Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze communication style and leadership style factors in building employee loyalty at Raja Mart in Bireuen Regency. This research approach is descriptive qualitative research. As informants are the owner/leader and several employees of Raja Mart, Bireuen. Data collection uses interview techniques or direct structured interviews. The data analysis technique uses a descriptive analysis model. The research results show that: 1) communication style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 2) leadership style has a significant influence on employee loyalty 3) employee loyalty is jointly influenced by the way leadership and communication are enforced.

Abstract

Digital marketing is defined as promotion and market search efforts carried out online using digital media, including social media and online networks. However, MSMEs in Kediri still face various obstacles, including the problem of low sales. Digital marketing provides opportunities for MSMEs to increase sales revenue. This research aims to explain the influence of digital marketing on increasing the income of MSMEs in Kediri. And it can also provide a deeper understanding of how digital marketing can be the key to success for MSMEs, especially in Kediri. By applying methods that describe digital marketing, MSME entrepreneurs can learn strategies for using digital technology to reach a wider audience and increase sales revenue. The results of the research show that digital marketing has a positive impact which is especially visible in increasing the sales turnover of MSMEs in Kediri. Factors in digital marketing that have a positive impact on increasing MSME sales in Kediri include choosing a social media platform, regularly updating information, and being responsive to customer needs. The aim of this research is not only for MSMEs in Kediri, but can also be a valuable guide for MSMEs in other places who face similar challenges. MSMEs can develop marketing strategies that are stable and develop their competitiveness in an increasingly competitive digital market.in an increasingly competitive digital market.

Abstract

Based on observations, it is known that the main problem is the lack of a thorough understanding of sales technology that can increase the productivity of the crab crackers. This research intends to see if there is an effect of training on the utilization of digital technology on the productivity of umkm crab crackers in Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon. The total sample in the research was 93 people. Using quantitative method with simple linear regression analysis. According to observations, it is known that the case in the research is the lack of skills and understanding of digital technology that can increase productivity. based on the results of the simple linear regression test for productivity of 37.587%, based on the research conclusion shows that work learning has an absolute impact on the sales productivity of crab cracker MSMEs in Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.298, this case states that job training has an impact on productivity in the crab cracker SMEs of Sukajaya Village, Cilamaya Kulon Cilamaya Kulon as much as 29.8% while as much as 70.2% is influenced by other causes that are not tested. The conclusion of the research shows that training has an absolute effect on productivity.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of individual characteristics and internal communication on work ethic. The population in this study were teachers at SMAN 04 South Tangerang City. The number of samples in this research was 60 teachers. The type of data in this research is primary data with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is correlation analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 software. This research shows that individual characteristics and internal communication together have a positive effect on work ethic, individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on work ethic and communication. Internals have a positive effect on work ethic.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and location on consumer satisfaction at Warkop Syekar. This type of research is associative research. Data collection in this research was carried out through a survey approach with a quantitative descriptive research type by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents, while the population used in this research was warkop on mada consumers. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis tool used in this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product Software Solution). The data analysis techniques in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using a partial significant test (t test), simultaneous significant test (F test), and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research show that partially service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. And partially location has a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and test the corporate risk and leverage to tax avoidance. The type of research used in this study is a type of quantitative research with a causal associative approach, and the source used is secondary data in the form of annual reports on coals sector for 5 (five) periods. The population in this study were companies in the coals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2018-2022 and there were 43 companies. The research sample was selected based on purposive sampling technique by obtaining 14 companies for 5 periods or 70 observation data. To test the hypothesis using the program EViews series 9. Data were analyzed using the method of panel data regression analysis. The results of this study partially show that corporate risk have an effect to tax avoidance, meanwhile leverage had no effect to tax avoidance. Simultaneously show that corporate risk and leverage have an effect to tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of capital market training, financial literacy, research benefits, and research motivation on the investment interest of students from the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. Data were collected using a questionnaire through purposive sampling, with 86 respondents. The research employed validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings from the t-test indicate that capital market training, financial literacy, investment benefits, and investment motivation significantly affect the investment interest of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta.

Abstract

The issue of dirty data, particularly duplicate data, is a common problem in data management that can affect data quality, operational efficiency, and decision-making. This study highlights the importance of implementing sustainable deduplication strategies as a key step in managing dirty data. We explore solutions for detecting duplicate data by measuring text similarity indices. In this study, the authors utilize a literature review research method. Through this method, we collected various journals on data deduplication and text similarity techniques, comparing several methods to identify the most effective approach. The data deduplication process in this study consists of two stages: 1) Matching - calculating the similarity value of a record with previous records, and 2) Clustering - grouping all records deemed duplicates of a single entity. Furthermore, this study extends to the development of a Python application capable of identifying and grouping similar customer data based on text similarity values. The Text Similarity measurement method uses the Jaro-Winkler Similarity technique. Experimental results and evaluations show that the Text Similarity approach is effective in identifying duplicate data with a high degree of accuracy. This study emphasizes the importance of sustainable deduplication, where the deduplication process is conducted periodically and continuously to ensure optimal data quality.

Abstract

This research aims to 1) To determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on the quality of human resources. 2) To determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on the quality of human resources. 3) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on the quality of human resources. 4) To determine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. 5) To determine and analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance. 6) To determine and analyze the influence of discipline on employee performance. 7) To determine and analyze the influence of the quality of human resources on the performance of Secretariat General Wantannas employees. The research method used in this research is a descriptive-quantitative statistical method using SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) software ver 3.2.8 with the PLS Analysis model. The population in this study was 140 people. In this research, the sampling technique used was simple random sampling. Thus, the number of saturated samples used was 100 respondents. The results of this research show that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Transformational Leadership on the Quality of Human Resources. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on the quality of human resources. 3) There is a significant and significant influence of discipline on the quality of human resources. 4) There is a significant and significant influence of Transformational Leadership on Performance. 5) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on performance. 6) There is a positive and significant influence of discipline on performance. 7) There is a significant and significant influence on the quality of human resources on performance.

Abstract

The dynamics between workload pressures, negative work environments, and employee motivation are crucial in understanding workplace productivity and employee well-being. This study explores how these factors interplay within PT. Fouher Popular Internasional. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 83 employees at PT. Fouher Popular Internasional. The findings reveal significant correlations between high workload pressures and decreased motivation, as well as between negative work environments and reduced employee engagement. These interactions highlight the need for effective management strategies to mitigate these issues.
