Abstract

This research is to improve the learning process in terms of teacher and student activities so as to find out whether there is an increase in student mathematics learning outcomes after implementing the application of learning using concrete (real) media in class VI students of SD Negeri 020 Tambusai, Tambusai District, Rokan Hulu Regency, totaling 31 students. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students and the awareness of teachers to use media that are in accordance with the subject matter. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) which consists of two cycles. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out using observation techniques (field notes, observations, interviews, photos) and performance tests. The Observation Sheet will be analyzed qualitatively which aims to describe the activities of students and teachers during the learning process, while the performance test will be analyzed using the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) analysis. The results showed an increase in mathematics learning outcomes for sixth grade students of SD Negeri 020 Tambusai, Tambusai District. Rokan Hulu Regency. This can be seen in student learning outcomes in the test in the first cycle and the daily test in the second cycle, where the average value of student learning outcomes in the pre-cycle is 55.81, in the first daily test the average value of student learning outcomes is 64.84 and on the second daily test the average value of student learning outcomes is 77.74. while the performance test will be analyzed with the analysis of the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). Abstract

The background of this research is the low student learning outcomes which are marked by the number of student scores who have not reached the KKM, this is because the method used by the teacher does not attract the attention of students. The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes in theme 4 through the STEAM approach to the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 0411 Pasar Ujung Batu. This research is classroom action research which consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. The data sources in this study were the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 0411 Pasar Ujung Batu, totaling 25 students in the 2020/2021 school year and the sample was determined by the entire population. The data are the results of the initial test, the results of the final test. Data analysis techniques through quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of the initial test in this study obtained a percentage (34.7%) in the first cycle (60.9%) and (100%) in the second cycle. It was concluded that the STEAM approach could improve the learning outcomes of fourth graders at SD Negeri 0411 Pasar Ujung Batu on theme 4

Abstract

One of the teacher's efforts in increasing proportionalism, the teacher must be willing and able to carry out improvements in learning as a correction tool for teachers in carrying out the learning process, to improve themselves in teaching, improvement of learning is carried out after the teacher finds problems that arise in the learning process in class mathematics subjects V sermester two at SDN 003 Bangun Purba, namely low student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects, as for the purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects. The time of this research consisted of two cycles of cycle 1 and cycle 2, silus 1 on Monday April 11 2016 and the second cycle on April 22, 2016. The learning outcomes of students in cycle 1 still got a lot of grades under the KKM. In the second place there were many who had above the KKM, because the teacher had used the right media and the teacher had applied the group work method and the students' absorptive results on the student scores 68.47, on the second cycle the average score of the children was 88 91 has been very good, thus the application of group work methods can improve the learning outcomes of SDN 003 Bangun Purba students

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher discipline in teaching attendance in class through the application of Reward and Punishment. This research was carried out in two cycles, because from the results of research and data analysis, it turned out that in the second cycle, teacher discipline in class attendance in the teaching and learning process increased and met the predetermined indicators of 75%. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that to improve teacher discipline in class attendance in teaching and learning activities can be done by applying Reward and Punishment to teachers.

Abstract

The Demonstration Method as a Strategy for Increasing the Culture of Democracy in Citizenship Education Learning for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 3 Kecepatan Hulu, Kecepatan Hulu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The demonstration method can improve the Culture of Democracy in Citizenship Education Learning for Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 3 Kecepatan Hulu, Kecepatan Hulu District, Rokan Hulu Regency, there is an increase in learning in cycle II meeting II while the increase is very significant. In using this method the author really considers the time, the condition of the child, and the problems identified before conducting classroom action research, so that it is appropriate to take action, it is proven that there is an increase in successively from cycle I to meeting I to cycle II to meeting II, then it is proven in that cycle. This method can be implemented by identifying problems, formulating problems, planning, and implementing actions, and evaluating so that the results achieved can improve student achievement

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to determine that the application of cheerful interactive multimedia (MIC) in improving thematic learning outcomes of fourth grade students of MIN 1 Rokan Hulu. This research is also a modified application of ten research steps. Learning outcomes are the acquisition of aspects of implementation in an application of cheerful interactive multimedia (MIC) packaged in power points and combined with various elements of images, animations, audio, video, etc. so as to foster learning motivation. students in class so that students can be active in the application of cheerful interactive multimedia (MIC). Abstract

The quality of education is a significant element to develop a nation. A research based on survey method has been conducted to discover the causes of increasing admissions attitude of parents in private schools and to analyze the standards of private educational institutions. The research was designed on survey method by using comprehensive questionnaires for students, parents and teachers of private schools. Data was taken from the teachers, students and parents by questionnaires. Three private schools of district Dera Ghazi Khan were nominated for data collection. The questionnaires were containing 12 items for students, 19 items for parents and 9 items for teachers. The data was tabularized, interpreted and evaluated for results. The collected data was analyzed by percentage formula. The findings of research indicate that curriculum, facilities, teacher’s abilities, motivation to the students and examination systems of these private schools is adequate for most of the parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan metode demonstrasi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui empat tahap. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini pendekatan kualitatif dan kualitatif dengan rancangan penelitian tindakan. Rancangan penelitian disusun dengan siklus secara berdaur ulang meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pemantauan, perefleksian. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa metode demonstrasi dapat dikembangkan dalam pembelajaran baca tulis lambang bilangan 11 sampai 20 di SD dengan cara ; mempersiapkan mental emosional siswa dengan membangkitkan skemata siswa melalui aktivitas membaca dan menulis lambang bilangan, perbandingan dua kumpulan benda, pengurutan bilangan dari yang terkecil, dan pengurutan bilangan dari yang terbesar, hasil latiahan soal/evaluasi diisi dan dibahas bersama, menindak lanjuti hasil evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara memberi kesempataan kepada siswa mengoreksi, merevisi, menunjang dan solusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan: guru kelas di SDN 008 Rambah dalam menyajikan materi penggunaan metode demonstrasi yang lebih menekankan terciptanya keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Kepala Sekolah SDN 008 Rambah agar menjadikan metode demonstrasi sebagai metode utama yang diterapkan dalam sistim pembelajaran matematika materi pokok bacas tulis lambang bilangan dan terus dikembanngkan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas belajar mengajar. Guru sebaiknya mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi baca tulis lambang bilangan 11 sampai 20 dengan megunakan metode demonstrasi

Abstract

This paper discusses the urgency of academic supervision in the development of teacher professionalism in the industrial era 4.0. Academic supervision is a series of activities in the form of providing professional services to help teachers develop their abilities (competencies) to better manage the learning process. In an era of disruption where all digital lines are added, plus access to information is very fast, the teacher as the central point of improving the quality of education as an impact on the quality of the learning process, the teacher's professionalism needs to continue to grow and develop so that the teacher can do his job professionally. Several ways can be used and implemented by the principal as a supervisor in carrying out academic supervision activities to improve teacher professionalism, namely: a. guidance for teachers, b. education and training, and c. increase teacher work motivation
