Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Minister of Health Regulation No. 21 of 2021 on Childbirth at the Ngabang Health Center, Landak Regency. This regulation is designed to improve the quality of childbirth services at health centers and ensure the safety of mothers and babies through the established procedures. Ngabang, being a border region, faces geographical and infrastructure challenges, which may affect the implementation of this policy.This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with healthcare workers, the head of the health center, and the local community, as well as direct field observations. The results show that despite several challenges, such as the lack of trained medical personnel and limited facilities, this policy has had a positive impact on the quality of childbirth services. However, implementation still requires improvements in medical staff training, provision of adequate facilities, and increased community involvement. This study recommends further efforts to maximize support for policy implementation to achieve the goal of safe and quality childbirth services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Holistic Integrative Early Childhood Development (PAUD HI) services at TK Negeri Pembina Sekadau Hilir, Sekadau Regency. The focus of this study is to identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the program, as well as to evaluate the impact of the program on early childhood development in this institution. The approach used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PAUD HI at TK Negeri Pembina Sekadau Hilir went quite well, although there were several obstacles such as limited understanding of educators regarding the holistic integrative concept, limited facilities and infrastructure, and limited human resources. Factors that support the successful implementation of this program include support from the local government, active participation of parents, high commitment from educators, and good cooperation with local health institutions. The positive impact of this program is seen in the improvement of children's development in cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and character aspects. This study makes an important contribution to the development of more holistic and integrative early childhood education policies. It is expected that the results of this study can be a reference for local governments, educational institutions, and communities in improving the quality of PAUD services in other areas.

Abstract

Predictive maintenance is an important strategy in maintaining optimal industrial machine performance. This study aims to apply the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) methods as analysis tools in the predictive maintenance system of the Kobelco Compressor machine at PT Suzuki Indomobil Motor. By integrating an Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring system, machine operational data can be collected and analyzed in real-time to detect potential damage before a functional failure occurs. This method helps in determining more accurate and efficient maintenance time intervals. The results of the study show that the use of MTBF and MTTR integrated with the IoT system can increase maintenance effectiveness, reduce machine downtime, and support data-based decision making. This implementation is expected to increase operational efficiency and reliability of the overall production system.

Abstract

This study aims to gain an in-depth understanding of the adaptation of the role of female religious teachers at the Darul Marhamah Al-Qur'an Islamic Boarding School in Makassar, identify and analyze the factors that influence the adaptation of the role of female religious teachers, identify changes in the role of female religious teachers as a result of the impact they experience, and identify ’an Boarding School in Makassar, identifying and analyzing the factors influencing the adaptation of the role of musyrifah pengabdian, identifying changes in the role resulting from the impact experienced by musyrifah pengabdian, and describing and analyzing the strategies used by musyrifah pengabdian in facing various challenges in role adaptation. Service-oriented musyrifah are students who, after completing their studies, are assigned to serve for one year as a requirement for receiving their diploma. This study employs a qualitative approach using the case study method. The research subjects were five female religious educators undergoing service at the boarding school, who were analyzed using thematic analysis. The results showed that the female religious educators underwent a gradual adaptation process through self-control, real-life experiences, and self-potential exploration. Adaptation was influenced by both internal and external factors, and the service produced both positive and negative impacts, leading to adaptation strategies including emotion-focused coping. The boarding school requires a more structured and supportive service system, as well as initial training and strengthening of coping skills, and further research on other boarding school institutions.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of spindle speed and feed depth on surface roughness in the edge milling process with ST 37 steel material. A smooth surface is one of the main indicators in assessing the quality of machining results because it directly influences wear resistance, processing and performance of machine components. The independent variables in this study include spindle speed (360 rpm, 580 rpm and 875 rpm) as well as feeding speed (40 mm/min) and feeding depth Fz while the limiting variable is surface roughness (Ra). The machining process was carried out using a vertical milling machine with an HSS endmill chisel with a diameter of 10 mm. Roughness measurements were carried out using a Surface Roughness Tester type SJ-310. The test results show that increasing spindle speed tends to reduce the surface roughness value, which indicates a smoother surface quality. Conversely, a high feed rate causes an increase in roughness. The combination of the highest spindle speed (875 rpm) with the lowest feed speed (40 mm/min) provides the smoothest surface results. These findings confirm that the selection of appropriate machining parameters greatly influences the final quality of the milled surface.

