Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership abilities and marketing competencies of the LAZISMU Wonogiri manager in achieving the organization’s annual fundraising targets. Employing a qualitative method with a case study approach, this research explores the leadership styles adopted by the manager, the marketing strategies applied, and the impact of both on the organization's target achievement. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation to gain insights into the effectiveness of leadership and marketing in a philanthropic organization. The findings reveal that the manager applies transformational and situational leadership styles, which motivate the team, enhance loyalty, and encourage target achievement. Relationship-based marketing competencies and integrated communication strategies significantly contribute to maintaining donor trust and raising public awareness about LAZISMU programs. In conclusion, the combination of inspirational leadership and effective marketing strategies directly supports the annual target achievement of LAZISMU Wonogiri. Recommendations from this study include the importance of continuous training in nonprofit leadership and marketing to improve organizational performance.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the practice of bilateral inheritance among religious figures in Satreyan Village, Kanigoro Blitar District, then compare it with Hazairin's theory of bilateral inheritance to find out whether there are similarities in the legal explanation. This research is empirical juridical research using a comparative approach. The research results show that although both have the same spirit in efforts to accommodate equal inheritance rights for women and men, there are differences in legal reasoning. Bilateral inheritance among Satreyan religious figures was agreed upon in the heirs forum as an effort to sad dzariah without ignoring faraid. Meanwhile, Hazairin, in his bilateral inheritance, carried out new legal istinbath on inheritance verses and hadiths with different legal reasoning from the classical fuqaha'.

Abstract

Shadow Organization combines the relationship between different factors, namely internal factors (internal environment) and external factors (external environment) as a supporter of the sustainability goals of Islamic boarding schools, Shadow Organization itself focuses on how these different factors are interconnected, how the formation of this shadow can maintain the sustainability of the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Islamic Boarding School and finally provide feedback in maintaining the sustainability of the Islamic boarding school. The use of Shadow Organization to maintain the sustainability of the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Islamic Boarding School so that it continues to exist in society is very much needed. The purpose of this study is to determine the Framing Shadow organization in maintaining the sustainability of the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Islamic Boarding School using qualitative research. Abstract

This study aims to reveal the applied pattern of the formation of effective HR performance. This study took place at the Ibnu Kholdun Al Hasyimi Widoropayung Besuki Islamic Boarding School. This data collection used a qualitative case study approach. Data acquisition through observation and interviews with the regional head, one of the administrators, and one of the students. The data analysis procedure is data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that effective HR performance towards a quality Islamic boarding school includes: Administrators have potential, have high desires, and get support from leaders. The results of the study indicate the success and implementation of effective human resource performance towards a quality Islamic boarding school. This pattern is a good contribution to the sustainability of Islamic Boarding Schools towards the tight competition of education in the future global era

Abstract

The aim of this research is the implementation of an Islamic education curriculum based on local wisdom and efforts to instill Islamic values ​​based on local wisdom in educational practice. The design of this research is a Literature Review or literature review. The research results show that 1) the implementation of the independent learning concept is designed so that students have many alternative competencies and relevant skills to be developed in the future. developed based on understanding and practicing the values ​​of monotheism radically (deeply rooted). Efforts to instill Islamic education values ​​in local wisdom are carried out through Islamic education values ​​in local wisdom which have been instilled through religious cultivation methods in the form of faith values, worship values, moral values ​​by combining Islamic religious habits in the free learning education curriculum.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become integral to various sectors; however, public understanding of this technology remains limited. This study explores the roles of government, educational organizations, and the community in enhancing AI's understanding and ethical implementation. Employing a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through a survey of 300 respondents, in-depth interviews with 15 officials and representatives from educational organizations, and focus group discussions with 30 participants. Results indicate that only 30% of respondents feel adequately informed about AI applications, while government policies lack clear regulations. Community involvement in education-based programs has effectively reduced the negative stigma associated with AI. These findings emphasize the importance of collaboration among all stakeholders to create a supportive environment for AI implementation. This research is expected to serve as a reference for developing more effective policies and educational programs related to AI in the future.

Abstract

The inmate visit service is very effective in contributing to reducing the crime rate and improving public safety. As a forum for coaching, protecting and guiding inmates, correctional institutions hold a great responsibility to fulfill the goals of corrections. One of them is the fulfillment of the right to visit prisoners. The purpose of this study is to find out the legal provisions and how to implement the inmate visit service in the Class I Surabaya Correctional Institution. The method used in this study is through a qualitative descriptive approach. Data was taken through interviews with visiting officers, inmates and related parties, as well as by direct observation at the Surabaya Class I Correctional Institution. In addition, analysis of documents and related literature is also used to support the findings of the research. The results of the study show that the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates still faces various challenges. Factors such as relatively complicated administrative requirements policies, lack of adequate facilities, as well as lack of resources. This study also found several recommendations to improve the fulfillment of the right to visit services for inmates. Measures such as the formulation of clear and firm policies, the improvement of adequate visiting facilities, and the increase of understanding and awareness of visiting officers and other related parties regarding the importance of fulfilling the rights of prisoners are needed.

Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum is an effort to build student character by providing students with opportunities to gain knowledge through direct experience. This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) Independent Curriculum in improving the environmentally caring character of students at MINU Waru 1. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) can improve students' environmentally conscious character with the existence of recycling project activities and teacher strategies that are implemented can bring about changes in students' mindsets towards items that can pollute the environment, and increase students' awareness of the environment around them. The conclusion in this study, the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) provides students with the opportunity to gain knowledge through direct experience so that it can improve students' environmentally conscious character.

Abstract

The creative industry has grown rapidly and dynamically. With the rise of digital technology in Indonesia, many start-up companies have emerged, especially in the creative industry. An attractive company name is a selling point to win the competition. In a company there is a name that will grow or the perception of a brand. One of the keys to the success or failure of a company is the name. Name changes must also be accompanied by rebranding. The method used is a descriptive method that aims to explain factually and accurately. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, the results of this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. in the name transformation, there is also an implied meaning to show innovation and stability, and reflect the exclusive values that are carried. The results of the study show that. The company name is very influential. The conclusion of this study is that in general the company name follows the current trend.

Abstract

The development of the digital era presents opportunities and challenges in the integration of Islamic values ​​in education, especially in Islamic educational institutions. This study focuses on MAN 1 Blora as a case study to explore the application of Islamic values ​​in a technology-based curriculum. The main objective of this study is to examine the strategy of integrating Islamic values ​​in the curriculum in the digital era and to identify the challenges and solutions faced. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, with data validation using triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that MAN 1 Blora has succeeded in integrating Islamic values ​​through a digital technology-based curriculum. Teachers utilize various platforms such as Google Classroom, YouTube, and social media to deliver Islamic material in an interesting and relevant way. In addition, digital-based habituation programs, such as online tadarus and Islamic literacy, also strengthen students' character building. However, there are significant challenges, including limited access to technology for some students and exposure to negative digital content that requires more intensive guidance from teachers. The discussion shows that digital technology provides a great opportunity to strengthen Islamic values, but requires a holistic approach involving infrastructure improvements, teacher training, and the development of interactive Islamic media. In conclusion, the integration of Islamic values ​​in the education curriculum in the digital era provides a significant contribution in forming an Islamic generation with strong character. MAN 1 Blora is a real example of the adaptation of Islamic educational institutions to the development of the times without abandoning Islamic values.
