Abstract

This journal aims to provide an explanation of the concept of quality, school quality and the quality of educational institutions. This journal also focuses on the quality of education managed by professional institutions through integrated quality management. Educational institutions as producers of the service sector must pay attention to the quality, the quality of the managerial and academic aspects. Both of these aspects can be achieved through the application of the concept of total quality management (TQM). TQM is a management concept that places all university personnel (academics) as individuals who have responsibility for quality in accordance with their duties and functions. Quality of education is the degree of excellence in managing education effectively and efficiently to give birth to academic and extracurricular excellence in students who are declared to have passed for one level of education or completed a certain learning program. National Education Standards aim to ensure the quality of national education in the context of educating the nation's life and shaping the character and civilization of a dignified nation. National Education Standards are refined in a planned, directed, and sustainable manner in accordance with the changing demands of local, national, and global life.

Abstract

Joyful Learning Approach in Muamalah Course Against Student Learning Outcomes of Faculty of Law UMSU that learning is no longer understood merely as a process of transfer of knowledge but must be practiced by students. As a form of implementation of the activities carried out by each student. This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the problems faced in class is often not in line with expectations. In learning material muamalah students often encounter boredom and difficulty accepting the material. So students feel uncomfortable with learning so that they will do things that can disrupt the learning process.This study aims to find out how much the influence of the Joyful Learning approach so that class learning in the implementation of learning should be held interactively, inspiratively, fun, challenging and motivating students to participate actively. Learning is organized in a fun and can have a positive effect on student learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aims to analyze ruju' in an Islamic perspective. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The results of the study indicate that the basic law of reconciliation is permissible but the law of reconciliation becomes unlawful when the husband refers to his wife with the aim of causing trouble and harm to his wife. And it becomes makruh if the husband sees that he will not be able to enforce Allah's boundaries in the household if he refers his wife again. Among the wisdom of reconciliation is to restore the integrity of the household, improve the relationship between husband and wife and their offspring and provide the opportunity to be together again as a form of God's grace and love for husband and wife, and is God's favor to them so that they can find happiness.Keywords: Ruju’, Hukum Islam, Ushul Fikih

Abstract

This study aims to identify and obtain information on the implementation of E-learning ang the constrains of online teaching and learning process at home due to the existence of a pandemic covid-19. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative case study method that is used tonobtain information related to the constraints and consequances resulting from the pandemic covid19 on theaching and learning activities in several schools in Medan City. In this study, respondens who ware asked to conduct interview ware as many as 5 teacher in several schools in Medan City. For confidentiality purposes, respondents are given the initials R1,R2,R3,R4 and R5. This research uses interview method through social media by asking a number of questions which are arranged to be developed based on related literature. The results of this study are hare, are some obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in online teaching and learning activities, namely the mastery of technology is still lacking, additiona internet quota costs increase, there is assisting children learning, communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents are reduced and working hours become unlimited for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other techers and school principals. And from the negative side also causes children to be too spoiled with gadgets so that social values and behavior are less affective because the religious theaching process that has been given is not optimally carried out. Abstract

This research generally aims to explore the learning evaluation system in schools and uncover problems experienced during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is an expolarative research conducted by SMP Muhammadiyah 03 Medan. Sources of data obtained from the teacher. The research subjects were 30 respondents using interview and documentation methods. While the main instrument is the researcher who is equipped with interview tools and mobile phones. The form of qualitative data analysis is descriptive. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the evaluation of the learning of moral aqidah subjects during the Covid19 pandemic was less effective and not maximally carried out, both in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Teachers use various WhatsApp applications as the main means of the evaluation process. Meanwhile, the Zoom Meeting application is rarely used by teachers in learning evaluation activities. Keywords: Evaluation, Learning, Covid-19.

Abstract

Islam is the true religion and regulates the life of mankind in this world and the hereafter. Islam also teaches various things in regulating life, such as managing or managing finances and financing in life. In the world of education, one must also be wise in managing finances and financing within the scope of education. Abstract

The purpose of writing this research is to determine the effect of using the method of giving homework on the learning outcomes of class X students in Islamic religious education subjects. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach (ex-post pacto). The population in this study were all class X SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Sunggal totaling 64 students. The results of the study concluded that there was no influence or low effect of the method of giving homework on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Sunggal. This is evident from the results of hypothesis testing using the chi squared formula obtained by x^2 of 2.0584 which is calculated to be smaller than (x^2) at the 5% significance level with a price of 16.919, which is 2.0584. So that in research conducted by researchers on the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected and (Ho) is accepted, with a very low level of relationship. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination the effect of using the method of giving homework has a contribution of 20.32%. In influencing student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education students of class X SMA Muhammadiyah 18 Sunggal.

Abstract

The hierarchical theory of multilevel needs, which was initiated by Abraham Maslow as the founder of Humanistic Psychology, is not yet fully understood. Above the need for self-actualization which occupies the last rung of the basic needs theory, Abraham Maslow stated his concept of metaneeds as the highest need. The theory of high needs (metaneeds) is an abstract need of the human soul which means being above the need for self-actualization. The concept of high needs is not as popular as the concept of basic needs. It even seems forgotten. This is because the Western view which is rooted in materialistic philosophy requires science to be in the empirical realm (sensory experience) and rejects belief in transcendental and unseen things. This is what makes the final concept of human needs initiated by Abraham Maslow like hanging and stopping until the concept of self-actualization alone. Therefore, it can be said that metaneeds (high needs, spiritual needs) are the missing rung in the unified whole concept of Abraham Maslow's ideas about motives and motivation. Maslow's metaneeds include truth, unity, harmony, justice, self-autonomy (independence), uniqueness, kindness, ease, simplicity, joy, and meaning in life in values (religion). If the need for things that are noble and abstract is not fulfilled, it can lead to metapatology or mental illness which in the language of the Koran is known as mental illness which has an impact on hardness and harshness of the heart. Keywords: Abraham Maslow, metaneeds, metapathology, humanistic psychology

Abstract

Educators should not cram students' brains with their own ideas or desires. Educators should raise the latent potential contained in students. In the first four years, children subconsciously absorb all ideas and feelings from their social environment. After that, in the next process he began to imitate the attitudes and ideas of the people around him. Here, educators and parents are required to set good examples in their daily behavior and actions, so that they become role models for students in a better direction. An educator should have adequate knowledge about the psychological development of students. This knowledge will really help him to get to know each individual student and make it easier to carry out the teaching and learning process. Educators should have the ability to understand the absorption capacity of students. This ability will be useful for determining educational materials that are in accordance with the abilities of students. If educators impose material beyond the ability of their students, it will cause mental lethargy and even hatred of the science being taught. If this happens, it will hinder the process of achieving educational goals. Therefore, a balance is needed between difficult and easy subject matter in the scope of educational material.

Abstract

Abstract: In the learning process, the media as a tool has a very big role in improving the quality of learning in a place. The research title is Lack of Teacher or Educator's Interest in Using Learning Media. The purpose of this study is to examine how far an interactive dialogue between a teacher and students is done dynamically and efficiently in early childhood education. The research method using  is descriptive method. Data collection techniques by looking at the conditions around, reading info and reading books connecting to  learning media. The research subject is an early childhood teacher. The results of the research showed: 1) educators easily give lessons with a variety of learning methods that are assisted by a learning medium including digital media, 2) media is a need that cannot be separated in all aspects, 3) not all teachers are able to use assistive devices learning media, 4) the instructor has difficulty when delivering his learning material, because he cannot display the subject matter. Keywords     : Teacher and Learning media
