Abstract

PT. Gunung Sawit Mas (GSM) is a limited liability company engaged in manufacturing Palm Oil (CPO). CPO is an abbreviation of Crude Palm Oil. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on purchasing decisions at PT. Mount Sawit Mas. The method used in this research is descriptive method, this type of research is quantitative data, primary data obtained through questionnaires. The research population that will be used in this research is all consumers who make purchases from companies totaling 137 consumers (similar palm oil companies). Because the population used is 137 consumers, the population will be reduced using the Slovin sampling technique with a confidence level of 95% and an error rate of 5%, where 102 samples are obtained. The analysis technique used is simple linear analysis and statistical tests, namely t-test (partial) using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences) software. The test results show that Customer Relationship Management has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at PT. Mount Sawit Mas.

Abstract

Loyal customers have a relatively permanent, long-term fanaticism towards an item from the company of their choice, do not want to switch to another product, and even influence other parties to use that product. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of product quality on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya. The results of the correlation coefficient test show that the coefficient value is 0.727, so it can be said that the product quality variable and the customer loyalty variable have a strong correlation. The results of the coefficient of determination test show that the coefficient of determination value is 0.529, so it can be said that 52.9% of the customer loyalty variable is influenced by the product quality variable, while the remainder is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this research. From the results of hypothesis testing, the Z-count value (7.57) is greater than the Z-table (1.96), so H0 is accepted and Ha is accepted. Thus, service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty at PO Trijaya

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer loyalty at PT Cahaya Tiga Samudera, Medan. The author uses associative quantitative research methods. Associative research is a research method that asks questions between 2 or more variables. Service quality is a consumer's evaluation of the suitability between the level of service received and the expectations they have. The data collection technique used by the author in this research was a questionnaire. The sample used was 37 customers of PT Cahaya Tiga Samudera, Medan. The research instrument used was validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on calculations carried out by the author using the SPSS program application, it turns out that the results of the correlation between service quality and customer loyalty are obtained, which gives an indication that the service quality variable and customer loyalty have a positive and strong relationship. From the R square results, it is found that service quality has an influence on customer loyalty, while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Service quality is a dynamic state that is closely related to products, services, human resources, as well as processes and the environment that can at least meet or even exceed the expected service quality. Purchasing decisions are an integration process used to combine knowledge to evaluate two or more alternative behaviors and choose one of them. The problem examined in this research is the role of service quality in the purchasing decisions of e-commerce users at the Tunas Baru school. The purpose of this research is to determine the role of service quality and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used is an associative quantitative method via an online questionnaire. The total sample was 51 Tunas Baru High School students from a population of 108 students taken using nonprobability sampling techniques with an incidental sampling approach. The research results show that service quality plays a role in purchasing decisions by 30.5%. The solution that researchers can provide is to further improve human resources (HR) in providing services to prospective buyers who want to buy or just ask questions. Because getting good quality service will make potential customers feel satisfied. Consumers will feel satisfied if they get good service or as expected. By providing good service, apart from being able to play a role in purchasing interest and making purchasing decisions, it can also make buyers turn into customers which will help us promote our shop.

