Abstract

This study aims to deeply understand the role of pricing ethics on consumer satisfaction in homestay services, with a case study focus on Homestay Delila on Jl. Sunan Drajat, Kediri. Using a qualitative approach, this study seeks to explore the perspectives and experiences of consumers and homestay owners regarding pricing practices that are considered ethical and their impact on satisfaction levels. The concept of price and consumer satisfaction serves as the theoretical basis for analyzing data collected through in-depth interviews and observations. The results of the study provide a comprehensive picture of how transparency, fairness, and honesty in pricing affect perceptions of value and ultimately shape homestay consumer satisfaction. The practical implications of this study are useful for homestay business actors to develop more ethical pricing strategies to increase consumer loyalty and recommendations.

Abstract

Curriculum implementation in education units is a must. The school curriculum must be diversified with existing government student programs. This aims to harmonize with the applicable laws. As currently the Indonesian state curriculum is an independent curriculum, where existing schools are required to implement this curriculum, and leave the previous curriculum, namely the 2013 curriculum. As in SMA Negeri 2 Pare Kediri, this school has implemented an independent curriculum and abandoned the 2013 curriculum, the 2013 curriculum was applied last to graduates in 2024. The purpose of this study is to describe the process of changing the independent curriculum as a complement to the 2013 curriculum for students at SMA Negeri 2 Pare Kediri. This research uses a descriptive analysis method using a qualitative approach. Researchers collected data through interview techniques, observation and literature study to complement the statements from the interview results. The results of the study found that there were changes during the implementation of the independent curriculum on the students. The transition from the 2013 curriculum to the independent curriculum did not experience many obstacles because the students were more enthusiastic in the learning process and the teachers were also enthusiastic in attending teacher special education.

Abstract

Radikalisme dan intoleransi di lingkungan pendidikan menjadi tantangan yang signifikan dalam membangun masyarakat yang harmonis dan inklusif. Pendidikan dasar memegang peran strategis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai toleransi sejak dini guna mencegah radikalisme di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kurikulum inklusif dalam menanamkan nilai toleransi dan anti-radikalisme di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi pembelajaran, peran guru, serta tantangan dalam penerapan kurikulum inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum inklusif berhasil meningkatkan sikap saling menghormati di antara siswa, mengurangi stereotip negatif, serta meningkatkan interaksi sosial yang harmonis. Guru memiliki peran sentral dalam membentuk lingkungan belajar yang inklusif melalui metode pembelajaran berbasis diskusi, studi kasus, serta pendidikan multikultural. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kurangnya pelatihan guru, serta resistensi dari sebagian masyarakat masih menjadi kendala utama dalam implementasi kurikulum inklusif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penguatan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif melalui pelatihan guru yang lebih intensif, penyediaan fasilitas pendukung, serta kolaborasi antara sekolah, keluarga, dan komunitas untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang inklusif dan toleran. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif, kurikulum inklusif dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam membentuk generasi muda yang lebih toleran dan terbebas dari pengaruh radikalisme.

Abstract

At MI Atta'awun, the practice of Dhuha prayer is held twice a week and dhuhur, on Mondays and Thursdays, in the mosque. Additionally, congregational Dhuha prayers are also conducted in classrooms, using a rotating leadership system among the students. The objective is to instill independence and the ability to correctly recite the Dhuha prayer from an early age. As part of this habit-forming process, students from grades 4 to 6 regularly record their Dhuha prayer performance in journals. The selection of the imam is entrusted to the students, using a rotation system based on seating order or attendance list. This system ensures that each student has the opportunity to lead the prayer and prepare themselves accordingly. The Dhuha prayer is performed separately in each classroom, led by a pre-scheduled student.

Abstract

It is the result of literature research that collects data from books, journals, and articles that discuss marketing from an Islamic economic point of view. The data collected were examined qualitatively descriptively. In the economic system, marketing, also known as marketing, is an important component that must be considered and done to achieve product sales targets in the hope that the business can achieve success. Some market players ignore marketing ethics to achieve business targets. In Islam, the Prophet has taught sharia business ethics, including marketing, through his nature called SAFT, which stands for "shiddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh." In addition, people working in the field of marketing must pay attention to the ethical principles of Rabbani, Akhlaqiyyah, Realistic, and Humanistic. Marketing is prohibited in Islam, so no marketing harms people, especially customers and business partners

