Al Hikmah: Jurnal Studi Keislaman diterbitkan oleh Institut Agama Islam Al-Hikmah Tuban yang terbit sejak tahun 2011. Jurnal ini memuat kajian-kajian keislaman yang meliputi pendidikan Islam, sharî‘ah, pemikiran Islam, ekonomi, dan kajian Islam lainnya. Terbit dua kali setahun, yaitu bulan Maret dan September. Redaksi mengundang para akademisi, dosen, maupun peneliti untuk berkontribusi memasukkan artikel ilmiahnya yang belum pernah diterbitkan oleh jurnal lain. Naskah diketik dengan spasi 1,5 cm pada kertas ukuran A4 dengan panjang tulisan antara 20-25 halaman, 7000-9000 kata. Naskah yang masuk dievaluasi oleh dewan redaksi dan mitra bestari. Redaktur dapat melakukan perubahan pada tulisan yang dimuat untuk keseragaman format, tanpa mengubah substansinya. Alamat Redaksi: Jl. Abstract

This article discusses the concept of Mukhtalif Hadith and the method of settlement among hadith scholars. As the second source of law after the Qur’an, hadith occopuies a very noble position and Allah greatly glorifies muslims. The journy of hadith is so very long that is reaches our hands today, this is proof that Allah always protect the hadith of prophrt until the end of time. In this journey the hadith has gone through various thereats from outside Islam or from within Islam itself, where effortd to falsify hadith have never stopped, but Allah protects throught thick fortresses, namely the hadith scholars and fiqh scholars who always interact with hadith sincerely and sincerely full of love for the Prophet Muhammad. Hadith in the from of words (qauli), and provisions (taqriri) of the Prophet are not all esay to understand, especially for us as end time hadith student where the time is quite far from the Propeth or his companions. Among the hadith that are classified as rather difficult to understand are those which contradict each other or are commonly referred to as mukhtalif hadith. Mukhtalif Hadith is a hadith that outwardly seems contradictory. To resolve contradictions between one hadith and another, it is necessary to use a method in solving hadith. In the science of mukhtalif hadith if there is a hadith that is considered contradictionary, it is carried out using the al-jam’u wa al-taufiq, method, the second is nasakh, then the Tarjih method. In dealing with mukhtlif hadith, hadith scholars have several views. This paper will explore some of the view of hadith scholars regarding mukhtalif hadith.

Abstract

This research departs from the rampant narrative of intolerance in Indonesia, both distributed through social media and direct doctrine. A Common Word which is a response in the form of an open letter to Pope Benedict XVI's controversial statement regarding Islam which was agreed upon by 138 Muslim intellectuals and leaders in the world can be applied as a narrative of religious tolerance in Indonesia as a counter to radical doctrine. This study seeks to explore the values ​​contained in the A Common Word document that can be offered as a narrative of religious tolerance in Indonesia. This research is qualitative research based on the study of the text which is then presented descriptively. The findings in this study indicate that the values ​​contained in A Common Word such as clarification of prejudice, peace, justice, and love can be used as references for the tolerance movement, especially applying the Islamic values ​​of rahmatan lil alamin in Indonesia. Abstract

The presence of technology and the development of the world of social media have two inseparable sides, including positive and negative sides. One of the media favored by children and adolescents is TikTok. The purpose of this study is to discuss the two positive and negative sides of TikTok with specifications on language learning, both Indonesian as the mother language and English as a foreign language. The method used is a qualitative method with two types of data sources, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data is based on the author’s observations on the application, as well as secondary data from various written references, especially scientific articles published in journals. The results show that TikTok has positive sides, for example increasing and fostering children’s creativity, increasing the vocabulary of children and adolescents in both Indonesian and English, and so on. However, on the other hand, there is quite a lot of content posted on TikTok that features swear words. This needs to be a concern for parents to pay attention to the content opened by children.

Abstract

Various kinds of theories about character education have developed rapidly, their development can be seen from the derivation of character values ​​with various versions. However, until now character education is still a concern of all circles, especially Islamic education. Learning materials and models are developed to reach Indonesia's golden generation in 2045. However, people are still stuttering the technology they face today, with its extraordinary developments. A descriptive-qualitative-interpretive approach, from a variety of scientific sources and literature studies, this scientific article attempts to answer and research the important essence in maintaining the character values ​​of Islamic Education. The conclusion of this study is that Islamic education has an important role in determining the direction of the character education curriculum policy. The challenges are clearly found in advanced technology which continues to develop incessantly. The implementation of character education must be strengthened by the awareness and cooperation of parents, educational institutions and the community. Indonesia's golden generation of 2045 would be achieved if the character learners era Millennial currently guided very well. So that Islamic education has a role in the development of material and learning models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual mahasiwa pada Masa Covid-19 di IAIN Kediri dan IAI Al Hikmah Tuban. Pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dibuthkan untuk membentuk ketrampilan reflektif mahasiswa dalam menjalani kehidupan di tengah pandemic Covid-19 yang belum selesai. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif-deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan saat covid-19 melalui wawancara daring dengan informan kunci, observasi terbatas dengan pelaksanaan protokol Kesehatan dan studi literatur yang ditulis dengan struktur deskriptif. Proses pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dilakukan melalui pembiasaan kegiatan keagamaan dan pembentukan lingkungan islami di kedua perguruan tinggi tersebut. Dampak pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual menunjukkan adanya keterampilan reflektif mahasiswa sehingga memberikan fondasi yang kokoh dalam memaknai persoalan perkuliahan maupun adanya wabah Covid-19. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pengembangan kecerdasan spiritual dalam bentuk kebijakan di kedua perguruan tinggi yang lebih progresif dan transformatif.

