Abstract

 Arabic language learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) still faces several obstacles besides the geographical factor of the school which is located in a remote area so that appropriate innovation is needed so that it can increase students' interest in learning, if this is allowed to continue then learning seems ineffective and difficult for students to accept. Therefore, an innovative and interesting learning strategy is needed. This study aims to implement a picture-based learning strategy in Arabic language learning for grade 1 at MI, this strategy uses a method of images that are relevant to the learning material to improve student understanding and retention. The results of the study showed that the picture-based learning strategy was able to increase students' interest and motivation higher, students' understanding and focus also improved, and improved Arabic language learning outcomes. Therefore, the strategy of using relevant images can be used as an alternative learning and can also be an additional teaching material for effective and interesting Arabic at MI.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengenal angka melalui pendekatan steam (science, technology, engineering, art, mathematic) pada anak usia 5-6 di TK Pertiwi Piasa wetan. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan mengenal angka pada anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus terdiri dari 3 kali pada pertemuan setiap siklusnya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas B sebanyak 22 anak yang terdiri dari 14 anak perempuan dan 8 anak laki-laki. Pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar anak mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada siklus 1 sampai dengan siklus 2. Pada pratindakan presentase kemampuan berhitung anak hanya sekitar 40%, kemudian pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 60%, dan siklus ke 2 meningkat menjadi 90%.

Abstract

Long-distance relationships (LDR) are becoming an increasingly common phenomenon in modern social dynamics, especially with the development of communication technology. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies used by couples in LDR relationships to maintain emotional closeness, resolve conflicts, and maintain relationships. This study uses a phenomenological approach with qualitative methods, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews with couples who have undergone LDR for a certain period of time. The results of the study indicate that LDR couples implement various communication strategies, such as routine communication through digital media, use of affectionate language, emotional openness, and the use of interactive technology such as video calls and voice messages. In addition, trust and commitment are important factors in maintaining relationship stability. Although challenges such as limited physical interaction and time zone differences are obstacles, effective communication strategies can help couples build harmonious relationships. This study provides insights for couples undergoing LDR as well as implications for the development of interpersonal communication theory in the context of long-distance relationships.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan perubahan pola konsumsi informasi menuntut strategi penyusunan teks dakwah yang efektif agar dapat menarik perhatian generasi milenial dan Gen Z. Generasi ini cenderung lebih responsif terhadap pesan yang disampaikan secara ringkas, menarik, dan relevan dengan kehidupan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam menyusun teks dakwah yang mampu meningkatkan daya tarik serta efektivitas komunikasi dakwah bagi generasi muda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka dengan menganalisis berbagai literatur terkait dakwah digital, preferensi komunikasi generasi milenial dan Gen Z, serta prinsip-prinsip retorika dalam dakwah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahasa yang santun, gaya komunikasi yang interaktif, serta pemanfaatan media digital menjadi faktor utama dalam menarik perhatian audiens muda. Selain itu, konten dakwah yang menyentuh isu-isu kontekstual, mengandung nilai-nilai universal, serta disampaikan dalam format yang engaging seperti storytelling dan visualisasi kreatif terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan audiens. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para dai dan komunikator Islam untuk mengadaptasi strategi dakwah agar lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi saat ini. Dengan menerapkan pendekatan yang tepat, teks dakwah tidak hanya dapat menyampaikan pesan agama dengan baik tetapi juga membangun kedekatan emosional dengan generasi milenial dan Gen Z.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kekuatan shooting siswa ekstrakulikuler futsal masih jauh dari yang diharapkan, karena terbukti dari banyaknya shooting yang dilakukan oleh siswa ketika bertanding maupun Latihan sangat sedikit yang bisa menghasilkan gol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Latihan squat jump terhadap kemampuan shooting di dalam permainan futsal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pengambilan data kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa ekstrakulikuler 15 SMK TI AR Raudhloh karang tanjung. Hasil tampilan output SPS memberikan nilai skewness 0.276 untuk pre-test dan -0.092 untuk post-test. Sedangkan nilai kurtosis untuk pre-test sebesar -0.646 dan -0.669 untuk post-test. diketahui niali Sig.(2-tailed) adalah 0.000 < 0.05, maka H0 ditoalk dan Ha diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahawa ada perbedaan rata-rata antara nilai hasi pre-test dengan post-test yang artimay ada pengaruh penggunaan Latihan Squad Jump terhadap Kualitas Power Shooting Ektrakurikurel Futsal putra SMK TI Ar Raudhloh Karang Tanjung. Kesimpulannya Latihan squat jump berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas power shooting pada ekstrakulikuler futsal SMK TI AR Raudhloh Karang Tanjung

