This paper discusses the efforts to increase the competence of teachers through a system of principal leadership. Leadership is an attempt to influence others to do the activity in order to achieve a common goal. Leadership has a strategic role in determining whether or not an organization forward. As supreme leader, the principal has a duty and a vital role in improving the quality of human resources in it. In order to realize the quality of human resources professionals, principals must have the appropriate strategy; educational supervision, education and training, provision of motivation continue, changes in work culture, so that teacher competence as a basic element of education can be realized. The competencies include; pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence.

PT. Tirta Investama-Pandaan Factory (TIV-Pandaan Factory) is one of the companies engaged in bottled water, developing programs Corporate Social Responsibily (CSR) through the empowerment of the people concentrated in the region of the village of Jatianom Karangjati Pandaan District of Pasuruan. The form of empowerment by using an integrated community development (ICD) approach, between economic empowerment, environment, and education. One form of activities in the field of education is the development of environmentally sound early childhood. This study discusses the religious development program. The religious development program is implemented for students and educators. The purpose of this study is to find out how the religious development program for students and educators. The location of this study was conducted at a school in the area of Cileunyi, Bandung Regency, namely SDIT Insan Teladan. This research method uses participatory descriptive analytical methods. The participants of this study were the interviewees, namely the principal. The conclusion is, there are two special religious programs for students developed at this school. There are also several religious development programs that are planted for educators in this school. Both religious development programs for students in this school have been running and developing well, but there are several aspects that need to be developed again, so that all aspects in both programs can run optimally. Likewise, the religious program developed for educators in this school has also generally been running quite well, but there are aspects that need to be developed again.

The teacher has an important role in planning, implementing and developing curriculum in the classroom. Therefore, it is important to increase teacher’s activity, creativity and professionalism. This research is a descriptive study that will explain the role of the Teacher Working Group in improving the professionalism of teachers of Islamic Education in Primary Schools in Dlingo District, Bantul Regency. Data collection methods are done by observation, interview and documentation, and using qualitative data analysis. The results of this study were that the Teacher Working Group was very instrumental in increasing the competence and professionalism of elementary school PAI teachers in Dlingo District, Bantul Regency. Teachers increasingly insight, a lot of knowledge and experience gained, so that teachers can improve their competence.

Banyaknya siswa yang prestasi belajarnya kurang dalam pembelajaran disebabkan salah satunya karena proses pembelajaran selama ini belum melibatkan siswa secara aktif, sehingga prestasi belajar siswa jauh dari yang diharapkan,oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Peningkatan Prestasi siswa dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadis melalui Strategi Cart short dan Index card match pada siswa kelas VI MI Muh. Nogosari Kulon Progo tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus dan melibatkan empat komponen yakni: Planning (rencana), Action (tindakan), Observation (pengamatan), Reflection (refleksi). Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI MI Muh. Nogosari Kulon Progo yang berjumlah 14 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa metode Cart short dan Index card match dalam pembelajaran Al-qur’an Hadis mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa kelas VI MI Muh. Nogosari Kulon Progo tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Pada siklus I prestasi belajar Al-Qur’an hadis siswa mengalami peningkatan setelah diterapkannya Strategi Cart short dan Index card match . Hal ini terlihat dari prosentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 57%, dan pada siklus II sebesar 83,78%. Hasil penelitian tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai bahan rujukan bagi kami untuk meningkatkan Prestasi belajar peserta didik.

From birth humans have brought fitrah. Human nature has a positive-negative or good-bad tendency. It depends on human interaction to the surrounding environment. Therefore, in an effort to preserve and develop a better nature, it is necessary to educate the process with the aim that the fitrah remains on the provisions of God as desired in the letter al-Rûm verse 30. The most fundamental problem in this study is the extent to which the relationship between concepts fitrah in al-Rûm verse 30 with the goal of Islamic education. Fitrah in the conception of the letter al-Rûm verse 30 is based as the basic potential possessed by humans. Human nature is manifold, each of which has positive-negative or good-bad tendencies. With such a tendency, it is necessary to preserve and develop fitrah positively through the education process. The purpose of Islamic education in the Qur'an is to form a man who is obedient to God as a servant of God. The application of the concept of fitrah in achieving the goal of Islamic education can be realized through the method of internalization or personalization by through imitation (doing), habituation (being), and providing information / lecture (knowing).

