Abstract

Background of this research is the teacher never uses learning media when teaching poetry material and often uses the lecture method so that learning is less interactive which causes students to be less skilled in writing and 60% of student learning outcomes under KKM. The purpose of this study is to describe the validity, practicality and effectiveness of MOSI media (Monopoly Poetry) on the content and message of poetry. This study uses the ADDIE model (R&D). The subjects of this study were 20 grade IV students at SDN Ngasemlemahbang. The results of this research indicate that the results of the validity of the Monopoly Poetry media (MOSI) obtain an average percentage of 83.5% with valid criteria. The results of the practicality of the Poetry Monopoly (MOSI) media obtained an average percentage of 92% with practical criteria. The results of the analysis of evaluation questions (post-test) obtained an average percentage of 82% with effective criteria. So it can be concluded that the MOSI (Poetry Monopoly) Content Material and Poetry Message for Class IV SDN Ngasemlemahbang which was developed was stated to be valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low numeracy literacy abilities of students in solving AKM questions on statistics material at SMAN 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how students' numeracy literacy skills are in solving AKM questions on statistics material at SMAN 1 X Koto, Tanah Datar Regency. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The research subjects were 26 students in class XE1. The data collection methods used were tests and interviews. Tests are used to see indicators of numeracy literacy abilities while interviews are used to strengthen the results of the tests carried out. The results of this research show that the numeracy literacy skills of students at SMAN 1 40. In the medium category with an average score of 69. However, there are still those who have high literacy skills, namely with an average score of 85.

Abstract

The background of this study is based on the need to strengthen English language skills and digital marketing capabilities among members of GenPI Sulbar in the West Sulawesi province. In today's digital era, social media, particularly Instagram, plays a crucial role in tourism promotion. Therefore, enhancing skills in crafting engaging and informative content on Instagram is considered essential for attracting the attention of both domestic and international tourists. In this context, the members of GenPI managing the @genpi_sulbar account require improved English language and digital content creation skills to enhance the appeal of local tourist destinations. The purpose of this research is to enhance the English language abilities of Instagram account managers in Western Sulawesi who are associated with the @genpi_sulbar account. In this study, qualitative research techniques are used, and the tools used include in-depth interviews and the findings obtained from analyzing papers. Participants in the Genpi program participated in activities such as the formulation of ideas, planning, editing, and the use of tools such as Deepl, Quillbot, and Grammarly in order to assist them in improving their English language abilities. According to the findings, there was an increase in the level of comprehension of tourist marketing participants, as well as an improvement in originality, vocabulary, and the ability to effectively write content for Instagram. As a result of this study, members of GenPi were able to enhance their Instagram post writing on social media in order to promote tourism in a direct and strategic manner while simultaneously enhancing citizen awareness on a global and local scale.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of media images on the ability to compose sentences for second grade students at Haurgeuliskolot Indramayu Public Elementary School. As for the background of conducting this research, the researcher felt that grade II students had difficulty arranging jumbled sentences into correct sentences. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of media images on the ability to compose sentences for class II students of Haurgeuliskolot Indramayu Public Elementary School. This type of research uses quantitative methods by way of descriptive statistical analysis through a one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in this study were 20 students of grade II SD Negeri Haurgeuliskolot Indramayu and were given two tests, namely the initial test (Pretest) and the final test (Posttest). Data analysis used is descriptive statistics in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, and normality tests, to determine the value of the Paired Sample T test. The results of this study showed that 20 students were given 2 pretest and posttest questions. Based on the results of the Paired Sample T test between picture media and the ability to compose random sentences, the T count 9.11 is greater than the T table 2.092, at a significant level of 0.05 (a = 5%). This figure shows that the calculated T value is greater than the table T value in the T test distribution list at a 0.05 with db=20-1, it can be said that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is an influence in the use of media images on the ability to compose random sentences for students.

