This research constitutes a two-cycle School Action Research involving 29 teachers at SMAN 1 Jawilan, Serang, Banten. Employing data collection methods such as observation, field notes, and documentation, coupled with a comprehensive analysis utilizing both descriptive qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study aimed to discern the impact of academic supervision on teachers' pedagogic competency in developing differentiated learning strategies. The data analysis demonstrated a discernible progression in pedagogic competency scores over the cycles. In the pre-cycle, scores were recorded at 44.17 with an average of 1.52, which subsequently increased to 65.44 with an average of 2.26 in cycle 1, and further elevated to 77.43 with an average of 2.67 in cycle 2. Similarly, an analogous advancement was observed in teachers' pedagogical competency scores for differentiated learning against predetermined standards, ascending from 38% in the pre-cycle to 69% in cycle 1, culminating in 97% in cycle 2. These findings substantiate the assertion that academic supervision plays a pivotal role in augmenting teachers' pedagogical competence, particularly in the context of developing differentiated learning methodologies.

Technology integration transformed English learning, innovating tools and platforms that change educational dynamics. Among various digital platforms, YouTube emerges as a versatile global resource with extensive content for English learning. However, simply providing access to YouTube does not guarantee effective, safe use or learning. This phenomenological study explores the lived experiences of students in the English Language Education Study Program at Sanata Dharma University using YouTube to learn English. Students' lived experiences shown through their beliefs, feelings, actions, and decision-making on YouTube. This research examined how students practice digital literacy while learning English on YouTube and how these practices give meaning to their learning. Findings revealed experiences like evaluating video trustworthiness, collaborating with fellow YouTubers, creating videos, addressing safety and privacy concerns, and applying videos creatively for personalized language goals significantly impacted their learning. Students expressed positive attitudes about these digital literacy practices, emphasizing the benefits of self-paced access to authentic English resources. This study provides insight into how students leverage digital platforms like YouTube for language learning through critical digital literacy practices. The findings suggest implications for educators seeking to train students in determining credible information for learning through digital platforms, as this issue gained substansial participants’ attention.

Bullying has begun to occur in schools in big cities and in remote villages. However, many students do not yet realize whether they have experienced bullying or are even the perpetrators of bullying. This development aims to produce guidance and counseling information services that contain material regarding bullying using Google Sites and fulfill the elements of conceptual, theoretical and practical feasibility. Apart from that, this development is also expected to provide an overview of the creation of information media about bullying, as well as assessing the usefulness of the media for students. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model adapts the ADDIE concept, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. To assess the validity of this product, a feasibility test was carried out on experts, a media expert feasibility test obtained a percentage of 85.56% and a material expert feasibility test obtained a percentage of 92.5% and a product trial on teachers obtained a result of 83.52% and a product trial on the student got a result of 81.25%. Thus, it can be concluded that this media is suitable for use as an information service for guidance and counseling on bullying.

The usage of multiple learning approaches from the remains of the 2013 curriculum cannot be abandoned, especially in the period of Merdeka curriculum. This study builds teacher activities on integrated learning approaches, specifically in Indonesian language acquisition with short story writing material. The relevance of utilizing this model is considered as biased and not in line with the features of learning in the current period. The goal of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of using an integrated learning in the Merdeka curriculum era. This research is revealed using a qualitative descriptive strategy. In the Merdeka curriculum age, the utilization of an integrated learning strategy for short story writing content is still relevant and aligned with student product objectives. Furthermore, the integrated learning model used by the instructor is effective and efficient, as indicated by the preparation for the organized learning evaluation and alignment with the learning objectives. It should be a source of worry and adaptation for other Indonesian language instructors who wish to continue working with integrated learning models that have the features of learning models in the Merdeka curriculum period.
