Abstract

The purpose of the research is to design and develop an Integrated Science Module based on Problem-Based Learning (PBL), in addition, in addition, researchers also want to know the results of the student response to the trial of this Integrated Science Module product for junior high school students (junior high school) and equivalent. The research method used in this study is research and develompent method with ADDIE development model. The population is students of SMP Muhamadiyah Pabuaran, with suchrt scale research techniques. The instruments used are validation tests and student response tests in the form of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use descriptive analysis techniques that calculate the percentage of validation values. The results of the study obtained an average score of 75% for media experts with the categories "good" and "decent", an average score of 83.3% for material experts and an average of 80.86% for language experts from the results containing that the development of a Problem Based Learning Based Integrated IPA module (PBL) with the Theme of Energy as a Source of Life SMP /MTS got the category " very feasible" tested in schools. In addition, the results of the student response test got 90.67% results with the category "very feasible" used as a learning medium in the school. The results of this study are useful to improve the quality of learning modules at junior high school/ mts level.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the opinions of validators and the response of learners to the medium of animation video-based physics learning to increase the independence of learning developed. This research is a research and development (R&D) using the sugiono procedure. This research at WIDYA MANGGALA Jakarta High School with the research subjects are class X learners. Data collection is done with observation.instruments used in the form of questionnaires.based on validation results conducted by material expert validators and media experts obtained consecutive presentation results of 78% and 93% with very feasible criteria.

Abstract

Noise pollution can come from noise generated by nature, one of which is noise from river flows. Therefore, the aim of this research was to determine whether the sound intensity level of the river flow is still below the threshold value or whether it has disturbed human hearing. The research method used was to measure the sound intensity level of the Cinangneng-Bogor river flow by using a sound level meter application. Measurement of the sound intensity level was carried out at 5 measurement points, namely in the middle of the river flow, on the river bank, at a distance of 5 m, 10 m and 15 m from the river bank to the land. Each measurement was carried out for 120 seconds. The results showed that the sound intensity level of the Cinangneng-Bogor river flow at several measurement points had different values, namely from the middle of the river to away from the river the values were 96.34 DbA, 92.31 DbA, 78.93 DbA, 76.58 DbA and 76.32 DbA. In conclusion, the further away from the noise source, the lower the noise level. The sound intensity in the middle and on the river bank was above the threshold value.

Abstract

This research develops scientific-based learning on black body radiation material, knows the feasibility of scientific-based learning modules, and sees student responses to scientific-based learning modules. Provide alternative teaching materials that can be used in physics learning. Learning can be easily done because the learning steps that are already in the module can be a solution for teachers and students learning physics does not look difficult and boring. The limited trial results obtained an average score of 3.2 or 80% in the "good" category and based on the results of the trial, it was obtained an average of 3.21 or 80% in the "good" category. These results can be ignored that the physics learning module with a scientific approach to black body radiation material is suitable for use in learning at school

Abstract

Problem Based Instruction learning model is very suitable to be applied in physics learning, because it can increase the activeness of learners to engage in the learning process. However, this learning model is still rarely applied by teachers which causes physics learning to become monotonous. The purpose of this study was to apply the Problem Based Instruction learning model to newton's Law mater. This research was conducted by class action research method. Data collection method is done by observation of activities with observation sheets and learning results with test instruments. The results showed that the Problem Based Instruction model can improve the learning outcomes and activities of learners in learning. The application of Problem Based Instruction learning model in physics learning can attract students to learn physics.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of parental attention on science learning achievement. Knowing the effect of student interest in learning achievement in Science. Knowing the effect of parental attention and student interest in learning together on the science learning achievement of class VII Mts students. Nurul Falah, Areman Depok. The method used in this study is a correlational survey method. The sample in this study was 30 students whose collection was determined based on random sampling techniques. With a description of the data for each variable, the tests carried out are normality and homogeneity tests. In this study, the hypothesis will be tested through statistical methods in the form of regression and correlation tests. Based on the partial regression test, it was obtained tcount <ttable, namely 01.81 <2.052, then H0 was accepted and it was concluded that there was no significant effect of interest in learning (X2) on students' science learning achievement (Y).

