Abstract

Post-disaster recovery in Central Sulawesi Province covering Sigi District, Donggala District, Parigi Moutong District and Palu City which occurred in 2018 is a national priority program, because the impact is so great. The incident caused damage and losses to various important sectors in people's lives, such as housing, infrastructure, economy, social and cross-sector sectors. Rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts carried out by both central and regional governments and various related parties are certainly needed and have been running for the last 5 years. This study aims to evaluate the efforts that have been made in restoring all affected sectors. The methodology of this study is based on a literature study with the scope of a literature search study through secondary data obtained from where the researcher works, namely BNPB and other sources. The results show that there are 2 areas that have not fully recovered, namely Palu City and Parigi Moutong District. In both areas, there are still sectors that require further attention and action, namely the economic sector in Parigi Moutong District and all sectors in Palu City because they are below the pre-disaster baseline value. Therefore, a sustainable program involving all stakeholders is needed to improve the condition of these sectors.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to see the level of physical condition of futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Taluk Kuantan. Based on the results of observations of futsal athletes at SMA Negeri 1 Taluk Kuantan, it was discovered that their physical condition had never been checked at all by the coach, it was only seen that the students' physical condition was not good. It was proven that when doing drills several times, some students felt tired quickly. Poor physical condition causes the school athletes' performance to fluctuate. Coaches also complained about the physical condition of futsal athletes which caused the athlete's performance when competing to be unstable. Students really need excellent physical condition when competing to carry out the coach's tactics and strategies. Apart from that, when chasing the ball the athlete looks slow, then his movements look less agile and his shooting kick has less power so that his kick seems weak. The tests used in this study used futsal physical condition tests including leg muscle strength tests (leg dynamometer), speed tests (30 meter sprint), flexibility tests (sitting and reaching), agility tests (shuttle run), leg muscle explosive power tests. (vertical jump) and endurance test ( balke test). The sample in this study was 20 futsal athletes from SMA Negeri 1 Taluk Kuantan. From the results of tests carried out in the field, results were obtained in the "Perfect" category, proven by an average score of 17.70 or in the interval 9.6 – 10.

Abstract

The United Nations (UN) proposed the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to make the earth peaceful and prosperous by 2030. Abundant water and food supply, sustainable energy consumption, climate change mitigation, and sustainable energy consumption are considered the keys to better sustainability. For example, the food sector is responsible for 30% of global energy consumption, 21-37% of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, and 70% of global water withdrawals. Integrating renewable energy into a country's energy mix largely depends on the implementation of renewable energy policies. Sustainably developed solar photovoltaic options to meet energy. The main focus is to achieve energy security and independence with special emphasis on solar energy, to drive transformative change towards widespread adoption of renewable energy. The research method uses a literature study and the findings are in the form of the direction of the Indonesian Government's policy setting, namely the National Energy General Plan (RUEN) which is the basis for regulation through Presidential Regulation Number 79 of 2014 with the aim of changing the increase in the national energy share to 23% by 2025. This regulation aims to create opportunities for PT PLN (Persero) customers in the household, business, government, social, and industrial sectors to be actively involved in the utilization and management of renewable energy in a sustainable manner and provide insight into the sustainability of solar energy, including environmental and economic development.

Abstract

Conflict is an inevitable part of life. Conflict management is an essential part of the success to manage interacting issues with others, both in professional and personal environments. One highly suitable method for conflict management is Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) approach, which views human language and behavior as learnable and changeable to achieve specific goals, including resolving conflicts. NLP provides several techniques and methods that can help someone manage conflict more effectively, such as managing emotions, identifying and understanding differences in perception, and building better relationships. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the NLP approach in conflict management through a case study that is researched using a qualitative approach with interview techniques to collect data from sources involved directly or indirectly in the conflict that occurred. The results of the study show that the NLP approach is considered effective in social conflict management. NLP techniques in recognizing communication patterns through Linguistic Model (Meta Model and Milton Model) using Chunking techniques can help manage conflict and improve relationships between conflicting parties.  This study also found that the Chunking method in NLP is very suitable for resolving conflicts at the micro level, while for conflict resolution at the meso and macro levels, the Chunking approach can be combined with other NLP approaches such as ‘ecology checking’, and ‘future pacing’. Overall, conflict management using NLP can help improve someone's ability, especially for conflict resolvers and mediators, to manage conflicts more effectively and help conflicting parties find fair and equal solutions.

Abstract

Sexual violence is a criminal act which basically requires very strict law enforcement. The dimensions of sexual violence regulated in the Criminal Code are not yet able to fully regulate the forms of sexual violence that occur, where regulations related to sexual violence are regulated in articles 281-295 of the Criminal Code which have limited clarification. on rape and molestation. Abstract

The environmental crisis is a phenomenon that occurs in various parts of the world. Environmental activists also highlight various issues related to environmental damage by campaigning for the public to understand how damaged the earth is as a result of the actions and negligence of irresponsible individuals and corporate groups. PT. Obsidian Stainless Steel, which is a leading company in Southeast Sulawesi, has recently violated the management and sustainability of natural resources. The impacts arising from waste disposed of haphazardly by PT. OSS have resulted in clean air being polluted, rice fields drying out, crop failure and worsening public health. For this reason, collaborative governance between government, citizens and other groups is needed which is expected to increase cooperation and good coordination in dealing with environmental issues, so as to create sustainable environmental conditions.
