Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a large population, where the majority of the population is Muslim. Indonesian people's interest in hijab fashion is increasing day by day along with the increasing interest of hijab designers in designing different and unique hijab motifs (Hidayanti et.al, 2018). Current developing trends mean that Indonesia also has a solid luxury fashion product ecosystem. The research methodology used by researchers in this study is a qualitative method. Qualitative methods are research to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perception, motivation for action and so on. The aim of this research is to determine consumer behavior patterns in the digital era towards luxury brand fashion on hijab button scarves products. The research results show that there are several motives behind them buying luxury brands in Hijab Buttonscarves products, namely luxury brands are chosen because of the quality of the product and have selling value even as second hand goods or often referred to as preloved. In fact, there are 8 patterns of consumer behavior regarding Buttonscarves hijab products, namely: groups who make direct purchases in offline store for special item that’s only ready at offline store (Misool series and Switzerland), purchase directly item for all luxury series BS, purchase directly through the official Buttonscarves website or application, purchase through jastiper services, purchase through the marketplace or social media platforms, purchase through annual and group warehouse sales preloved hunter buyers. And purchase via blbli.com for special series champ de fleur. Apart from that, the influence of social media is quite large in searching for information about luxury brands, some consumers are comfortable buying or just browsing online.

Abstract

Competition among manufacturing companies drives industrial growth to adopt a competitive pattern. One way for companies to compete and avoid falling behind is by optimizing production activities through scheduling each workstation (job shop scheduling). This scientific article employs a literature review method with an evidence-based approach to identify relevant case studies. The research findings indicate that the job shop scheduling model has a significant positive impact on companies, such as increasing production efficiency and enhancing resource performance, ultimately minimizing costs and production time. However, it cannot be overlooked that this model also has negative effects, such as increased waste, pollution, and depletion of non-renewable resources. Therefore, the manufacturing industry must implement the concept of sustainability, focusing on three main pillars: economic, environmental, and social aspects. This approach aims to maintain productivity, enhance the quality of production performance, and minimize risks associated with optimizing job shop scheduling, ensuring maximum profitability for the company.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find the effect of punctuality of local train services on the Karawang-Cikarang route on customer satisfaction of Singaperbangsa University of Karawang (UNSIKA) students. Punctuality is a crucial aspect in the passenger's travel experience in rail transportation services. The study method applied was descriptive quantitative, with 177 respondents of UNSIKA students who use local train services on the route through questionnaire distribution. Using a simple linear regression test, the data were analyzed. The study findings show that punctuality positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction. It is proven that about 33.5% of customer satisfaction can be explained by punctuality. This study highlights that the punctuality of Karawang-Cikarang local trains plays an important role in improving customer satisfaction, and suggests that train service operators increase attention and performance in terms of punctuality.

