Abstract

The integration of Islamic knowledge is a process and programmatic process that comes in the form of Islamic principles and comes out, namely humans with an Islamic personality, Islamic knowledge and Islamic morals. The separation of Islam influences people's behavior towards the development of science. The Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan Institute (LPPAIK) plays a central role in bridging the gap between general knowledge and Islamic teachings. LPPAIK aligns general knowledge or science with Islamic values ​​and views its main mission as the development of individuals who are able to navigate the complexities of the modern world while adhering to Islamic principles. This research aims to identify institutional policies in implementing Islamic and Muhammadiyah values, analyze the process of implementing Islamic values ​​in learning, assess the effectiveness of policies for internalizing Islamic values, determine human resources and supporting facilities, analyze collaboration with external institutions at Muhammadiyah University Prof. Dr. Hamka. This research is a field study with a qualitative approach, by examining field data sources and documentary research from various scientific journals, and using direct observation, interviews and documentation methods. The informants for this research are leaders/staff/educators or people associated with the Muhammadiyah University Prof. Dr. Hamka. By finding out to what extent these values ​​are implemented, the final aim of this research is to serve as a starting point for universities, especially in reforming their education curriculum into a curriculum that internalizes these values ​​in all learning in courses or other activities.

Abstract

The research entitled "Efforts to Improve Students' Reading Comprehension Ability Through the PQ4R Method in the Japanese Subject at Office Administration Diploma, Pamulang University." chosen by the author because it comes from the idea that there are still many students who are not fluent and do not understand the reading text, as a result most students are less active in reading. Lots of mistakes in pronouncing and understanding the text. Because of this problem, to help students easily remember the material they read from reading texts, learning methods are needed, one of which is the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite and Review). The purpose of this study was to find out the efforts to improve students' reading comprehension skills through the PQ4R Method in the Japanese course at Office Administration Diploma, Pamulang University. The subjects of this study were students in the first semester of regular C class 661 Office Administration Diploma at Pamulang University with a total of 15 students. The method used in this study is the mix method. Quantitative analysis which consists of four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection with the percentage increase, while qualitative analysis is carried out by analyzing data from the results of records fieldwork, tests, and documentation during research.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) to determine the effect of service quality on student learning motivation, (2) to determine the effect of the campus environment on student learning motivation, and (3) to determine the effect of service quality and the campus environment simultaneously on student learning motivation. This research is research that uses a quantitative approach. Furthermore, this research is a type of associative research. The data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis methods in this research are data quality testing, classical assumption testing, regression testing and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are as follows: (1) there is an influence of service quality on student learning motivation, (2) there is an influence of the campus environment on student learning motivation, (3) there is a simultaneous influence of service quality and campus environment on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Love of Money, Tax Knowledge and Taxpayer Awareness on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance among Bachelor of Accounting students at Pamulang University. The number of appropriate samples in this research was 66 students between semesters 2-7 of the Accounting Study Program. This research uses primary data, namely data in the form of opinions from research subjects (respondents) using a survey by filling in the G-Form Questionnaire. The results of filling in the Questionnaire get the percentage results for each existing variable. These results reveal that Love of Money, Tax Knowledge and Taxpayer Awareness have an influence on Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how Profitability and Liquidity influence Going Concern Audit Opinions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2021–2023 period. Sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling method. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this research show that the Profitability variable has a significant negative effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion, while the Liquidity variable does not have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion. However, the variables Profitability and Liquidity simultaneously have a significant effect on the Going Concern Audit Opinion.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product diversity dimensions on consumer purchase intention at Bloods Clothing Industries Concept Store Karawang. In the rapidly evolving fashion business context, Bloods Clothing Industries faces the challenge of intensifying competition in the market. The main issue under investigation is how Bloods Clothing Industries navigates the dynamics of competition and creates a strong consumer purchase intention. This research employs a quantitative approach by collecting data from consumers who visited the store during a specific period. The collected data is subjected to statistical analysis techniques, and the structural model is tested using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The research findings reveal that factors such as price and product diversity significantly influence consumer purchase intention. Price-related aspects, including affordability, price-quality alignment, price competitiveness, and price-benefit correspondence, play a crucial role in shaping purchase intention. Additionally, product diversity in terms of materials and design also has a positive impact on consumer purchase intention. The implications of this study suggest that Bloods Clothing Industries concept store Karawang should consider marketing strategies that focus on competitive pricing dimensions and diverse products appealing to consumers. A better understanding of the factors influencing purchase intention can assist companies in making informed decisions to confront competition and enhance customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the development of publications related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the world of education. This research uses bibliometric analysis with the keyword "Artificial intelligence in education" from 2020-2024. The research results show that there are 970 scientific articles that appear according to keywords and there is an increase in research every year. Based on visualization analysis from VOSViewer, it shows that the most studied theme is Artificial intelligence technology which discusses teaching, educational institutions, learning, performance, higher education, abilities, ChatGpt, etc. This research provides an overview for researchers and readers in developing relevant research topics.

Abstract

The development of the coffee shop business in Indonesia shows quite rapid development, one of which is in Karawang City. The phenomenon experienced by the Kofieboy shop is the rise and fall of income and competition over the last few years. After the pandemic, Kofieboy is trying to increase his income to return to normal times by using digital marketing which utilizes social media such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok. Apart from that, Kofieboy also sells through e-commerce such as Grabfood, Gofood and Shopeefood. This research aims to determine the partial or simultaneous influence of digital marketing and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for Kofieboy products. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. This research was conducted on kofieboy Karawang. The sample for this research was 100. The sampling technique in this research used the saturated sampling method. The analysis model used in this research is a multiple linear regression analysis model using the f test and t test with a significance level of 5%. The research results show that there is a partial influence between digital marketing on increasing purchases with the t table value (5.348 > 1.661 or tcount > ttable). Meanwhile, there is a partial influence of work discipline on employee performance with t table (2.507 > 1.661).

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of taxes, bonus mechanisms and tunneling incentives on transfer pricing in industrial sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The total research population was 63 samples taken from 12 industrial sector companies over a 5 year period. industrial companies listed on the IDX using a purposive sampling method. Research data was analyzed using panel data regression analysis. This research obtained using Eviews 12 shows that the simultaneous variables of tax, bonus mechanism, and tunneling incentive have a significant effect on transfer pricing. Partially, taxes have a significant effect on transfer pricing, bonus mechanisms have a significant effect on transfer pricing, and Tunneling Incentive has a significant effect on transfer pricing.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of tax knowledge, tax awareness and the implementation of the e-filling system on taxpayer compliance for the 2024 period, especially for Pamulang University undergraduate Accounting study program students who have studied taxation. The total population with a sample of 214 respondents was followed by students in semesters 2 (two) and 6 (six). This research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data was processed using SPSS 22 which showed the results that the variables of tax knowledge, tax awareness and implementation of the e-filling system simultaneously had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile the research results of the tax knowledge variable and the implementation of the e-filling system do not have a partially significant effect on taxpayer compliance, and the tax awareness variable has a partially significant effect on taxpayer compliance.
