Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion, and location on consumer satisfaction. All data in this study were obtained from research using questionnaires in Medan. The analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The population of this study were consumers of Sinar Terang Elektrik Stores, with a sample of 96 respondents based on random sampling. The results showed that the influence of the marketing mix simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, only product and price significantly affect customer satisfaction, while promotion and location do not.

Abstract

The study was aims to explain This study is intended to explain the effects of perception of ease and the perception of benefits to the interest of use. The population used in this study was used by e-wallet in surabaya. The method of collecting samples used is non probability sampling with tecmic purposive sampling the number of respondents as many as 72. All tests on smartpls applications indicate that the entire test scores above the required value for it to be declared reli. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of convenience perception and trust perception on reuse interest with fund e-wallet research objects in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study is Surabaya residents who have shopped and transacted using e-wallet funds. While the sample in this study is students using e-wallet funds in Surabaya. The method used to collect non-probability sampling samples with purposive sampling techniques with a total of 96 respondents. Tests using the SmartPLS application show that all tests get values above the values that have been required for the test to be declared reliable. This study used quantitative research design, data analysis in the form of descriptive statistics and PLS analysis. The results showed that the perception of convenience had a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse. Then on the perception of trust has a positive and significant effect on interest in reuse.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore the influence of servant leadership and knowledge sharing on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Kebonrojo Surabaya. In this context, servant leadership refers to leaders who are oriented towards serving their employees and have the potential to create a positive work environment. Knowledge sharing is considered important in creating knowledge, innovation, and learning within the organization. The research used a questionnaire method to collect data from a population of 121 employees, with a sample size of 55 respondents obtained through the Slovin's formula. The data analysis employed the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The findings indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as does knowledge sharing. Furthermore, servant leadership also has a positive and significant impact on knowledge sharing, and servant leadership positively and significantly influences employee performance through knowledge sharing. These findings highlight the interrelatedness among the three variables at PT Pos Indonesia Kebonrojo Surabaya

Abstract

Companies often encounter the prevalent occurrence of turnover intention. Shopee Express Hub Surabaya is one of many companies facing turnover intention. This can be caused by various factors, including burnout experienced by couriers, employee engagement owned by couriers and compensation obtained by couriers. This study aims to analyze the effect of Burnout, Employee Engagement and Compensation on Turnover Intention of Shopee Express Hub Surabaya couriers. The study's participants were the couriers at the Shopee Express Hub in Surabaya. Purposive sampling was utilized in the sampling procedure, and 65 respondents were obtained overall. The number of samples was calculated using the Slovin method. A questionnaire was used to gather the data, and after that, Partial Least Square (PLS) software was used to analyze the data using various data analysis techniques.According to the research's results, employee engagement has a considerable negative influence on turnover intention, whereas compensation has a non-significant negative impact. Burnout also has a big positive impact on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management, skills, and work attitude on employee performance at the PT. Bank BNI Bojonegoro Branch Office. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, so the number of samples taken was 40. The analysis technique used in this study is smart partial least squares (PLS). The results of the analysis show that (1) knowledge management has a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Bojonegoro Branch Office and (2) skills have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bank BNI Bojonegoro Branch Office (3) Work attitude has a significant positive effect on employee performance at the PT. Bank BNI Bojonegoro Branch Office.

Abstract

Knowledge sharing plays an important role in improving the skills of everyone in the organization, because by sharing knowledge, it can be easily transferred, installed and developed efficiently. Learning Organization is an ongoing process within an organization that provides smooth learning and individual development for all employees or employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze and test the effect of knowledge sharing and learning organization variables on employee performance at Hotel Midtown Surabaya. The research method uses quantitative methods. The technique used is saturated sampling technique, with a total of 45 respondents taken from housekeeping division employees at the Hotel Midtown Surabaya. The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The results of this analysis show that knowledge sharing contributes to employee performance, learning organization also contributes to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the impact of e-service quality and sales promotion on Surabaya consumers' purchasing decisions on the online shopping application Zalora. This study's population comprises Surabaya residents who have utilized the Zalora online shopping application. This method employs quantitative research. Non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique yielded 99 respondents, and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method was utilized for data analysis. The findings of this study indicate that 1) e-service quality has a positive and statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions. 2) sales promotion has a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on the job performance of employees working in the culinary sector that is PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda (Suweger Indonesia). The method employed for selecting participants in this study was purposive sampling, whereby individuals were specifically chosen based on predetermined criteria. so that the number of samples taken was 60 employees. The analysis technique used in this study is smart partial least squares (PLS). The analysis findings indicate that (1) there is a noteworthy and favorable impact of human capital on the performance of employees at PT. Sinegrtias Indonesia Muda (Suweger Indonesia) (2) there is no significant adverse impact of structural capital on the performance of employees at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda (Suweger Indonesia) (3) relational capital has a beneficial impact on the performance of employees at PT. Sinergitas Indonesia Muda.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance variables and job satisfaction on employee performance at Bank Mandiri Kupang Branch Office. The approach uses a quantitative approach. The data was collected from a questionnaire, where the score was calculated based on a measurement scale between numbers 1 to 5 on research variables. The method used to retrieve the data is non-probability sampling, where the technique is in the form of saturated sampling, namely all employees of Bank Mandiri Kupang Branch Office with a total of 35 people. Data were analyzed using PLS (Partial Least Square). The results show that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Furthermore, resulted that employee performance was positively and significantly influenced by job satisfaction.
