Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of organizational change cynicism on turnover intentions, with job motivation tested as a mediating variable among employees in the Technical Division of TVRI West Sumatra. A quantitative approach was employed using total sampling, involving 42 respondents. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results indicate that cynicism toward organizational change has a positive and significant effect on turnover intentions, and a negative and significant effect on job motivation. However, job motivation does not have a significant effect on turnover intentions and does not mediate the relationship between cynicism and the intention to leave. These findings suggest that negative perceptions of organizational change can directly increase employees' desire to leave while also reducing their work motivation. Therefore, open communication strategies and participatory management approaches are essential to reduce cynicism and enhance employee retention during organizational change processes.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of employee comfort, work mechanisms, and work environment mediated by organizational culture on employee loyalty at Wisata Celosia, Semarang Regency. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method involving 112 respondents. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The findings indicate that employee comfort, work mechanisms, and the work environment significantly influence organizational culture. Furthermore, these three factors also directly affect employee loyalty. Based on these results, management is advised to foster positive social relationships among employees and between superiors and subordinates, establish open communication, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment. These efforts are crucial to creating a sense of comfort and strengthening a positive organizational culture within the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, perceptions of education, and training on employee career development. The method used was a quantitative approach using survey techniques and multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that motivation, perceptions of education, and training each have a positive and significant influence on career development. Employees with high motivation, positive perceptions of education, and who participate in effective training tend to have better career opportunities. These findings confirm that career development is determined not only by organizational structural factors, but also by individual motivation and continuous learning processes.

Abstract

This study discusses the sharia marketing strategy implemented by tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs in Mandiangin Timur District to increase sales. This research method uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the strategy implemented by tofu/tempeh businesses in Mandiangin Timur District is a marketing mix, namely a mix of product, price, promotion and location determination. Consistent product quality, such as hygiene and innovation, is key to attracting and retaining consumers. Flexible pricing allows entrepreneurs to adapt to market conditions, while promotions that utilize social media and traditional methods help expand market reach. Choosing a strategic location also plays an important role in distribution efficiency and business sustainability. From an Islamic economic perspective, the marketing strategy of tofu and tempeh businesses in Mandingin Timur District applies Islamic marketing and the principles of Islamic marketing, namely shiddiq (honest), amanah (trustworthy), fatanah (intelligent/leadership) and tabligh (communication).

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of brand ambassador and brand awareness on purchase decisions, the influence of brand ambassador on brand awareness, as well as the influence of brand ambassador on purchase decisions through brand awareness, in the context of fashion/beauty products in Makassar City. The population of this research consists of university students in Makassar. The sampling technique used is probability sampling, with a total sample of 120 respondents. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the study are that brand ambassadors do not have a direct influence on purchasing decisions, brand ambassadors have a direct influence on brand awareness, brand awareness has a direct influence on purchasing decisions and brand ambassadors have an indirect influence on purchasing decisions through brand awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic branding and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on purchasing decisions for Arabian fast food through the GoFood application in Makassar City. The background of this study is based on the increasing consumer preference for halal food that is easily accessible digitally, as well as the importance of understanding consumer trust factors such as Islamic branding and the influence of online reviews in the online purchasing decision-making process. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression methods to examine the relationship between variables. The population in this study were all active users of the GoFood application in Makassar City who had ordered halal Arabian Fast Food at least once in the last three months since April 2025. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a sample size of 75 respondents. The data collection method was carried out through the distribution of online questionnaires using Google Forms, with a 5-point Likert scale instrument. The data obtained were then analyzed using the SPSS program version 22, which includes validity tests, reliability tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that the two independent variables, namely Islamic Branding and E-WOM, partially have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Among the two variables, Islamic Branding has the most dominant influence with a regression coefficient value of 0.561 and a significance value of 0.000. This indicates that elements of Islamic identity such as halal assurance, Islamic symbols, and sharia values ??contained in product branding are the main factors in forming trust and encouraging Muslim consumers to make purchases through GoFood. This finding emphasizes the importance of value-oriented branding strategies and digital reputation management in increasing trust and purchasing decisions in the halal food delivery service ecosystem.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and compare the financial performance of PT BFI Finance Tbk and PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk in the period 2023–2024 using solvency, activity, and profitability ratios. The study adopts a quantitative descriptive comparative approach based on secondary data derived from audited annual financial reports. The analysis focuses on indicators such as Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). The results show that PT BFI Finance Tbk demonstrates stronger financial stability and better operational efficiency than PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk, particularly in managing capital structure and maintaining profitability margins. Conversely, PT Adira Finance exhibits a decreasing trend in asset utilization efficiency and profit margins. These findings indicate the importance of maintaining balanced capital structures and operational effectiveness to enhance long-term financial health. The study provides valuable insights for investors, management, and stakeholders in evaluating the performance and competitiveness of financial service institutions in Indonesia’s non-bank financing industry.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the financial performance of two non-bank financial institutions, namely PT Trust Finance Indonesia Tbk and PT Bussan Auto Finance, in the year 2023 by using financial ratio analysis, including liquidity, solvency, profitability, and operational efficiency (BOPO) ratios. The background of this research is based on the importance of evaluating financial performance to assess managerial effectiveness and the competitiveness of financing companies amid economic dynamics. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a comparative approach. The data analyzed consists of the annual financial reports of both companies published in 2023. The results indicate significant differences in financial structure and operational efficiency between the two companies. PT Bussan Auto Finance tends to demonstrate better operational efficiency, as reflected in a lower BOPO ratio, while PT Trust Finance shows more fluctuating profitability ratios. This study provides practical implications for investors, company management, and regulators in considering financial efficiency and stability when making strategic decisions.

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of globalization have had a devastating impact on human life. They have brought about various disruptions. Under these conditions, individuals, especially leaders, must adapt to the rapid changes brought about by globalization. Technological advancements, for example, require leaders to adapt their leadership style to make quick decisions based on current conditions. This article discusses transformational leadership, which provides an answer to the leadership style of a leader in the era of globalization. This article utilizes qualitative research methods with data collection techniques from various sources, such as books and journals. This article utilizes the concept of transformational leadership, which provides an answer to leadership styles in the current era of globalization. This article argues that leaders with a transformational leadership style are more adaptive to globalization and impact progress in the organizations and companies they lead, accelerating their success. This article concludes that transformational leadership, with its characteristics, is the right answer for a leader in this era of globalization. Adaptability and composure, for example, are important factors for a leader in this era of technological disruption.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a key factor determining employee productivity and retention in an organization, and work motivation is believed to be one of its main predictors. This meta-analysis study aims to determine the extent of work motivation's influence on employee job satisfaction and how work motivation significantly influences employee job satisfaction. Articles were collected using academic databases such as Google Scholar, Garuda, and SINTA with keywords such as work motivation, job satisfaction, and employees. The data obtained were analyzed by calculating the effect size of each journal. The random-effects model shows that work motivation has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of 0,083; p < 0,001 in the small category. This indicates that work motivation can consistently increase job satisfaction across various organizational contexts. Increasing work motivation is an important strategy for management to create a positive and productive work environment.