Abstract

Situbondo Regency Library is one of the public service places that has a crucial role in providing access to the public to obtain information and literacy. As part of an effort to improve the quality of service, this library has implemented an information system to support its activities. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of the information system at the Situbondo Regency Library using the IT Balanced Scorecard (IT BSC) approach. IT BSC is a method that evaluates information technology performance from four main perspectives, namely contribution to business, user focus, operational capability, and future vision. This approach provides a comprehensive perspective on information system performance by considering strategic and operational aspects. The methods applied include a combination of quantitative data collection through surveys of system users and qualitative analysis through interviews with library management. The results of the study indicate that the contribution of the information system to achieving library business targets is good based on the final achievement score of 74.46%. The highest score is in the company contribution perspective of 24.51%, then the future orientation perspective of 23.87%, followed by the user orientation perspective of 16.64% and finally the operational excellence perspective of 9.44%. Thus, this study presents a comprehensive picture of the performance of information systems at the Situbondo Regency Library while providing strategic input for the development of information technology in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of brand equity and impulse buying on purchasing decisions in the context of e-commerce, and explore the synergistic use of these two factors to improve business performance. Focusing on Shopee application users in Bondowoso and Situbondo, totaling 22,550, this study adopted the proportional random sampling method and used the Slovin formula to determine a sample of 131 users. Path analysis was conducted using the IBM AMOS program after the data was tested for validity and reliability with SPSS. The results showed that brand equity has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Likewise, impulse buying shows a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. This study opens up opportunities to explore the impact of these two factors on different consumer segments, such as age and digital literacy levels. These findings are expected to provide practical insights for e-commerce business actors in designing attractive and sustainable marketing strategies, and emphasize the importance of building strong brand equity in facing increasingly tight e-commerce industry competition.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a crucial variable in sustainable business strategies. A company’s success depends not only on acquiring new customers but also on its ability to maintain long-term relationships with existing customers. Therefore, it is important to understand the factors that can build and enhance customer loyalty. This study aims to examine whether product quality has a positive effect on satisfaction, whether e-WOM has a positive effect on satisfaction, whether product quality has a positive effect on loyalty, whether e-WOM has a positive effect on loyalty, and whether satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Additionally, this study investigates the role of satisfaction in mediating the relationship between product quality and e-WOM towards customer loyalty. The population involves all students from the Faculty of Economics, Abdurachman Saleh University Situbondo, who are TikTok Shop users, with a sample size of 180 respondents. Data were collected using Google Forms and analyzed using SmartPLS. The analysis results show that product quality positively influences satisfaction, e-WOM positively influences satisfaction, product quality positively influences loyalty, e-WOM positively influences loyalty, satisfaction positively influences loyalty, and satisfaction mediates the relationship between product quality and e-WOM towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence both simultaneously and partially between the variables of Labor, Land Area, Fertilizer, Capital and Wages on Rubber Production results and to determine the most dominant influence between the variables of Labor, Land Area, Fertilizer, Capital and Wages on Rubber Production results. The data collection method in this study is the primary and secondary methods. Where for data analysis using Multiple Regression Method, F Test and t Test. Based on the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that first, simultaneously (together) it is known that the Fcount value> Ftable means Ho is rejected and accepts Ha which means there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of Labor, Land Area, Fertilizer, Capital and Wages on Rubber Production results. Second, partially it is known that Labor (X1) and Wages (X5) both have a t count value> t table which means there is a partial influence on Rubber Production. While the variables of Land Area (X2), Fertilizer (X3) and Capital (X4) all have the same tcount value < ttable which means there is no partial influence on Rubber Production. And third, the dominant Labor variable. This can be seen from the multiple linear regression coefficient figures for Labor (X1) of 0.399; Land Area (X2) of 0.171; Fertilizer (X3) of -0.004; Capital (X4) of 0.061 and Wages (X5) of 0.353.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and incentives on employee performance at PT Charoen Pokphand Jaya Farm 7, located in Sampe Cita Village, Kutalimbaru District. This study uses a quantitative method with a total sampling approach, where the entire population of 85 employees is used as respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that the work environment and incentives have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, working capital turnover, and sales growth on stock returns with profitability as an intervening variable in conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2022 period. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis and path analysis approaches. The results showed that company size and working capital turnover had a positive effect on profitability, while sales growth had no significant effect. Profitability acts as an intervening variable that strengthens the relationship between company size and working capital turnover on stock returns. However, sales growth has no significant effect on stock returns either directly or through profitability. These findings provide implications for investors in considering the fundamental factors of banking companies before making stock investments.

Abstract

Going Concern Audit Opinion is a statement given by the auditor to the company, where the company is able to maintain its business viability in the long term. This research aims to see or analyze the influence of Liquidity, Company Size and Auditor Reputation on the acceptance of Going Concern Audit Opinions simultaneously or partially. The population in this study obtained as many as 26 companies. Sampling using purposive sampling method and then the results obtained as many as 4 companies that have been determined according to the criteria. The analysis technique used is the logistic regression method. The results of the study indicate that there is no effect of Liquidity, Company Size and Auditor Reputation on the acceptance of Going Concern Audit Opinions simultaneously or partially.
