Abstract

The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze the influence of Leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on Performance at PTPN 3 Nusantara Medan. This research approach is quantitative and descriptive. The nature of this study is explanatory-descriptive research. This data analysis model uses multiple regression analyses. The results of the study as well as the conclusion of the research are that leadership style partially has a significant effect on Performance at PTPN 3 Nusantara Medan. Organizational culture partially has a significant effect on Performance at PTPN 3 Nusantara Medan. Partial job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance at PTPN 3 Nusantara Medan. Leadership style, organizational culture, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect Performance at PTPN 3 Nusantara Medan.

Abstract

The existence of good management in an agency or company will be very supportive in the process of achieving company goals and building a company's economy or global economy. Therefore, the agency or government must conduct the selection of human resources strictly in order to achieve good performance. The research approach used by the author is quantitative research and qualitative descriptive research, and the nature of the research used is explanatory research. The conclusions obtained by the author are that simultaneously and partially variable job training (X1), work discipline (X2), and career development (X3) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of sdi employees and the pandemic sdi PT. Torpindo Galang Beton with a coefficient of determination value of s52%, which means that independent variables are able to increase the percentage of employee performance at PT. Torpindo Galang Concrete.

Abstract

Firefighters, abbreviated as DAMKAR, are implementing elements of the government that have the responsibility to assist the community in handling fires. In the city of Medan, especially this fire fighting unit is in the Public Works Department of the Municipality of Medan, which is in one of the sections and is called the Municipal Fire Prevention Unit. The research approach is quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis and interpretation, the researchers concluded that the effect of training and safety on performance has a positive and significant influence. In contrast to discipline, which does not have a positive influence on employee performance because discipline affects obedience to rules and norms in order to increase employee morale. In this case, we can understand that if training and safety are further improved, the performance of the Medan city fire service officers will be more efficient, and by providing awareness of good discipline, they will also be able to provide a good view of the surrounding community towards Medan city fire service officers.

Abstract

Kampung Tenun Ulos Huta Raja developed into a village that contains cultural values, especially for the culture of the Batak people, and was rearranged by completing various infrastructures and several facilities such as clean water and sanitation, attractive landscapes, and providing training to local residents so that at the same time they This study uses quantitative research. Based on the results of data processing, the first hypothesis is rejected, which means there is a negative and significant effect of the level of education (X1) on work productivity in Ulos village. Then, based on the hypothesis testing criteria, the second hypothesis is partially accepted, which means there is a positive and significant effect of community training (X2) on work productivity in Ulos village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how accounting behavior affects financial statements. The research method used is a literature review of articles contained in Google Scholar with keywords searching for accounting articles and financial statements. The so-called users in this case are external parties of the company, such as investors, creditors, and government agencies, while the internal parties of the company are managers and employees of the company. Accounting has an important role as the financial controller of the company and can be used to evaluate and make plans for the future of the company. Accounting must be supported by a good system of conduct from the humans involved in it so that the preparation of accounting reports can be appropriate, relevant, and reasonable. The outcomes of the study determined that accounting conduct has a very important relationship with the composition of relevant and reasonable financial statements so that decision making can be done properly and appropriately and fraud can be avoided.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the writer's anxiety about the weaknesses of pesantren institutions in educating successive leaders because pesantren rarely survived more than a century. As a form of effort toward realizing ideal leadership capacity development, the writer chose Pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta as a subject of research. This type of research is qualitative according to the Case Study Research Theory. Based on the results, the researcher found that the concept of leadership cadre is delegation, transformation based on the values of Islamic teachings that involve all pesantren staff in the educational process from the pesantren leadership, and implementation of leadership cadre development at the pesantren Darunnajah Jakarta, which is contained in the guidance and coaching system, namely the Total Quality Management system, for 24 hours so that prospective cadres of leaders always receive supervision, guidance, and coaching.

Abstract

This research focuses on the role of human capital in supporting the achievement of the vision and mission of public organizations. This focus is based on the assumption that organizations tend to be more rigid than private organizations, which tend to be more dynamic in dealing with change. The type of research used in this study is qualitative research. Observations are used to cross-check the data. Observations were made with the aim of exploring concrete manifestations of the results of human capital in improving ASN performance. Based on the research results, the human capital dimension is an important key to improving the performance and career development of ASNs in government organizations. Law No. 14 of 2014 concerning State Civil Apparatus Article 12 ASN states that employees who act as planners, executors, and supervisors of the implementation of general government and national development tasks through implementing policies. The human capital dimension is internal to ASN itself and does not depend on the organizational culture or existing regulations related to ASN.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location, personal selling and price perception of consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Symbol Nusantara Land housing. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 50 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The research subjects are consumers who have ordered and who have occupied a housing unit at PT. Symbol Nusantara Land. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Location, Personal Selling and Price Perception partially and simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on the Purchasing Decision variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, pricing strategy and strategic location on purchasing intention at Matahari Department Store Metropolitan Mall Bekasi. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study amounted to 85 people. Sampling technique using saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 85 respondents. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires through Google Form. Hypothesis testing in this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research subjects are consumers of this Department Store. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of product quality, pricing strategy and strategic location have a significant effect on dependent variable of purchasing intention (Y).

Abstract

This study aims to examine how much influence Product Quality (X1), Service (X2), and Advertising (X3) have on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at J. Co Donuts & Coffee. This research is a quantitative research with non-probability sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The population in this study are the  students of the Economics Faculty, Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya, Management program. With a research sample of 146 people, using the accidental sampling formula. This research was conducted using the SPSS version 25 program. The result of the Coefficient of Determination Test for adjusted R square, was obtained at 0.571. This means that 57.1% while the remaining 42.9% is explained by other causes that are outside the variables of this study.
