Abstract

A consumer's decision to visit is an integration process that combines knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors, and choose one among them. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of attractiveness and accessibility on the decision to visit Wahana Yukita Bengkulu Tourism. This research is a quantitative approach research with descriptive methods. Research location at Wahana Yukita Bengkulu Tourism in December 2023 until completion. The population in this research is all consumers who visit Wahana Yukita Bengkulu Tourism. This research used an incidental sampling technique with a total sample of 90 people. The data collection techniques in this research are interviews, observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, it was found that the Fsig value = 0.000, this means that the Fsig value < α value, namely 0.005, so it can be concluded that the attractiveness (X1) and accessibility (X2) variables influence the visiting decision variable (Y) or together they have an influence. simultaneously

Abstract

Work performance is the main key to a company's success in achieving its goals. A company needs employees who have the right work performance and employee competencies to achieve the desired promotion. This research aims to determine the influence of work performance and employee competency on position promotion at PT Agung Automall Toyota Bengkulu. This research uses quantitative methods and the object of this research is employees of PT Agung Automall Toyota Bengkulu, a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This research uses validity tests, reality tests, classical assumption tests followed by hypothesis testing. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y 2.036 0.463 (X1) + 0.713 (X2) is obtained. The research results and hypothesis show that Job Performance (sig α = 0.000 < 0.050), Employee Competence (sig α = 0.002 < 0.050). From the results of the hypothesis test, it shows that there is a simultaneous influence of Job Performance and Employee Competency on Job Promotion and shows that there is a significant influence of Job Performance and Employee Competency partially on Job Promotion.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix on creative purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform (Case study of management students at the UMB Faculty of Economics and Business Class 2020-2022). The objects of this research were management students from the UMB Faculty of Economics and Business Class 2020-2022 who were 71 creative consumers on the Shopee platform. The data analysis techniques used in this research used instrument tests, classical assumption tests, analysis of respondent responses, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The research results show that the product variable has a positive and significant effect on creative consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. The price variable also has a positive and significant influence on creative consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. Then the promotion variable shows a positive and significant influence on creative consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. The place variable shows a positive and significant influence on creative purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform. So, from the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and place) has a partial and simultaneous influence on creative consumer purchasing decisions on the Shopee platform.

Abstract

The use of plastic replacing other materials exacerbates marine pollution, accumulation of nondegradable waste, and leads to greenhouse gas emissions and microplastics, threatening ecosystems and human health. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of green marketing strategies in enhancing environmental awareness and purchasing interest in Starbucks Coffee products. The research methodology employs Systematic Literature Review (SLR), collecting data through documentation of relevant articles from similar studies. Findings indicate that green marketing effectively boosts purchasing interest and positively impacts brand image, influencing consumer purchasing decisions and loyalty

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh variabel kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover karyawan di Bento Kopi Yogyakarta. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 110 orang karyawan. Pengujian statistik yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji linearitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji uji t, uji f, uji koefisien determinasi, dan analisis ratarata hitung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji t dan f didapatkan bahwa: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan di Bento Kopi Yogyakarta karena nilai t hitung < t tabel yaitu 1,258 < 1,658 atau nilai sig 0,211 > α = 0,05. (2) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover karyawan di Bento Kopi Yogyakarta karena nilai t hitung < t tabel yaitu -0,870 < 1,658 atau nilai sig 0,386 > α = 0,5. (3) kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan juga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan tehadap turnover karyawan karena f hitung < F tabel yaitu 0,816 < 3,08 atau nilai sig f 0,445 > α = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer satisfaction and corporate reputation on customer loyalty (study on customers of PT. JNE Bengkulu City). The population used in this study is all customers who use the services of PT. JNE Bengkulu City with a total sample of 120 respondents. Data collected through online questionnaires were then processed using the SPSS test tool version 26. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the Customer Satisfaction and Corporate Reputation variables have a significant positive effect on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of geographic and demographic factors in purchasing decisions (case study of MSME consumers in the coastal tourism area of ​​Bengkulu City). This research uses a quantitative approach with research methods based on the philosophy of positivism. The population used in this research was MSME consumers in the Long Beach tourist area of ​​Bengkulu City. Respondents were selected using a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 130 people. Data was collected through a validated and reliable questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression to test the hypothesis. The test results show that geographical factors (t_count = 3.018, Sig = 0.003) and demographic factors (t_count = 5.688, Sig = 0.000) have a positive and significant effect on individual purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, these two factors together have a significant influence on purchasing decisions (F_count = 28.354, Sig = 0.000).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation and work discipline on the performance of Brand Rexi promoter employees in Bengkulu. Respondents of this study were employees of Brand Rexi promoters in Bengkulu totaling 36 employees. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of research on leadership style, motivation and work discipline simultaneously or together have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Rexi Brand promoter in Bengkulu City with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05. As well as the leadership style variable with a probability value (sig) of 0.034 <0.050 has a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation with a probability value (sig) of 0.008 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee performance. And work discipline with a probability value (sig) of 0.000 <0.05 has a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya peran Lembaga Keuangan Syariah (LKS) dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, khususnya dalam pemberdayaan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) melalui berbagai produk keuangan berbasis syariah. Namun, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam literasi keuangan syariah dan penerapan produk-produk seperti murabahah, mudharabah, dan musyarakah yang belum optimal, terutama dalam mendukung investasi sosial dan pengelolaan zakat, infaq, serta sedekah. Keberbaruan penelitian ini terletak pada analisis mendalam tentang peran LKS dalam mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip syariah dengan program-program sosial yang berfokus pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada beberapa LKS di daerah tertentu, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan literasi keuangan syariah dan inovasi produk keuangan syariah berperan signifikan dalam memperkuat kontribusi LKS terhadap pembangunan ekonomi lokal dan peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
