Abstract

This study attempted to assess the influence of knowledge management, organizational innovativeness, and adversity quotients manifested through the institutional performance. There are 221 local economic enterprise employees of the local government units in Bukidnon participated in the study, which employed a quantitative descriptive design, to evaluate the relationship between two or more variables as well as the multiple regression analysis in determining variables that predict institutional performance. Findings revealed that knowledge management, organizational innovativeness, and adversity quotient are predictors, positively correlated and have a statistically significant relationship to institutional performance. The overall predictive model is presented as follows; Institutional performance = 1.123 + 0.189*Ownership. The overall model tested was highly significant with F = 3.654, p=.000. The regression model further discloses that for every unit change in ownership, there is a corresponding increase by .189 of the institutional performance. Based on this result, the null hypothesis is rejected. The independent variable, taken as a whole, can predict the institutional performance of the local economic enterprise employees. The data implies that the higher level of ownership in adverse situations of the local economic enterprise employees, the more they have performed well in their institutional performance. Therefore, one of the practical implications of this result in the management of organizational innovation processes is that to manage the innovation process effectively, owners and, or managers need to understand knowledge management and innovativeness factors that affect different innovation types in their institutional performance.

Abstract

The skin has a major function in protecting the body from environmental influences. If it is injured, it will interfere with activities, cause pain, and facilitate infection. Furthermore, if this wound is wide and deep, it will be difficult to heal. Wound healing essential for the restoration of severed tissue, in this case, the skin, both anatomically and functionally. Damaged tissue will start the wound healing process, which is replacing damaged tissue or necrotic tissue with new and healthy tissue. Based on this explanation, the researcher interested in studying the role of Topical Biospray by Nutric on the number of PMN Leukocytes (neutrophils), Macrophages, Fibroblasts, Epithelialization, Cytokines Transforming Growth Factor – beta (TGF – β), and Wound Diameter in accelerating the wound healing process. This research was conducted at the Animal Laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine Hasanudin University, the Anatomy and Physiology Lab of Hasanuddin University, and the RSP Lab of Hasanudin University, applying the Randomized Post Test Control Group research design, using Wistar rats as research subject which were divided into 3 groups with different conditions and conditions. Revolutic Biospray applied topically to Wistar's wound. From the research conducted, it is proven that the relationship between wound healing using Biospray Revolutic compared to 0.9% NaCl solution and Biospray Plus preparations can provide very significant results at the stages of wound healing in the inflammatory, proliferative and maturation phases.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate Geogebra representation as a strategy in improving students’ achievement in Trigonometry. This research employed an experimental design. The participants of this study were college students from Davao De Oro State College T-test was used to determine if there is a significant difference in the pre-test, post-test and gain scores in trigonometric functions of control and experimental groups. Results showed that there is a significant difference in the post-test and gain scores of the control and experimental groups. This means that students who were taught Trigonometric functions using Geogebra performed better than students who were taught using the traditional approach. This only shows that Geogebra is an effective strategy in teaching Trigonometry subject.
