Abstract

Education is a way to develop the potentials possessed by humans. Education that we have known since childhood is moral education. Moral education can be done since the child is in the womb, until he is an adult. But ideally, moral education is more effective when children are 4-5 years old. Moral education can be done by parents and educators at school, it can be done at home or at school. However, at this time, due to the Covid-19 virus, the government has temporarily suspended the face-to-face learning process with the aim of reducing the number of Covid-19 transmissions. Therefore, all levels of education, both higher education and early childhood education, are laid off, with an online learning system. Therefore, more responsibility in educating children's morals currently lies with parents who are at home. Because parents are always with their children, and understand their daily habits. Researchers want to examine whether parents of early childhood students guide their children's behavior well during the covid-19 pandemic, or do not care at all about children's learning and worship activities. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study concluded that parents are very important in moral education during the covid-19 pandemic. Parents should be more concerned with their children, and provide examples of good attitudes so that children can imitate them. By giving direct examples, advising, getting used to and giving punishment (positive punishment) to children, in introducing and telling about good morals. Because basically every parent wants their child to have good character.

Abstract

Abstract Pesantren is an important institution in Indonesia to build the character of generations. Islamic boarding school character education teaches its students to socialize and unite among the nation's children throughout the archipelago, regardless of ethnicity, background and religion. They are taught to interact harmoniously among the various communities of the nation. If there is a dispute, they are asked to make peace through the mediation of the pesantren clerics or who are appointed by the pesantren people to play the mediation function. Kyai figures who are controlled in the process of Islamic learning activities at this institution are the key to the success of the pesantren. Kyai's leadership model is charismatic leadership with an exemplary spirit, where the Kyai figure is seen by the community as an expert in the field of religion, considered capable of providing solutions in the social and religious fields, as well as being able to contribute to the nation in building the young generation marked by the expansion of national education goals. Character education is what Kyai is including sincerity education, independence education, brotherhood education and discipline education. All the process of building this character is done on the basis of example. That is what Kyai teaches is the knowledge that has been exemplified before. With an exemplary spirit in educating students, we can see that every graduate boarding school has a character similar to their Kyai. independence education, brotherhood education and discipline education. Abstract

The indicator that an organization or educational institution does not stagnate is the existence of appropriate conflict management in its management so that it can develop and achieve the goals of the organization effectively and efficiently. This requires good leadership, especially for a leader who must control conflict at a moderate level so that the organization becomes dynamic and achieves high effectiveness. If a conflict arises at the highest level, it is feared that the organization or educational institution will be difficult to control, even the most fatal thing is that the entire potential of educational institutions is used to find conflict solutions. This is what will harm educational institutions and can even fail to achieve common goals and objectives. The type of research in this study is a type of qualitative research and is library research. Therefore, due to the nature of this research is library research (library research). So the data collected and analyzed are entirely taken from literature and other documentation materials such as magazines, journals, and so on. This is where the role of organizational conflict management in the perspective of Islamic education is needed in discussing the concept of conflict management in education with sub-discussions: conflict and its problems, sources and types of conflict, the influence of conflict on educational institutions, and efforts to overcome conflict in Islamic education based on the Qur'an and Assunah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the curriculum development of Islamic Religious Education at SMA (Senior High School) IT (Integrated Islam) Abu Bakar Yogyakarta. Islamic Religious Education curriculum in non-madrasah schools needs to be developed in order to be able to answer the challenges. This research was conducted with a bibiliographic study and interviews. The results of this study found that the curriculum development of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at SMA IT Abu Bakar Yogyakarta integrated three educational environments (school, family and community), as well as science with Islamic teachings (specifically the version of Manhaj Tarbiyah Islam). Despite using KTSP curriculum, it still refers to the PAI curriculum of the Integrated Islamic Schools Network (JSIT), and is based on the teachings of Manhaj Tarbiyah. This is reflected in the curriculum material component, for example, which contains muwāshafat/ kifāyah tarbawiyyah, and also as in the component method that uses the exemplary approach.
