Abstract

This research is based on the lack of learning media to support the learning process that can increase students' interest and motivation in learning physics. This study aims to produce a Line Webtoon-based digital physics comic learning media with the subject of pressure. The research method used is research and development (Research & Development) with reference to the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation). Data collection technique use in the form of charging poll through the Google Form, while the research instrument used includes a student needs charging poll consisting of 50 SMP Class VIII students randomly representing one province namely Central Java and a validation sheet consisting of material experts and media expert validation sheets. given to 6 (six) validators, namely 2 (two) material experts, 2 (two) media experts and 2 (two) linguists. This study shows that the results of the validation carried out by material experts, media experts, and linguists obtained an average percentage value of 93.81% in the very good category. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be said that Line Webtoon-based digital comics are feasible to be implemented in physics learning.Keywords: Learning Media, Digital Comic, Line Webtoon, Physics, Pressure

Abstract

Fish is a source of protein that is widely consumed by indonesians, easy to obtain, and cheap. This foodstuff, quickly undergoes a process of decay caused by the growth of microorganisms, fish producers often use preservatives so that this product is not quickly damaged, especially preservatives that are not allowed formaldehyde. Therefore, a tool is needed that can easily detect the content of formaldehyde. We make a tool called smart nose that is a detection of harmful preservatives in fish. This research aims to create a smart nose tool design that can detect the content of formaldehyde in fish. The tools and materials used to assemble the components are the Arduino, jumper cable, HCHO sensor, LED, resistor, LCD and Bluetooth HC-05 module, as well as arduino IDE software to program the circuit. After the components are assembled, a smart nose tool is obtained that can detect the content of formaldehyde in PPM units.

Abstract

The vehicle is an important requirement for daily activities. The increasing number of vehicles in Indonesia from year to year correlates with the worsening air quality, especially in big cities like Jakarta. Data also shows that 70% of air pollution in Jakarta comes from motorized vehicles that use fossil fuels. One source of energy that can be an alternative solution is electric-powered vehicles because they have advantages, which are not producing pollution. Electric vehicles generally use lithium batteries as a source of electric power. Lithium batteries that have been used up are generally just thrown away without going through the processing so that they will contaminate water and soil. Therefore, we want to make vehicles that are not dependent on fossil fuels, produce no pollution, and can do auto charging electric so they don't rely on PLN electricity. This vehicle can charge independently because it has an electromagnetic coil on the rear wheel that will produce GGL induction from the wheel rotation when the bike is moving. We call this vehicle MOBERAK (Environmentally Friendly Fuel-Free Motorbike).

Abstract

Nowadays technology has become a loyal friend in everyday life almost every hour, minute and even second of humans can not be separated from the name technology. The practicum modules presented by educational institutions still seem monotonous or less varied. To overcome the problems experienced by these students, it is necessary to use learning media that utilizes technological developments so that current learning media can be packaged in an attractive way, one of which is by making learning media in the form of an Android-based flipbook maker assisted module application (powerpoint). Almost all students have smartphones, because smartphones provide so much entertainment for their users so this can be used to support the learning process, so the use of smartphones can also be useful in improving the quality of education and achieving goals in education. The application in this study contains a cover, introduction, material, video and bibliography. This research method uses a type of research method in the form of research and development methods using the ADDIE development model, namely Analysis, Design, Development / Development, Implementation and Evaluation, the research objective is only to develop and test the feasibility of learning media applications based on validator assessment. The data collection instrument consisted of a material expert validation sheet and a media expert validation sheet given to 2 (two) validators. This study shows the results of the assessment of media experts reached 86.11% with a very good category and also the assessment of material experts reached 84% with a good category. Based on the results of research and discussion of the learning media, this physics practicum module is feasible to be used and tested for students.

Abstract

A research on development of learning media based on web blogs on the concepts of momentum and impulse has been done. This research aims to determine the feasibility of physics learning media based on web blogs. Method of this research is Research & Development (R&D) with ADDIE model. This learning media is validated by media experts and material experts. Based on the results of the research, development of learning media based on web blogs on the concepts of momentum and impulse is feasible for students to physics learning.

