Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether customer satisfaction at the Asido Khas Batak Restaurant on Jalan Terompet Bunga No. 16 Medan City is influenced by facilities and service quality. A total of 31,416 people constituted the population of this study, which used a quantitative approach. Using nonprobability sampling, a sample of 100 respondents who met the predetermined criteria was collected. Validity, reliability and classical assumption tests were used to test the data before the t test, F test and coefficient of determination were used in the research data collection method. Customer satisfaction is proven to be significantly influenced by facilities and service quality. Customer satisfaction is greatly influenced by facilities and service quality simultaneously. Service and facility quality variables can influence customer satisfaction by 63.6%, according to the adjusted coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.636, with other variables outside the scope of this research model determining the remaining 36.4%. This indicates that the reasons behind customer happiness may still be caused by other factors.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have an important role in the country's economic movement. Moreover, in the current era, the MSME population is 65.64 million people and is predicted to increase every year. MSMEs experience many obstacles, such as during the pandemic, competition and financial problems. In terms of financial matters, there are still many MSMEs who do not keep accounting records. Lack of knowledge about accounting hinders business management, making it difficult for them to decide which policies to implement. Many entrepreneurs don't understand bookkeeping, which makes accounting decision making difficult. To encourage MSMEs to use accounting, it is necessary to start by fighting the MSMEs themselves. Financial reports are very important for businesses because they can provide relevant and accurate decision making information. Well-prepared financial reports can assist in making strategic decisions and provide a clear picture of a company's financial performance. However, in practice, many challenges arise when preparing financial reports. This research was conducted in Jember Regency with a population of 219 MSMEs and a sample size of 24 MSMEs. The results of this research are that simultaneously training in preparing financial reports (X) has no effect on the perception of ease of implementation of accounting (Y1) and at the same time the benefits of accounting information (Y2).

Abstract

Consumer interest in online shopping has become increasingly crucial. The accessibility and security offered by e-commerce platforms have attracted consumer interest. The objective of this research is to examine the role of trust in mediating the influence of digital marketing and live streaming on purchase intention. The research employs a quantitative method by surveying 140 TiktokShop users in Situbondo. Data analysis utilizes Partial Least Square (PLS) conducted through the SmartPLS program. The results indicate that digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on trust, live streaming has a positive and significant influence on trust, digital marketing has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, live streaming has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, trust has a positive and significant influence on purchase intention, and trust as an intervening variable contributes to mediating the relationship between digital marketing and purchase intention. Furthermore, trust as an intervening variable also contributes to mediating the relationship between live streaming and consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This study was conducted at CV Al-Maidah in Jember, aiming to assess the impact of variables such as Customer Satisfaction (X1), Employee Empowerment (X2),1Continuous Quality Improvement (X3), and1Management Based on Facts (X4) on Operational Performance (Y). Data collection took place in December 2023, involving 82 employees of CV Al-Maidah through a saturated sample method. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design, utilizing data from surveys, observations, and secondary sources related to CV Al-Maidah. The analysis of the data reveals that all four independent variables significantly influence Operational Performance. Customer Satisfaction, Employee1Empowerment, and Continuous Quality Improvement exhibit positive effects, while Fact-Based Management demonstrates a negative impact. Classical assumption tests affirm that the data is normally distributed and free from multicollinearity1and1heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination indicate that, collectively, the independent variables explain 78% of the variance observed in Operational Performance.

Abstract

An accounting information system is a system that provides accounting and financial information along with other information obtained from routine accounting transaction processes. The information produced by the accounting information system includes, among other things, information regarding sales orders, cash receipts, purchase orders, payments and payroll. Based on analyzing the system running at the Mie Sakera Caban Lake Toba Jember business and looking at the existing problems, it is necessary to create a Web-based or computer-based Product Sales Information System, namely a system which helps the operational sales process in a systematic manner starting from inventory data and sales data which has been carried out automatically by the user so as to produce output in the form of information that is useful for the owner. This system must be designed so that it can access data easily, in a comprehensive system starting from inventory data, sales data as well as simplifying the product sales process with extensive promotions and an effective and efficient reporting process by integrating data through a database.

Abstract

Confirming the gender pay gap among Indonesian manufacturing workers is the aim of this research. By using a data collection approach based on reviews, reading sources, and analysis of various references, including books, national journals, international journals, and related articles, the research method used is descriptive qualitative. Despite laws prohibiting gender discrimination in the workplace, research findings show that women are still often paid less than men. The implication of this research is that greater efforts are needed to reduce the gender wage gap in the manufacturing sector. Companies need to improve provisions governing protection, wages and welfare as part of their management, as well as ensure that promotion processes and project assignments are based on individual qualifications, performance and potential, not gender preferences or bias, to achieve better gender equality in manufacturing work environment.

Abstract

Calculation of the cost of production is an important part of Small and Medium Industries because it really helps the industry explain how to determine the selling price of products. The product of this research is shredded milkfish from IKM D'Pore Meme. This research uses a qualitative approach. The data used is primary data. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a difference in the calculation of the cost of production at IKM D'Pore Meme and the calculation of the cost of production using the Full Costing method.

Abstract

The aim of this study to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price variables partially on the variable buying interest of electric motorcycle on dealer CV Jaya Terang in Situbondo, to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price variables simultaneously on variables interest in buying electric motorcycle on dealer CV Jaya Terang in Situbondo, to adhere to the influence of product quality, service quality and price variables that have a dominant influence on the interest of buying electric motorcycle on dealer CV Jaya Terang in Situbondo. The method used is quantitative. The results of the study are multiple linear regression equation Y = -1,104E-16 + 0,373X1 + 0,261X2 + 0,305X3 + e. Partially, product quality has a positive effect with tcount 4,112> ttable 1,985 sig value 0,000<0,05, service quality shows tcount value 3,479> ttable 1,985 sig value 0,001 <0,05, price indicates ttest value 3,420> ttable 1,985 sig value 0,001 <0,05. Simultaneously the product quality, service quality and price affect buying interest with a value of Fcount 31,509> Ftable 2,70. The most influential dominant variable in this study is product quality with a value of 4,112 greater than the service quality variable (X2) and the price variable (X3). Based on the coefficient of determination shows a value of 0,501 of the results means that all independent variables have a contribution of 50,1% to the dependent variable that has sufficient influence and the remaining 49,9% is influenced by other factors not included in the study.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the right marketing strategy to increase sales at Maxx Design Jember. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research. The sampling technique used Non Probability Sampling totaling 115 samples. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use SWOT and QSPM analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that in the Cartesian SWOT diagram, Maxx Design Jember is at the coordinate point S;T = 0.27; -0.1, namely being in quadrant IV diversification, which is a strategy that focuses on strengthening the main business or creating supporting resources. Maxx Design Jember can use other social media information technology, not only YouTube, Instagram and Facebook. Using the marketplace as a new step to expand market share. Utilizing paid advertising on social media or using influencer services to promote products, and starting to use websites can be done even though it increases promotional costs, but this can be included as an investment. Because the impact of this promotional strategy will affect the development and sales of the product it self.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product design, taglines and advertising messages as hardball strategies on purchasing decisions for Ades Jember drinking water. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all Ades drinking water consumers in Jember using the Ferdinand formula sampling technique. The data source in this research uses primary data, namely questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t test, f test, and determination test which were carried out computationally with the SPSS program. The results of this research show that product design, taglines and advertising messages have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Ades Jember drinking water.