Abstract

Soft skills are attributes that enable a person to engage in meaningful interactions with others. Since most jobs require teamwork, it's important to have soft skills to improve employability and achieve your dream job. Soft skills will help increase productivity in your career, build professional relationships and thrive in the world of work. Therefore, since at school, students need to be supported in order to be able to improve their soft skills. So it is necessary to have good soft skill management from schools to support this. The management in question includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. Considering the large number of madrasas in Indonesia which will give birth to many graduates, the management of soft skills in madrasas needs special attention.

Abstract

The study of the research aims to describe and interpret the form of religious rituals carried out at Setia Budhi Gresik Elementary School, as well as ritual communication models for building religious inclusiveness. This research provides benefits including: (1) enriching theoretical studies on PAI learning communication in a school environment where students are multi-religious; and (2) clarifying the content of inclusivism in the content of PAI materials and learning. The results showed that the religious rituals expressed in PAI learning contained an inclusive message. It can function as a multicultural learning because the ritual communication is not only intended as a religious expression, but as an expression of harmony and togetherness because they can cooperate with each other in celebrating their respective religious rituals. Understanding, values, and inclusive attitudes can also be found in the learning communication. In general, PAI materials contain inclusive understanding, values, and attitudes. Even though there is an exclusivity side of a religion, such as divinity, prophethood, and religion, they are able to communicate well, so that inclusivism can still emerge

Abstract

Humanistik education is basicall an educational response to the human side of humanity considering that humans are basically referred to as pedagogic creatures which can be interpreted as beings who can teach and be taught. The purpose of this study is to describe the concept of humanistic education from the perspektive of Ki Hajar Dewantara and Paulo Freire in criticizing education during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a research technique (library research), using a description of the analysis with a quality approach. The method used by the author to obtain data abaout the social setting, thought and strategy of humanistic education of Ki Hajar Dewantara and Paulo Freire by using a historical approach. The results of the study show that Distance Education (PJJ) or online is an oppressed education, there are indications that refer to the criteria of oppression, namely the dehumanization of education and the concept of learning far from cooperative.

Abstract

Management is an activity to organize and manage all things effectively and efficiently in order to achieve the expected goals. Therefore, management is a very important thing to do in this increasingly advanced and sophisticated world civilization. Student organizations in campus life are considered capable of becoming a forum for students to shape the character and personality of students. Besides being able to give its own color to the campus climate, the presence of student organizations is able to develop the potential and talents of students outside of academic activities so that they are ready to face the challenges of the times. Therefore, in carrying out the organizational process, it is necessary to add an understanding of how to manage and manage well so as to bring up new innovations and creativity in carrying out their duties as an organizational activist. Researchers used qualitative methods and case study approaches in this study. The data collection process was obtained from various relevant sources to be used as references. Organizations will provide more optimal benefits for students and institutions if the process uses good management. Currently, the implementation of student organizations at IAI Al Hikmah Tuban has used good management principles, but there are still some things that are still not optimal so that they must continue to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to have high enthusiasm and consistency from every student in organizing so that it can have a positive impact on students and the development of the IAI Al Hikmah Tuban campus. Abstract

Riset ini berusaha mengkaji filsafat ketuhanan (philosophy of God) dari pemikiran Muhammad Iqbal. Muhammad Iqbal berusaha memahami Tuhan dengan menggunakan ego, karena ego dianggap sebagai representasi dari Tuhan di alam nyata ini. Di dalam ego, pengalaman religius (religious experience) lebih dipentingkan sebagai upaya mendekatkan diri terhadap Tuhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Dengan cara mengungkapkan pemikiran Muhammad Iqbal dengan menelaah secara kritis filosofis terhadap konsepsi filsafat ketuhanannya. Ternyata hasil dari penelitian menemukan bahwa pemahaman Tuhan yang diusung oleh Muhammad Iqbal lebih menekankan pada pendekatan esoteris, bukan eksoteris. Konsepsi Filsafat ketuhanan menurut Muhammad Iqbal sebenarnya adalah bagaimana memfungsikan potensi diri manusia, dengan jalan selalu mengimplementasikan ajaran Islam dan konsep ketauhidan. Dengan demikian, Umat Islam dapat mengamalkan ketauhidan dalam menjalankan ibadahnya.