Abstract

This research is to explain the relationship between the ijtihad process and the ethical values ​​that a mujtahid must have, including aspects of the discussion of ijtihad in ushul fiqh, and outlining the ethical principles that a mujtahid must have. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach that is library-based, data sources are collected from journals, books and other supporting materials that discuss ijtihad in ushul fiqh. Ijtihad plays an important role in the development of Islamic law, especially in facing the transformations that occur in technology, social, and culture as well as globalization. By using ijtihad, Islamic teachings remain relevant throughout time and can answer various questions that arise in the current era. However, ijtihad also has limitations; it must be carried out by people who qualify as mujtahid and must not conflict with the basic principles of Islamic teachings. To achieve broader results and in accordance with the needs of the community, ijtihad is currently carried out not only individually but also collectively through fatwa institutions. In conclusion, ijtihad functions as an important link between classical Islamic literature and contemporary conditions. Ethics are also an important foundation in ijtihad, because a mujtahid must be ethical for the sake of welfare, justice, and honesty for the benefit of all.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memjelaskan arus Globalisasi terhadap penyebaran hadis palsu di media sosial. Hadis merupakan salah satu sumber utama hukum Islam yang berfungsi sebagai pedoman dalam menjalankan kehidupan beragama dan bermoral bagi umat Muslim. Namun, di era globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi digital, penyebaran hadis palsu melalui media sosial menjadi fenomena yang mengkhawatirkan. Hadis palsu, yang sering kali dimanipulasi atau dikemas secara menarik, dapat menyebar dengan cepat dan luas, memengaruhi pemahaman agama serta menimbulkan perpecahan di tengah umat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kurangnya literasi keagamaan, lemahnya verifikasi informasi, serta penyalahgunaan media sosial menjadi penyebab utama. Untuk itu, diperlukan upaya strategis seperti peningkatan pendidikan keagamaan, peran aktif ulama, penggunaan teknologi verifikasi berbasis digital, kolaborasi dengan platform media sosial, penegakan hukum yang tegas, serta dukungan terhadap riset dan inovasi. Langkah-langkah tersebut diharapkan mampu membendung penyebaran hadis palsu dan menjaga integritas ajaran Islam di era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab penyebaran hadis palsu, dampaknya terhadap masyarakat, serta solusi dalam menanggulanginya. Kesimpulannya penyebaran hadis palsu ini memengaruhi pemahaman agama umat Islam. Ketidakmampuan untuk membedakan hadis shahih dari palsu dapat menyesatkan orang, mengganggu akidah mereka, dan mengarah pada praktik keagamaan yang salah. Maka demikian perlu dilakukan upaya strategis dan menyeluruh yang diperlukan untuk mengatasi masalah ini.

Abstract

Islamic education resource management is an important aspect in achieving the goal of quality education, which not only focuses on increasing knowledge, but also on the formation of a generation of faith, knowledge and morals. The purpose of this study is to describe the challenges faced and managerial strategies that can be applied in managing Islamic education resources. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through literature studies, interviews, and observations of management practices in Islamic educational institutions. The results show that Islamic education resource management faces various challenges, such as limited resources, lack of infrastructure, and the quality of human resources that still need to be improved. To overcome these challenges, this study proposes several strategies, including strategic planning, human resource development, material and financial resource management, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. In its implementation, the role of the government and Islamic education institutions is very important to improve the quality of management and provide adequate facilities. With the implementation of appropriate strategies, efficient management of Islamic education resources can help achieve optimal Islamic education goals.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the scope and key components that define the field of Islamic education management We can see that management is. an ability or skill of activities that include arrangement, and institutions designed to facilitate the achievement of educational objectives with optimal effectiveness and efficiency.Proper management planning will result in a smooth running process. Educational management is directed toward shaping students' personalities in alignment with educational objectives, focusing on both the development and enhancement of learners according to established educational goals. This article aims to analyze and elaborate on the scope of Islamic education management. The study adopts a literature review approach to gather data, relying on the examination and analysis of various factual and credible reference sources in the form of qualitative data obtained from multiple scholarly articles.

Abstract

Education is the main pillar in the development of a nation. To achieve the goal of quality education, effective and efficient management is required. School management includes a series of activities such as planning, organizing, implementing and controlling educational resources to achieve predetermined goals. Similarly, madrasah as an Islamic educational institution has special characteristics that combine general and religious knowledge. The implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) or Madrasah-Based Management (MBM) is an important strategy in decentralizing education. Therefore, an in-depth study of school and madrasah management is needed to identify existing problems and formulate appropriate solutions to improve the quality of education in Indonesia
