Abstract

Rendahnya pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa karena kurangnya kesadaran literasi keuangan yang dipengaruhi gaya hidup boros. Mahasiswa seharusnya mampu mengatur dan mengelola keuangan secara mandiri dan bertanggungjawab. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISBAR. Penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan angket. Sampel yang digunakan 91 orang mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISBAR menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan metode probability sampling. Rumus yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data yaitu slovin dengan tingkat erorr 10%. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu gaya hidup berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISBAR, literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISBAR. Sedangkan gaya hidup dan literasi keuangan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pengelolaan keuangan pribadi mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi UNISBAR.

Abstract

The background of this research is to measure the influence of location, service quality and promotion on customer loyalty at Vena Veni Mart Sungai Gertingging. This research is a survey research obtained based on distributing questionnaires. The population in this research is customers of Vena Veni Mart Sungai Geringging. The sample used in This research consisted of 70 respondents, using accidental sampling techniques, the data was processed with SPSS 23.0. The results of the research can be concluded; 1) Location influences customer loyalty at Vena Veni Mart Sungai Geringging; 2) Service quality influences customer loyalty at Vena Veni Mart Sungai Geringging; 3) Promotion influences customer loyalty at the Vena Veni Mart Sungai Geringging and 4) Location, service quality and promotion together influence customer loyalty at the Vena Veni Mart Sungai Geringging with a regression coefficient Y= 0.952+0.204X1+0.314X2+0.204 X3 with R = 0.577 or R2 = 0.333. Location, service quality and promotions influence customer loyalty by 33.3%, while the remaining 66.7% are influenced by other variables outside of the variables of this research; The suggestions in this research are: 1) For the Vena Veni Mart location in Geringging River, it is necessary to expand the parking area; 2) For product prices at Veni Mart, it is best to give discounts to loyal customers so that these customers do not move to other places; 3) For promotions, you must provide a variety of products so that customers' buying interest increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of online marketing strategies on consumer buying interest at Toko Jingga. This research uses quantitative methods and uses questionnaires as a tool to collect data. The number of respondents in this research was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The results show that online marketing strategies have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest at Toko Jingga. This research provides a theoretical impression as a reference for further research related to online marketing and consumer buying interest, especially in online stores. Managerial implications in the form of suggestions for the management of Toko Jingga and other marketplaces to improve product quality and the promotional system used in marketing products so as to increase consumer buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and product quality on consumer shopping satisfaction at Djaros Swalayan Jati Pariaman partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in Kota Pariaman using primary and secondary data, with multiple linear analysis techniques. Based on the partial results (T test) the price variable (X1) is 0.005 <0.05, the service quality variable (X2) is 0.002 <0.05 and the product quality variable (X3) is 0.004 <0.5 which means it has a significant influence on satisfaction Consumer (Y) Shops at Djaros Swalayan Pariaman. Simultaneously (F test) Fcount value 3.408 > FT table 2.70 and Sig. 0.021 is less than <0.05 which means it has a significant effect simultaneously on shopping satisfaction (Y) at Djaros Supermarkets. The value of the coefficient of determination symbolized R2 (R-Square) is 0.584, in other words, the large percentage of variation in Consumer Satisfaction (Y) of Djaros Swalayan Pariaman can be explained by variations of the three independent variables, namely Price (X1) Service Quality (X2) and Product Quality (X3) of 58.40% while the remaining 41.60% is explained by other variables outside of this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of social capital on the performance of MSMEs in Pariaman City. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis methods and probability sampling methods with simple random sampling techniques on 95 respondents who are MSMEs in Pariaman City. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS 25 with instrument tests (validity test and reliability test, and multiple linear regression test. The test results in this research have no significant effect on the performance of MSMEs in Pariaman City with a sig. value of 0.085 > 0.05 This shows that the social relationships that exist in the entrepreneurial environment of MSMEs in Pariaman City are not strong enough so that they cannot be used as social capital that can support them. improving the business performance of MSMEs in Pariaman City.

Abstract

Teachers are a component that influences the creation of quality educational processes and outcomes. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of teacher competency on teacher performance in elementary schools throughout Nagari Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 104 PNS/PPPK teachers at elementary schools in Nagari Lubuk Basung, Agam Regency. The sample size used the Slovin formula, so a sample of 51 respondents was obtained and the sampling technique used random sampling. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis method uses validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests. The results of the research show that partially pedagogical competence, personality competence and professional competence simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher performance, while social competence has no effect and is not significant on teacher performance and simultaneously pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence simultaneously have an effect significant to teacher performance, this shows the influence of all variables on teacher performance. Schools need to improve through collaboration with various parties, namely the government, community, private sector, especially with the education and culture department because quality teachers are the guarantor of the quality of education.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of the implementation of education and training on the performance of employees of PT Putra Mustika Tour Travel Jakarta. The research method used in this study using a quantitative approach that is intended to test the hypothesis. The data used are primary data obtained through field survey, as for hypothesis testing done by linear regression analysis tool. The object of research is employees of PT Putra Mustika Tour Travel Jakarta with a population of 43 people directly sampled. Sampling technique in this study using saturated sample method. Technique analysis data using simple regression analysis previously tested the validity and reliability. The results obtained sig 0.01 then <0.05 so Ho is rejected so there is influence between the implementation of education and training on employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Win Motor in an effort to increase sales of used motorbikes in Padang Pariaman. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that 1 Win Motor has implemented various marketing strategies, such as competitive pricing, promotions through social media and personal networks, and offering attractive after-sales services. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as diversification of distribution channels and development of customer loyalty programs. This study provides recommendations for Win Motor to optimize its marketing strategy so that it can achieve higher sales targets.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk es teh hijau terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di gerai Elsa, Sicincin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara kepada pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Kualitas produk yang baik, seperti rasa yang segar, harga yang terjangkau, dan kebersihan produk, sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya bagi gerai Elsa untuk terus menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas produknya agar dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Es the hijau elsa di sicincin. Hasil yang diinginkan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat dan positif antara kualitas produk dengan kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk (X) dan kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Salah satu cara untuk mencapai keunggulan adalah dengan menerapkan kualitas produk yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan yang diperoleh, pelanggan disarankan untuk memilih produk yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan keinginan, kebutuhan dan harapannya, agar tidak kecewa saat membeli.

Abstract

This study aims to determine live streaming, flash sale and free shipping promo on impulsive buying behavior. This study uses a causal associative research type with a quantitative approach and a probability sampling method with the Stratified Sampling technique on 89 respondents who use the TikTok shop application. Data were collected through questionnaires and processed using SPSS. The test results show that (1) Live Streaming does not have a significant effect on Impulsive Buying Behavior in TikTok shop application (2) Flash Sale has a significant effect on Impulsive Buying Behavior in TikTok shop application users (3) Free Shipping Promo has a significant effect on Buying Behavior. This finding indicates that students need to improve their awareness and financial management skills in dealing with impulsive offers, while for companies, it is important to optimize marketing strategies such as flash sales and free shipping promos, as well as develop more interesting live streaming content to attract students' attention.