Abstract

The implementation of physics practicum in several schools on certain material is sometimes not carried out optimally by the unavailability of media or measuring instruments with high price factors. This study aims to measure the value of the viscosity of a liquid for physics practicum on liquid fluid materials. The method used is by utilizing two electromagnetic induction coils as distance data and courage as a determinant of time data. The research was carried out by dropping a magnetic ball with a mass of 6,98 x 10-3+ 0,16 Kg and a diameter of 8,8 x 10-3 + 0,24 m on two different brands of oil as a comparison in a PVC tube with a diameter of 0,046 + 0,08 m which has been given two coils with a distance of 0,2 m. The time required for the magnetic ball on ultratec oil is 0,28 + 0,011 second and the value of the viscosity coefficient ( = 1,097 + 0,52 Ns/m2. While in MPX oil the speed of the magnetic ball is 0,24 + 0,01 second and the value of the viscosity coefficient (=0,94 + 0,66 Ns/m2.

Abstract

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women, which is about 25% of all cancer incidents and is the second leading cause of death after lung cancer. Breast cancer can also occur in men, with a ratio of 1: 100 when compared to women. Cancer is a disease that causes high mortality in the world. Based on WHO data, in 2015 there were 8.8 million deaths caused by cancer.  Various methods have been developed to treat cancer, one of which is by using radiation therapy or radiotherapy. According to the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), of the 10.9 million people diagnosed with cancer worldwide each year, about 50% need radiotherapy. The use of radiation for cancer therapy has not been widely used and is still limited in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article is to describe the use of radiotherapy in the treatment of breast cancer through literature searches. The results of the literature search show that radiation technology has existed in Indonesia since 1927. Radiotherapy has become one of the important therapies in cancer treatment in Indonesia. The increasing number and development of radiotherapy facilities are expected to reduce the prevalence of cancer in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic requires teachers to be more creative and not technologically stuttering. One of the learning media is Google Classroom. The subjects of this study were members of Student SDN Kebalen 07 Bekasi. Google Classroom is intended to help all areas of education help students to find or overcome learning difficulties, share lessons and create assignments without having to attend class. The research stages that will be carried out are adjusted to the stages of Class Action Research (PTK).At the planning stage, namely with the discovery of problems that occur during online learning, teachers review core competencies and basic competencies, study materials, breastfeed RPP, prepare media and prepare evaluation tools.The second stage is the action of making the group do the bullying guidance in class using google clasroom is to display material, explain it and do A&A, to work on quizzes using the application Next observe the executor. The next stage is to reflect on the actions that take place in the cycle to plan the next action.The purpose of this study is to improve and improve quality. Research is carried out to overcome students who get lectures in learning in the field of study Indonesian. With the learning model that has turned into online, then with this research, it can encourage students to be more active in learning and improve maximum learning outcomes with the same characteristics relatively the same can implement student learning strategies more effectively.

Abstract

Coronavirus is a type of virus that attacks the respiratory tract. Some people with COVID-19 are showing symptoms and some are not showing symptoms. Common symptoms include runny nose, cough, sore throat, fever, and shortness of breath. This condition gets worse if the infected patient has a history of congenital disease. This virus will spread quickly through the intermediary of droplets from saliva and nose. In the condition of patients who have difficulty breathing, a ventilator is needed to help supply oxygen to the lungs. The purpose of this study was to make a portable ventilator as a breathing apparatus for handling COVID-19 patients. The stages of implementing this research are carried out in a blended manner, namely online during the preparation stage, the design stage of the tool design and offline at the tool making stage, testing and evaluating the tool. From the results of the design and stages of the testing process, this portable ventilator can efficiently assist breathing work in patients experiencing shortness of breath such as COVID-19 patients because the working system of this device is to supply oxygen to the lungs through a breathing tube according to the patient's needs.