Abstract

The world of telecommunications in Indonesia cannot be separated from the role of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, as the largest and long-established telecommunications company and has even become a determinant of the development of telecommunications technology in the country. In the past, conventional telephones installed in homes to communicate long distances were the forerunner of a new civilization for the advancement of telecommunications. However, in the middle of 2023, Telkom will release Indihome, aka spin off, Indihome is identical to conventional telephones owned by Telkom. This decision will make the company more effective and efficient and what will be the impact on the capital market, especialy the response of local and foreign investors. This research uses two statistical analysis test methods, namely Mann Whitney and Spearman. Data analysis using SPSS, comparative tests, namely before and after the spinoff. The data object is stock price movements. The results shows that not all management decisions have a positive impact, as can be seen from the response of local and foreign stock investors to the existing sentiment. Referring to the assumption that Indihome joining Telkomsel does not necessarily mean that Singtel's ownership in Telkomsel will disappear even if dilution occurs. Apart from that, Indihome has a large contribution to Telkom, thereby affecting Telkom's revenue in the near future. Although the long-term target of reducing opex and capex can be realized.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, commitment and motivation on lecturer performance at Medan Microskills University, both simultaneously and partially. This research uses a population, where the subjects of this research are 40 permanent lecturers at Medan Mikroskil University. The analysis used to test this research hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research results of the First Hypothesis, Leadership and Motivation partially have a significant effect on the performance of Lecturers at Mikroskil University Medan, while commitment has no effect on Lecturer Performance at Mikroskil University Medan. Simultaneously, leadership, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on lecturer performance at Medan Mikroskil University. The Adjusted R Square value of 77.6% means that Lecturer Performance can still be explained by Leadership Quality, Commitment and Motivation. Meanwhile, the remaining 22.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Linear programming is a planning technique that uses mathematical models with the aim of finding the best product combinations in preparing an allocation of limited resources in order to achieve goals that are used optimally Sofjan Assauri (Hermawan, 2016). The simplex method is an approach in solving linear programming problems that have two or more decision variables where determining the optimal combination is done through repeated iterations of the simplex table until the optimum value is found in the optimization problem which includes maximizing profits or minimizing costs. The martabak home industry is one of the businesses operating in the culinary sector. One of the problems faced by the Martabak 88 home industry is determining the optimum production amount so as to obtain maximum profits. Therefore, a method is needed to determine the right combination of products made and the combination of products produced. The simplex method is the method used in this research to estimate the maximum profit obtained from sweet martabak and egg martabak.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence jointly or partially between work experience, training and promotion to the performance of the Workers at the Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Dairi. This research uses descriptive qualitative method using primary and secondary data. The population is the workers of the company. Forty three workers become the sample of this research. Data analysis technique used is linear regression which shows that from the three independent variables applied to the regression model (work experience, training and promotion). Work experience is significant for 0,000 which can be concluded that work experience affects performance (hypothesis 1 accepted). Training has significant value 0,048 which can be concluded that training affects performance (hypothesis 2 accepted). Promotion variable has significant value 0,019 which means that promotion influences performance (hypothesis 3 accepted). Research results show that work experience, training and promotion all positively influence the performance of the workers. It can be proven using the result of regression statistic test with probability value 0,000 obtained which is lower than α (α=0,05). So, it can be said that work experience, training and promotion influence positively the performance of the workers. Thus, hypothesis 4 accepted.

Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of communication on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (2) To determine the effect of the work environment on the motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (3) To determine the effect of employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (4) To determine the effect of communication, work environment and employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. This research was conducted at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. With a population of 38 people. The sample in the study was determined by total sampling technique, so that the sample used was the entire population, which was 38 people. Data collection techniques used non-test methods, with questionnaire research instruments and library studies. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive analysis and regression analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the communication variable on the work motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (2) There is no positive and significant effect of the work environment variable on the work motivation of employees at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (3) There is an effect of employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. (4) There is an effect of communication, work environment and employee development on employee work motivation at the Kantor Camat Bendahara Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang.

Abstract

This study aims to formulate appropriate marketing strategy planning alternatives through analyzing the approach of internal factors and external factors as an effort to face competitors from Aulia Jambi Toothpick Chips. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling, so that the total sample obtained was 30 respondents consisting of 5 from internal, namely the management of the Aulia Toothpick Chips factory employees and 25 from external, namely consumers. The analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) through an internal and external factor approach with the calculation of the IFE and EFE matrix table analysis and the QSPM method. The results of IFE internal factors and EFE external factors, obtained a Strength value of 2.08 and Weaknesess of 1.08 while the Opportunities value is 1.92 and Threats is 1.38. Based on the results of the calculation of the analysis quadrant diagram using the IFE and EFE approaches, it can be concluded that the x, y axes are at the Quadrant I point, so the strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support aggressive growth policies (Growth Oriented Strategy). So that the right alternative strategy for Aulia's Toothpick Chips MSME players is the S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy. The S-O (Strength-Opportunities) strategy, which is referred to as an aggressive growth strategy, is through the use of digital marketing for the marketing system, providing special offers and maintaining product quality.