Abstract

In the digital age, effective learning strategies not only focus on delivering material, but also involve students actively in the learning process, encourage deep understanding, and develop skills relevant to the digital world. In addition to the role of learning strategies, their implementation is also key in ensuring learning success in this digital era. The objective of this research is to explore the importance of learning strategies and their application in the digital era. To achieve this, a qualitative research approach is employed with data being sourced from a range of relevant literature. The Miles and Huberman model is utilized as the data analysis methodology, encompassing process of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The role of learning strategies in digital era  is supporting factors that help increase student learning motivation, achieve learning goals, and update teacher teaching skills. The implementation of learning strategies in the current digital era are 1) Learning models such as blended learning, distance learning, mobile learning and virtual learning environment. 2) Learning innovations such as google sites, whatsapp, teamviewer, remote utilities, aeroadmin, google drive and google forms. 3) Digital learning design developed by applying the principles of independence, flexibility, contemporary, mobility and suitability to the level of need.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to reveal the Islamic boarding school-based PAI curriculum, including the objectives of the PAI curriculum, PAI curriculum content, learning experiences and orientation competencies for Islamic boarding school-based students. The place of this research is MI Ya BAKII 01 Kesugihan Cilacap. This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach, using triangulation of techniques, sources and informants. The data that the author obtained was through interviews, observation and documentation. Then each data is analyzed using an interactive cycle with components of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the research show that there are general objectives of the PAI curriculum, namely the formation of student character, and specific objectives, namely to support madrasa subjects. The content of the Islamic boarding school-based PAI curriculum is linear activities with the Al Ihya Ulumaddin Kesugihan Islamic boarding school as the Islamic boarding school that houses the Ya BAKII foundation, such as; Tahfidzul Qur'an, Muroja'ah, learning lectures, making prayers (sholawatan) and learning the Qur'an and prayer. The implementation of the Islamic boarding school-based PAI curriculum at MI Ya Bakii 01 is carried out in the classroom and outside the classroom, every day according to a predetermined schedule. The Islamic boarding school-based PAI learning orientation is carried out by prioritizing discipline and morals in the madrasah and outside the madrasah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Core learning model on flora and fauna conservation material on student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative and descriptive design that involves data processing in the form of pre-test and post-test. Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to improve learning outcomes and improve learning practices in the classroom more professionally at SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. F-6 phase students totaling 31 students in the first semester of SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo in the 2023/2024 academic year. Whether or not there is an influence of student learning activities, teacher teaching activities and student Geography learning outcomes taught using the CORE type cooperative learning model. Research data were obtained from observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. Based on the analysis results obtained that: 1) on the pre-test worksheet the average number of students who have not completed is 45.16% and on the post-test worksheet the number of students who have not completed is 3.2% which is categorized as increased; 2) There was an increase in Geography learning outcomes of phase F-6 students of SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo from the pre-test worksheet to the post-test worksheet. The pre-test worksheet showed that 17 students scored ≥ 75 with an average score of 84.5 which was categorized as good. Furthermore, the results of the post-test worksheet showed a significant increase because there were 30 students who scored ≥75 with an average score of 95.5 which was categorized as excellent.

Abstract

Education creates people who are civilized, intelligent, sensible, and virtuous so they can face the problems that exist in life. Educational success is influenced by several factors such as curriculum, students, teachers, school environment, and so on. The true learning process must be able to activate students, not just focus on the teacher. Students must be made the center of learning, meaning students must be actively involved in the learning process from beginning to end. In order for this to happen, teachers can carry out social studies learning by implementing the speaking stick learning method so that the class becomes active and students easily understand the material. The aim of this research is to identify the application of the speaking stick learning method to student learning outcomes in social studies lessons. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to find the necessary data related to the research topic. The data that researchers obtained was based on secondary data sources originating from previous research articles. Based on a literature review, the author obtains an overview of the benefits and results obtained from implementing the speaking stick method in social studies learning, starting from increasing student learning activities and at the end of this learning, it is able to make students maximize their abilities and understanding so that there is an increase in social studies learning outcomes for students.

Abstract

Integration is an attempt to unite Islamic knowledge and general knowledge. This integration with Amin Abdullah's view will likely result in difficulties in balancing Islamic and general studies, which are often not very successful due to the desire of both sides to successfully build a closely related system. The purpose of the research is to know the perspective of students of chemistry education on the integration of social sciences and humanities. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods, the method used in qualitational research is data collection through observations and interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that the perspective of students of chemistry education, students of State Islamic University Sunan Kalijaga through integration with responsibility, answers to the curriculum of the campus, so that students not only learn about religious sciences but also general sciences. Humanism and social sciences are general sciences that are integrated with religious sciences. Each student has a unique perspective related to the knowledge of social sciences and humanities.

Abstract

Constructivism is knowledge created by humans and gradually developed in a limited environment, is the theoretical basis of contextual thinking (philosophy). A learning strategy known as contextual-based learning centers on giving students access to relevant and authentic environments. The main goal of this teaching is to help students better understand and apply information by having them make connections between the course material and their everyday experiences. This research tries to use contextual learning methodology in making comics that connect mathematics classes with fashion vocational resources at SMK Negeri 3 Kudus. There is much promise in contextual learning to support students in understanding and using mathematical ideas in their professional environments. The research method used is a qualitative method by conducting observations and interviews. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and analysis of student work. The research results show that the application of contextual learning strategies in making comics is effective in increasing students' understanding and interest in mathematics subjects and facilitating the application of mathematical concepts in the vocational context of fashion design.