Abstract

In the implementation of this research, input and consideration can be made for all parties involved in the world of education, especially in physics lessons. This type of research is development research (Research and Development). The results of the research and discussion can be concluded that the development of learning media for physics-based on Sparkol Videoscribe and AVS Video Editor has a good category. The feasibility of physics learning media based on Sparkol Videoscribe and AVS Video Editor for physics subject matter of straight motion with constant velocity and acceleration is in the good category with the final percentage is 82.93%. So that the media can be used in learning because it is considered valid and worthy of being used as media that support learning in the classroom. This learning media increases students' interest, motivation, and concentration in learning physics in class. Schools should provide support in the form of facilities and infrastructure that can support teaching and learning activities.So that students get maximum service in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Noise is one of the main environmental health problems in big cities. Noise is unwanted sound that can interfere with and or endanger health. Highway traffic is a major source of disturbing noise for most urban society. The impact of noise in the residential environment on public health includes: physiological disorders, psychological disorders, complaints and communication complaints. That The purpose of this study was to determine the noise level on Jalan Raya Tanah Baru and Jalan Raya Bogor and to find out whether the noise level on Jalan Raya Tanah Baru and Jalan Raya Bogor is still feasible for humans hearing. Based on the research that has been done, it is found that the noise level on Jalan Raya Tanah Baru is 71.5 dB. With the highest average noise level of 76 dB which occurred in the morning 08.30-09.00 WIB while the noise level on Jalan Raya Bogor was 76.16 Db with the highest average noise level of 80 db which occurred in the morning at 08.30-09.00 WIB and in the afternoon at 18.00-18.30 WIB. From the data, it can be seen that the noise level on Jalan Raya Bogor is higher than that on Jalan Raya Tanah Baru. This is caused by the number of vehicles passing on Jalan Raya Bogor more than Jalan Raya Tanah Baru. The noise level on Jalan Raya Tanah Baru and Jalan Raya Bogor is already at the level of "strong" and this is not good for health especially in human hearing.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a computer-based exam application using a template from the BeeSMART CBT application. The research method used in this research is a research and development method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research has produced a computer-based exam application. Validation test results, this application is suitable for use. The average total score for the material expert validation assessment was 93.75%, and the total score average was 90.44% for the media expert validation assessment with each score included in the "very feasible" criteria. The response of students to assess the ease of use showed a score of 82.4%, and the ability of the application to prevent cheating was 81.7%. The results of teacher observations showed that the level of student cheating was 36.25%, which means that cheating was small, and the level of integrity was large.

Abstract

A research development of android-based temperature monitoring systems to increase interest in learning physics has been done. This research aims to determine the feasibility of an android-based temperature monitoring system as a learning media in increasing students' interest in learning physics. Based on the results of the research, the development of an android-based temperature monitoring system is suitable for use as a learning medium and students strongly agree that the media is used as a learning media that can increase interest in learning physics.

Abstract

Learning media is an important component to support the learning process that can stimulate students' attention and interest in learning. Making media in the form of supplement books can be a good choice as an additional learning resource to clarify the teaching materials that have been delivered. One of the learning media used is Digital Comics media which can increase students' learning motivation to be able to understand and observe the material provided by the teacher. According to Lamb & Johnson (2009), digital comics are simple comics presented in certain electronic media. The use of visual media such as comics can be used to facilitate understanding and strengthen memory. The material used as the subject of learning is the solar system. in this material there are objects such as the sun, the planets, the orbits of the planets. The method used is the method of research and development (Research and Development). Research and Development (R&D) is research that seeks to develop certain products according to the needs of today's society. This research is limited to the Develop step, which is up to the assessment stage by experts. The research instrument used was a validation sheet and an assessment sheet for experts. Assessment of product quality using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The solar system material physics comic is presented in the form of a flipbook-based physics comic. Broadly speaking, this comic contains an explanation of the storyline, introduction of characters, a summary of the material. The quality of physics comics based on the assessment of linguists, material experts, media experts, and science teachers is very good (SB). According to the presentation of the eligibility criteria, comics were deemed worthy as supplements and learning media. This shows that the comic media can be well received by students and can be used as a medium that supports the student learning process.
