Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of violence against children and women in North Sumatra in 2023 using the K-Means clustering method. The data was obtained from the Department of Women's and Children's Protection, covering various forms of violence occurring in different regions. The analysis was conducted using RapidMiner software, with the optimal number of clusters determined to be five (K=5). The clustering results reveal patterns in the distribution of violence cases based on specific characteristics, which can serve as a foundation for the government and policymakers to formulate more effective strategies for preventing and addressing violence against children and women.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has had a significant impact on student learning patterns, especially with the emergence of the phenomenon of Popcorn Brain and artificial intelligence (Artificial Intelligence). Popcorn Brain is a condition in which individuals have difficulty concentrating and thinking deeply due to exposure to instant information overload. Meanwhile, the use of AI in education can improve learning efficiency, but also potentially reduce the critical power and analytical ability of students. This study aims to analyze the effect of Popcorn Brain and AI on student learning ability, with learning motivation as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with survey approach. Data were collected through questionnaires based on Likert scale and analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The results showed that both Popcorn Brain and AI had a significant influence on students ' learning abilities. Learning motivation acts as an intervening variable that reinforces the relationship between AI and learning ability, although Popcorn Brain's influence on learning ability through motivation is relatively smaller. Therefore, more effective learning strategies are needed to reduce the negative impact of instant information consumption in the student learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a data mining application to produce association rules between items in a transaction to purchase goods of various types of goods simultaneously by determining support of 40% and confidence of 50%. Thus, if there is a consumer buying a type of goods. The problem that arises in the K92-Mart minimarket is that there are often no sales of goods that consumers want or are out of stock because they do not pay attention to stock. To overcome this problem, a data mining application was created using the Apriori Algorithm. By implementing this apriori algorithm, it is hoped that it can produce a decision from sales data that aims to determine the pattern of purchasing goods that are often purchased by consumers and are strategic in sales.

Abstract

The implementation of PrestaShop CMS in Irashopbag stores aims to increase sales transactions of bags and accessories by taking advantage of the features offered by this platform. PrestaShop, as an open-source content management system (CMS), provides a wide range of tools that allow for efficient product management, payment processing, and shipping arrangements. By integrating PrestaShop, Irashopbag can expand its marketing reach and improve operational efficiency, making it easier for consumers to find and buy products anytime and anywhere. This is in line with the digitalization trend that increasingly dominates the e-commerce market today.Through this research, it is hoped that Irashopbag can overcome the obstacles faced in traditional marketing methods that tend to be limited. The implementation of an online sales system using PrestaShop will not only reduce promotional costs but also increase the accessibility of product information for consumers.

Abstract

Bujang Ganong Dance is one of the traditional art forms originating from Java, which has high cultural and aesthetic values. This study aims to explore the role of Bujang Ganong Dance in stimulating adolescent creativity at the Ngesti Broto Studio. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that participation in Bujang Ganong Dance has a positive impact on the development of adolescent creativity, both in terms of dance art and in terms of social and emotional aspects. Adolescents involved in this studio show an increase in their ability to collaborate, communicate, and express themselves. In addition, this activity also contributes to the preservation of local culture and builds a sense of pride in cultural heritage. The conclusion of this study confirms that Bujang Ganong Dance not only functions as a means of entertainment, but also as an effective tool for developing adolescent creativity and character in the modern era. This study is expected to provide insight for art studio managers and educators in designing more effective programs for the development of adolescent creativity.

Abstract

Shipping device processing is based on inquiries and orders from the warehouse department. If the warehouse does not place orders, the sales process will not be completed so the warehouse is often empty and the revenue method is stuck. The process of ordering scientific gadgets requires approval from the stock department to place an order, so it takes a lot of time to review stock devices. PT. Murti Indah Sentosa is a clinical equipment distribution organization. With the DES method approach, this can overcome the problems faced by employers. because double exponential smoothing is used while there are seasonal factors of fashion and behavior within the inMenuation. The double exponential smoothing method can be used for most types of table-bound and table-unbound inMenuation, as long as the data does not include seasonality. The effect of this observation is that through the application of the double exponential smoothing technique, clinical tool forecast reports can be obtained and determined in a timely and environmentally friendly manner and applied within the organization to produce an inventory effect of scientific tools according to the dreams and needs of the company. agent. Abstract

Applications are software developed to process data and generate information. There are three types of applications, namely desktop applications, web applications, and mobile applications. Mobile applications allow users to access information and resources anytime and anywhere, as long as connected to the internet. Minang nomads are Minangkabau people who live outside West Sumatra, both in Indonesia and abroad. In the city of Manado, Minang nomads often find it difficult to obtain accurate information, such as the number of Family Cards, ethnic or clan groupings, and other important information such as address, occupation, account number, and blood type. With this application, the data of Minang nomads can be centralized and make it easier for them to share information. This application aims to improve relations between fellow Minang nomads in Manado City and strengthen the local economy. Some of the main features of this application include the ease of finding information on the schedule of activities, the number and grouping of tribes, addresses, blood types, as well as the work of Minang nomads.

Abstract

Public services are also one of the areas affected by Covid-19, so that state officials who have been carrying out public services so far must comply with health protocols in providing public services to the community. This study aims to find out how far public service innovation has progressed during the Covid-19 pandemic in West Sumatra Province. The research method used is a qualitative method with a literature study approach from several journals obtained at Google Scholar. From the results of a literature study conducted, it was found that several cities/regencies in West Sumatra Province have carried out innovations in public services, such as Online Population Document Services (PADUKO), ADO Services (Always Ado Pharmacists) and Online Attendance by the Padang City Government.

Abstract

The use of Information Technology can help hospitals improve the quality of patient care and control drug bills to BPJS. RSKB Ropanasuri is a specialized surgical hospital in Padang and is one of the hospitals with many patient visits. Currently, the drug billing system that is not included in the BPJS patient service package has been implemented using the online pharmacy information system provided by BPJS. However, with this method there are several obstacles, such as (1) having to enter drug data repeatedly (2) requiring a long time in the drug data entry process, (3) and the potential for lost drug claims and losses to the hospital because it is not controlled by an integrated information system. This current work system is considered inefficient, so innovation is needed to create a SIMRS application that has a bridging pharmacy module with the BPJS pharmacy application that can be used by pharmacists in real time, so that the work of drug claims to BPJS is not repeated. With the existence of a pharmacy work module like this, it is hoped that it can improve the efficiency of the pharmacy department's work, speed, accuracy, integration, and efficiency of drug claims to BPJS can be managed well.

Abstract

This research aims to measure the effectiveness of using the PrestaShop e-commerce platform in increasing the sales index at the New Harapan Jaya company. This case study includes an analysis of the company's initial conditions, the PrestaShop implementation process, as well as an evaluation of the results achieved after implementation. This research shows that PrestaShop has great potential to increase online sales. Apart from that, this research also identifies a number of factors that need to be considered in the e-commerce implementation process, such as feature selection, display optimization, and digital marketing strategy. It is hoped that the results of this research can contribute to the development of knowledge in the field of e-commerce and provide recommendations for companies that want to improve their sales performance through e-commerce platforms.