Abstract

The activity of buying and selling used cars will certainly begin with an agreement between the two parties which is stated in the contents of the agreement. An agreement is a legal relationship that occurs between two or more parties who agree to do something. An agreement is an event where someone promises to another person or where two people promise each other to do something. The limits of the agreement are regulated in Article 1313 of the Civil Code which states that an agreement is an act in the name of one or more people binding themselves to one or more other people. The problem in this thesis is how the business actor is responsible for hidden defects in the used car sale and purchase agreement and what are the legal sanctions for the business actor if there is an element of intent for hidden defects in the used car sale and purchase agreement. The type of research that the author uses is normative juridical supported by empirical research. Normative juridical research is a method that focuses on research on library data, or secondary data through legal principles and comparative law. The conclusion in this thesis is that the responsibilities of used car business actors are regulated in Articles 19, 24, 25 and 26 of Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the factors causing hidden defects in used car sales are negligence of the seller, lack of consumer knowledge, inability to check, fraud or deception and incomplete agreements.

Abstract

His study discusses the structural design of a 13-story hotel building in Batam City, which effectively prevents structural failure due to earthquakes based on the Response Spectrum obtained for the Riau Islands, Batam City. The Special Moment Resisting Frame (SMRF) system is used in accordance with SNI 1726:2019. The building, measuring 55 × 21 meters with a height of 46 meters, utilizes concrete with a compressive strength of 30 MPa and reinforcing steel with a yield strength of 420 MPa. The objective of this study is to develop a reinforced concrete structural model for the 13-story hotel building that complies with the requirements of SNI 1726:2019 and to ensure the reinforced concrete design meets the provisions of SNI 2847:2019. This research employs the linear equivalent method with numerical and computational analysis to calculate the structural response under static-dynamic loading. The earthquake load analysis yielded vibration periods and frequencies of Tcx = 2.77 seconds and Tcy = 2.81 seconds, respectively. The maximum value of Cu·Ta obtained is 2.046, using T = 1.91 and T = 1.99. The performance results for the ultimate inter-story drift limits in the x and y directions are smaller than the allowable limit ∆s, indicating that the serviceability performance is safe.

Abstract

Structural concepts in the planning and evaluation of building structures for earthquakes emphasize performance, resilience, and rapid recovery. One such approach is performance-based design, known as Performance-Based Earthquake Engineering (PBEE). This research aims to design the structural system of a mental hospital building against seismic loads according to SNI 1726:2019 and to analyze the performance level of the specialized Psychiatric hospital structure following a design-level earthquake. The analysis was conducted by evaluating gravity loads, applying the equivalent static force method, performing response spectrum analysis, modeling the structure using ETABS, and checking the structure for strength, stiffness, and stability. The structural performance was evaluated using a non-linear pushover analysis. The results of this study indicate that the performance level of the Psychiatric hospital building structure, when subjected to a displacement of 0.59 m, exceeds the Collapse Prevention (CP) level.

Abstract

Jalan Lebak Murni is one of the strategic connecting roads in Palembang City, playing a vital role in supporting the mobility of the community and ensuring the smooth distribution of goods and services across regions. In recent years, the area surrounding this road has experienced rapid development, particularly in the residential sector, which has led to a significant increase in traffic volume. This condition has contributed to a decline in the road’s performance. This study aims to analyze the existing condition of Jalan Lebak Murni, assess the level of pavement damage, and formulate technical recommendations to improve the quality of road infrastructure in a sustainable manner. The methodology includes a visual survey of pavement conditions, daily traffic data collection to determine vehicle load characteristics, and geometric road analysis based on technical standards set by the Directorate General of Highways (Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga). The study findings indicate that the surge in vehicle volume, especially four-wheeled motor vehicles and heavy vehicles, is one of the main contributing factors. Therefore, technical actions such as increasing road capacity and reconfiguring geometric elements are required to ensure optimal road service function. The resulting technical recommendations are expected to serve as a foundation for more effective and sustainable road development and maintenance planning.

Abstract

Sematang Borang Street is a city road frequently used by Palembang residents to reach their homes. Over time, the number of residents in various housing complexes and settlements continues to increase. The flow of vehicles passing through Sematang Borang Street also increases. This increase has the potential to cause transportation problems, such as congestion, decreased road performance, and reduced road user comfort. Therefore, this researcher conducted an analysis to determine the relationship between traffic flow characteristics, such as volume, speed, and capacity, on Sematang Borang Street, in order to address potential future problems. In this study, the author addresses the analysis of traffic characteristics on Sematang Borang Street in Palembang City. The survey was conducted on a weekday using a one-day enumeration method, including vehicle volume and speed surveys. The calculation and analysis revealed a traffic volume of 1,678.7 passenger car units/hour, with a capacity of 1,414.96 passenger car units/hour. The current value of free flow speed is 32.825 km/hour.
