educators' ongoing efforts to develop inventive and imaginative instructional resources. With the help of this training, teachers should be able to use Moodle-based LMS to improve their teaching inventiveness and continue to mentor students both offline and online through Moodle-based LMS.

Abstract

There are many provisions that must be carried out for a Muslim in doing business. The provisions that have been stipulated in the Qur'an and hadith, which make Muslims obey the teachings of Islam, besides that the provisions also bring benefits to the benefit of human life. In practice, sharia transactions are free from elements of usury, gharar, and maysir. To avoid these things, a contract is made that underlies the transaction so that it is safer and does not harm both parties. The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the comprehensive and integrative understanding of students majoring in accounting at SMK Satria Jakarta regarding contracts in Islamic financial transactions. This activity is also in line with government programs to increase Sharia transactions which will contribute to the National economy.  This activity is carried out by conducting socialization of Islamic financial transaction contracts through a virtual room in the zoom application. With this training, students gained additional knowledge about Islamic financial transaction contracts and the participants were satisfied with the material that was socialized.

Abstract

In Indonesia Risoles Mayonnaise is served as a snack, but in its native country, France, Risoles are consumed as the main food. Risoles Mayonnaise, a processed product from ”Risol Mayo Dinta” is a home industry product that was founded in 2020. In this digital period, conventional marketing is considered to be not optimal and not developing in the business world. An effort to get and keep consumers is the main thing to be realized in the business world which is increasingly competitive. Therefore, in solving this problem, a digital-based marketing strategy is carried out which can optimize sales of Risol Mayo Dinta. Digital marketing is in the form of a marketplace application with methods that can be applied consisting of three levels, namely analysis, creating an online marketplace, and implementation. Digital marketing suggested as a solution can make it easier for Risol Mayo Dinta to implement its digital marketing strategy. Also, if Risol Mayo Dinta continues to implement digital marketing that is built consistently and stably, of course it can optimize digital-based technology, sales will soar, and affect the profits to be obtained.

Abstract

In learning English, speaking ability is essential aspect, especially for teachers, especially pronunciation. Implementation in the classroom, the teacher is expected to be a good facilitator and motivator with the hope that later students will have the ability to communicate smoothly and their enthusiasm for learning will continue to increase. One teaching method that can be applied is Communicative Language Teaching (CLT). The purpose of this research to increase the teacher's motivation, creativity, exploration of the teacher's English communication skills. Besides that, through this teaching method it is hoped that it can add new experiences for teachers. This research is classroom action research conducted at the Daar El-Nayl Cilebut Islamic Boarding School, Bogor. There are a total of 4 teachers, they are the objects in this study. Data collection was carried out by observing and recording the value of each research stage. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the ability to communicate in the pronunciation of English vocabulary which could be seen from the increase in the average score.

Digital marketing is one of the marketing strategies that utilize the internet and information technology to increase reach or impressions. Digital marketing can be said to be able to help suppliers establish relationships with customers to increase a sense of customer loyalty. Digital marketing is often used by several companies. In addition, digital marketing has Another factor that influences customer loyalty is customer satisfaction. Therefore maintaining old customers is maintaining customer loyalty or a sense of trust. An era that is growing rapidly than from that the "Corndog.an" business uses digital marketing as a marketing medium.

Abstract

Posyandu is a community-based integrated health service. To reduce the rate of malnutrition, this government system tracks the development and nutritional health of toddlers. The Posyandu program was carried out in Lalung, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java by Group 109 of KKN UNS. This program involved local health workers, Posyandu’s volunteers, and was assisted by KKN students that were attended by the parents and their toddlers. The services offered included monitoring of weight, height, arm and head circumference measurements, growth and development evaluation and counseling, distribution of vitamin A, and provision of child nutrition. This community service program aimed to monitor children's growth and development and prevent stunting. The method used in this program was direct counseling and distribution of leaflets on the importance of child nutrition for parents of babies and toddlers. The findings showed that parents and kids both had a good understanding of how to provide for a child's nutritional needs and how to prevent stunting. The outcomes of this Posyandu program have a positive impact on the community and are beneficial to monitor the growth of toddlers and prevent stunting. This result of the program is expected to make the parents of toddlers consistently participate in monthly Posyandu activities and fulfill their child's nutrition properly in hopes that stunting can be prevented.

Abstract

Technological developments make digital marketing superior for increasing the sales of a business. The "Jajan Burger" business tries to take advantage of this opportunity to expand its market share. The purpose of this article is to find out how to implement or apply Gojek digital marketing applications to small and medium businesses "Jajan Burger". The method used is in the form of preparation before starting a business, implementing digital marketing, and evaluating. The result of this research is that digital marketing can make sales prospects for "Jajan Burger" increase and be better known by many people.

Abstract

Basirsa type coffee which is a typical coffee of Wates Village, Jenangan District, has great potential to be developed into processed products that have more high economic value. Therefore, this study aims to determine the appropriate development strategy for processed Basirsa coffee products to be applied in Wates Village, Jenangan District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that there are several factors that need to be considered in the development of processed Basirsa coffee products, namely the selection of quality raw materials, the selection of the right processing technology, attractive and environmentally friendly product packaging, as well as an effective and efficient marketing strategy. In developing processed Basirsa coffee products, good cooperation is needed between coffee farmers, coffee processors and other related parties, as well as support from the local government.

Abstract

Motivation is one of the most important factors in influencing learning and learning outcomes for students at the kindergarten, elementary and junior high school levels.  However, in learning activities, it turns out that there are still students who are less active in participating in learning during the lesson.  Students or students still look lazy to learn.  Students also do not show their expressions that are happy and not enthusiastic in following ongoing learning.  Their attention is more focused on something that is opposite them than their learning tasks such as playing games in class and others. Learning motivation has a positive relationship with the learning outcomes of a subject. Thus, learning motivation contributes greatly to the achievement of student learning outcomes. Therefore, teachers must have the ability: (First) encourage learning motivation, (Second) directing learning motivation to achieve goals in achieving the learning outcomes of a subject, and (Third) strengthen learning motivation in order to ensure the consistency of students learning actions.

Abstract

Education is a real effort to facilitate other individuals in achieving independence and mental maturity so that they can survive in the competition of life. In educational activities, students are targets (objects) and at the same time as educational subjects. In Tilaar's perspective, multicultural education originated from the development of the idea of "interculturalism" after World War II. The emergence of the idea and awareness of "interculturalism" is related to developments in international politics concerning human rights, independence from colonialism and discrimination. Along with the progress of the development of Information Technology, globalization is also becoming increasingly rapid. As it is known that globalization has brought many foreign cultures to Indonesia. Information Technology sometimes unwittingly changes its function to become a foreign cultural tool.