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of prestige, artificial intelligence, and future demands on academic dishonesty among university students. This research adopts a qualitative approach using phenomenological analysis. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the fraud triangle theory. Prestige drives students to maintain their academic image through unethical means. Artificial intelligence creates hidden and harder-to-detect opportunities for cheating. Future demands generate psychological pressure that leads students to commit academic dishonesty in order to secure their career prospects. findings encourage higher education institutions to design fraud prevention policies that are adaptive to technological advancements and social pressures. A humanistic approach is also needed to support students in facing future challenges.This study is the first to integrate artificial intelligence, prestige, and future demands as key variables within the fraud triangle framework to examine academic dishonesty in Islamic private universities.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between performance assessment practices and educational quality in educational institutions, with specific focus on employee engagement as an intervening variable. While extensive research has explored human resource management practices in educational settings, limited attention has been given to the mediating mechanisms through which performance assessment influences educational outcomes. Using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS, this research tested a theoretical model positing that performance assessment affects educational quality both directly and indirectly through enhanced employee engagement. Data were collected from 347 educational staff (67.7% teaching staff, 23.6% administrative staff) across various educational institutions using validated survey instruments. Results confirmed that performance assessment significantly influences educational quality directly (β = 0.32, p < 0.001) and indirectly through employee engagement (β = 0.26, 95% CI [0.18, 0.35], p < 0.001), supporting partial mediation. The dimensions of performance assessment that most strongly contributed to this relationship were assessment criteria clarity and feedback quality. Multi-group analysis revealed that the mediating effect was stronger for teaching staff compared to administrative staff. These findings contribute to the integration of human resource management and educational leadership theories by demonstrating how performance assessment practices influence educational outcomes through both direct instrumental effects and indirect motivational pathways. For educational leaders, the study highlights the importance of designing comprehensive performance assessment systems that not only provide clear standards and constructive feedback but also foster engagement by emphasizing fairness, development orientation, and staff participation. Future research should employ longitudinal designs to establish causality more definitively and explore additional mediating variables to develop a more comprehensive model.

Abstract

Writing a dakwah (Islamic preaching) script requires specific skills to ensure that the message is well-understood, accepted, and practiced by the audience. This article discusses effective techniques for writing dakwah scripts on various themes, including aqidah (Islamic creed), akhlaq (morality), and sharia (Islamic law). The research method used is a literature review and descriptive analysis of various dakwah script examples. The findings indicate that a well-written dakwah script should meet several key criteria: alignment with Islamic teachings (Al-Qur'an and Hadith), communicative language, and a systematic and persuasive structure. In drafting a script on aqidah, strong and rational arguments are necessary to strengthen the audience’s faith. Meanwhile, scripts on akhlaq should focus on emotional appeal and concrete examples to inspire behavioral change. For sharia-related topics, it is essential to provide clear textual evidence and practical applications of Islamic law in daily life. Moreover, adapting the content to the audience’s characteristics significantly impacts the effectiveness of the message. Therefore, a dakwah scriptwriter must identify the audience's needs and select an appropriate language style. By applying the right writing techniques, dakwah scripts can serve as a powerful tool for spreading Islamic values broadly and profoundly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the da'wah message contained in the film “Negeri 5 Menara” using a semiotic analysis approach. The movie, adapted from the novel by Ahmad Fuadi, tells the story of the journey of a teenager and his friends in an Islamic boarding school, and their efforts to achieve their dreams. Using semiotic theory, this study identifies and interprets various visual and narrative elements in the film, including dialog, symbols, characters, and settings, which play a role in delivering da'wah messages. The method used in this research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach. Data were collected through in-depth observation of the film, text analysis, and review of relevant literature. The results showed that the movie “Negeri 5 Menara” conveyed various da'wah messages, such as the importance of education, religious values, and fighting spirit in facing various challenges. In addition, the movie also reflects the social and cultural dynamics of Indonesian society, as well as the role of the media in spreading positive values. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the understanding of how movies as a da'wah media can influence audiences

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas implementasi profesionalisme pendidik dalam peningkatan sumber daya manusia (SDM) di Indonesia. Berbagai kebijakan dan peraturan, seperti Undang-Undang No. 14 Tahun 2005, menjadi landasan bagi profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan tugas utama mereka, yaitu mendidik, mengajar, membimbing, melatih, menilai, dan mengevaluasi. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya kompetensi, sertifikat pendidik, dan kesehatan jasmani serta rohani sebagai syarat bagi seorang pendidik. Nilai-nilai Al-Qur'an, seperti rendah hati, kasih sayang, amanah, dan keadilan, juga menjadi acuan moral bagi pendidik dalam menjalankan tugas mereka. Dengan memahami dan menerapkan prinsip ini, diharapkan pendidik dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan generasi berkualitas. Artikel ini juga menekankan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dan pengembangan strategi yang berbasis riset untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pendidik.
