Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the indicators in the Religiosity Factor (X1), Profit Sharing (X2), Location (X3), Product (X4), Trust (X5) and interest in saving iB Hijrah Haji savings customers (Y) at Bank Muamalat Sub-Branch Offices Whether the roof tile is still consistent with these variables or not after conducting research using the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) method. This type of research uses quantitative research with an ex-post facto approach. Results and conclusions of indicators that are consistent and have high factor loading values: religiosity factor (X1) with indicators of knowledge (intellectual), profit sharing factor (X2) with family indicators, location factor (X3) with indicators close to housing, product factors (X4 ) with product aesthetic indicators, trust factor (X5) with benevolence indicators, and interest (Y) with explorative indicators.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurs to female traders in the Kalisat market is financial knowledge where traders in the Kalisat market do not understand how to manage finances properly even though the proceeds from their sales are set aside to be saved every day. The researcher intends to measure the financial management behavior of female traders in the Kalisat market, Jember district by raising variables regarding financial management which refer to financial knowledge, income, financial attitude, personality and financial management behavior. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form. The population measurement was conducted by interviewing the head of the market management and the results obtained were 1,520 female traders. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the results obtained were 320 respondents with the criteria of being female, aged over 17 years and trading for more than 5 years. The method is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression tests. The results of the study stated that the financial management behavior of female traders in the Kalisat market in Jember district was positively and significantly influenced by the variables of financial knowledge, income, financial attitudes, and personality.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational Efficiency (OEOI), Credit Risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) partially on Profitability (ROA), (2) to determine the effect of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) simultaneously on Profitability (ROA), and (3) to determine which of the effect of Capital Adequacy Levels (CAR), Operational efficiency (OEOI), Credit risk (NPF) and Liquidity (FDR) has the most influence on Profitability (ROA) in Islamic banking registered with the OJK for the period 2015-2019. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The result of research is multiple linear regression equation Y = 21,756 + 0,11X1 - 0,349X2 + 0,507X3 + 0,117X4 + e. Partially CAR has no significant effect on the ROA, OEOI has a significant negative effect on the ROA, NPF and FDR has a significant positive effect on the ROA. Simultaneously CAR, OEOI, NPF and FDR partially to ROA. The most dominant variable in this research is OEOI with value -13,352. The predictive ability of these variables on ROA in this study was 89,1%, while the remaining 10,9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of locus of control, competence, and communication on employee performance at UPTDK Haji Hospital Medan. The methodology used is a quantitative approach with a simple random sampling technique, collecting data from 95 nurses. Data collection was carried out using SmartPLS version 4 and analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings of this research indicate that locus of control, competence, and communication have a significant positive influence on employee performance. Furthermore, it was found that competence acts as a mediator in the relationship between locus of control and performance, which indicates partial mediation. In an organizational context, optimal employee performance is an indication of success, which is highly dependent on the management and development of human resources, where locus of control, competence and communication play an important role in improving performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh Suasana Toko (Store Atmosphere) dan Iklan Instagram terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di Kafe Kopi Kuni di Medan. Dilakukan di Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara, penelitian ini melibatkan populasi 61.877 pengunjung Kopi Kuni dari tahun 2021 hingga 2023, dengan sampel 130 responden yang dipilih melalui metode Non-Probability Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 27, didahului oleh uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Suasana Toko dan Iklan Instagram berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dengan koefisien determinasi 0,320, menjelaskan 32% variasi dalam Keputusan Pembelian. Sisanya 68% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor di luar model penelitian, mengindikasikan peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Kafe Kopi Kuni.

Abstract

The development of the fashion industry is undergoing a rapid increase, even fashion trends can change every monthly period. Existing information technologies are becoming a means of conveying information about changes in current fashion trends, which can influence different points of view and opinions about dressing in appearance. Everyone has a different lifestyle or distinctive features of each in appearance. The existence of Thrift shopping is one of the alternative ways of the fashion world through the purchase of used clothes. The emergence of this second-hand item, becomes an opportunity for teenagers who want to remain fashionable but at a minimum price, so that it is accessible to teenagers. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach to prove the existing hypothesis regarding the influence of Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty on thrift shopping purchase decisions in students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Based on the results of the F (simultaneous) Test study, which showed a significant value of 0.000 is below 5%. This means that Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty influence students to behave thrift shopping in students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University. Test t (partial), Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty had a positive and significant effect on thrift shopping purchase decisions in students at Abdurachman Saleh Situbondo University.

Abstract

Coastal areas are often seen as marginalized areas, tending to be the focus of poverty. In East Java, coastal areas experience poverty rates 9-10% higher than the average for other regions. This research aims to analyze factors such as economic growth, labor force participation, human development, and access to clean water that influence poverty in the coastal region of East Java, as well as designing poverty reduction scenarios using a dynamic systems approach. The analysis method uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach, including regression analysis using Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) and System Dynamics. Panel data from 22 districts/cities in the coastal region of East Java from 2013 to 2022 were used in this research. The results of the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) test show that GDP per capita has a negative and significant impact on poverty in the coastal region of East Java. The labor force participation rate and regional spending have a positive but not significant influence. The Human Development Index influences poverty negatively and significantly, while access to clean water influences it positively and significantly. Dynamic system simulations show that by involving several variables simultaneously with the assumption that each increase in GRDP per capita is 4% and TPAK, HDI, and AAB is 1 percent, there will be a decrease in the number of poor people in the coastal areas of East Java Province by 1 percent.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition in the business world is increasingly fierce. This is a demand for every company to be able to maximize its company's performance in order to be able to compete in the market. Currently, many clothing shops have sprung up in Jember Regency, PMU Abadi Clothing is one of them. The competition that occurs requires companies to provide the best for their consumers, for example improving service quality, product quality and lifestyle. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, lifestyle and product quality on consumer satisfaction at PMU Abadi Clothing in Silo District, Jember Regency. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis methods with the population used to consume PMU Abadi Clothing with a sample size of 96 people. This research shows that service quality, lifestyle and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with PMU Abadi Clothing.

Abstract

In today’s global competitiveness, workplaces need innovative and productive employees. To achieve high productivity, it is necessary to increase performance. This research aims to analyze and test the influence of work motivation, organizational commitment, and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population in this study were civil servants in the Prajekan District. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling. Data analysis and hypothesis testing in this research used the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).. The results of direct influence hypothesis testing using the Smart PLS 3.0 application showed that work motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment had a significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline had a significant effect on Job satisfaction, work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance. The indirect influence hypothesis test results showed that the work motivation variable on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect, and organizational commitment on employee performance through job satisfaction had a positive but insignificant effect. Work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction had a significant positive effect.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh inovasi produk, brand image, dan desain terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor vario di Kecamatan Ambulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat pengguna sepeda motor vario 125 di Kecamatan Ambulu dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling dimana sampel dipilih ketika bertemu dengan peniliti saat penelitian atau pengambilan sampel yang dapat dilakukan sewaktu-waktu sampai jumlah sampel terpenuhi. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer melaui kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi poduk secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor vario di Kecamatan Ambulu. Brand image secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor vario di Kecamatan Ambulu. Desain secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sepeda motor vario di Kecamatan Ambulu.