Tulisan ini didasari atas kegelisahan akademik penulis dan merupakan hasil renungan penulis terhadap fenomena kehidupan ummat Islam khususnya ummat Islam Indonesia di era modern ini yang disajikan dengan tujuan mengajak semua pihak untuk melihat dengan jeli terhadap kenyataan hidup yang terbentang saat ini dan memikirkan solusi terbaik untuk mengatasi persoalan ini terutama dalam menata dunia pendidikan Islam agar dapat menjadi contoh yang baik (uswatun hasanah) bagi kehidupan manusia. Tulisan ini bersifat argumentatif dengan pendekatan fenomelogi dan data pendukung dikumpulkan melalui kajian pustaka dari beberapa referensi yang digunakan dalam perkuliahan filsafat ilmu-ilmu keIslaman yang penulis ambil secara umum. Dari uraian yang tidak terlalu panjang, penulis membuat beberapa catatan akhir yang pada prinsipnya mengandung kritik terhadap penyelenggaraan pendidikan Islam yang belum oftimal dan sangat mengharapkan dilakukannya reformasi bahkan revolusi cara berfikir sehingga dapat ditemukan suatu model pendidikan Islam yang ideal sesuai dengan tuntutan al-Qur’an dan sunnah Rasulullah saw.

This study examines the contribution of Imam Al-Shafi'i in positioning the basis of the teori of the verification of hadith in Al-Risalah. The purpose of this paper is to reveal the role of Imam Al-Shafi'i in positioning the accepted standard and the absence of a hadith as a source of Islamic law. The process of data collection is done by examining the theories of hadith submitted by Al-Shafi'i in the book Al-Risalah and displays the analysis of the scholars who commented on the book Al-Risalah. The result of the analysis raises several theories of hadith verification from al-Shaafi'i; i.e. he explained that Hadith must fulfill certain criteria so that it can be accepted or not. Al-Shafi'i also explained the rules on the differences found in Hadith both in terms of text and history, how the law in a hadith can be replaced by another hadith. In addition, Al-Shafi'i made a clear boundary between Hadith, Sunnah and qawl his companions and his position in the excavation of law which is also called Khabar, Akhbâr, Riwâyah, Atsar. This study is very useful for researchers thought Imam al-Shafi'i to be more intact in understanding the contribution of Al-Shafi'i, not only the theory of Usul Fikih and Fikih, but also in the fundamentals of the theory of hadith verification.

Emeyodere boarding school is one of the Islamic educational institutions in the Muslim minority neighborhoods, Papua. The existence of boarding schools in the region of the majority is certainly bringing challenges in the form of a minimum figure of Islamic Scholar and teacher. To support the lack of it, the boarding school of Emeyodere trying to do improvements management sector of the boarding school where the leader of the boarding school was taken not from the circles among the public but rather Islamic Scholar around. So this boarding school not only preserve the specificity of the classic boarding school but also open to undertaking reforms. This study aims to explore the boarding school in areas of the minority with all the limitations of resources and the uniqueness of the management. The existence of boarding school it has uniqueness i.e. integrating of boarding schools, schools, Islamic school, Islamic boarding school, and orphanage. As other boarding school tradition, individual religious who personally presented with the seriousness of seeking religious knowledge, carry out the ritual of worship (a' maa lul yaumiyah), and others. In addition, boarding school combines the orphanage into the boarding school as a representation of the social religious boarding Emeyodere.
