Abstract

Election vulnerability refers to the potential for interference, fraud, or threats to the integrity and democratic process in a general election. This can include certain variations such as vote manipulation, voter intimidation, misuse of state resources, as well as other legal violations that can affect the fairness and validity of election results. The solution to overcome vulnerabilities in elections is to use a survey application. The existence of an election vulnerability survey application is an effort to obtain more accurate and faster data and information regarding vulnerabilities in the implementation of general elections (elections). The election vulnerability survey application is a tool that helps minimize the risk of insecurity and improves the integrity and quality of elections in implementing democratic principles. By using this technology and application, it is hoped that monitoring and supervision of election vulnerabilities can be carried out more effectively and efficiently. The information collected can be processed quickly and accurately, so that it can provide. Testing the questionnaire involved 10 admins and respondents who were surveyors and respondents who would be surveyed and it was found that this election vulnerability survey application had been tested well and was successful.

Abstract

Occupational diseases and occupational accidents occur frequently in Indonesia, but are still not well recorded. Welding is a process carried out to form joint parts of the ship's hull. Types of dangers that occur as a result of welding include exposure to ultraviolet and infrared radiation, inhalation of fume in welding, fire, electric shock. The aim of this research is to identify occupational health and safety risks in block welding work on the Barge Mounted Power Plant (BMPP) project. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis using the Job Hazard Analysis method. The results of the research show that every work step process carried out by welding workers has the potential for danger which can cause work accidents or work-related diseases. There are five welding activity processes which can cause danger, with the most common being the welding process activities in the inside joint block of BMPP. In conclusion, prevention and control are identified based on each activity in the entire process, especially in the work process. In the work process, prevention and control of hazardous risks is carried out using a hierarchy of control analysis.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a determinant of long-term success and survival in the health care industry and has attracted the attention of service providers in today's competitive conditions. Patient satisfaction refers to the extent to which a patient's expectations, goals, and preferences are met by a healthcare provider. This research aims to analyze the influence of customer perceived value on general patient satisfaction at the Inpatient Installation of the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. The type of research carried out was quantitative research using an observational study with a cross sectional study design, with a sample of 400 inpatients at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital. The results of the research show that patient satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital is 47.5% with the most influential dimension on patient satisfaction from the customer perceived value variable, namely emotional value with a sig value of 0.001. The conclusion is that customer perceived value is 0.001<0.05 with a value of 43.6% which has a significant effect on patient satisfaction at the Makassar City Regional General Hospital.

Abstract

Occupational Safety and Health (K3) is an effort to create a safe, healthy and prosperous work environment, free from accidents, fires, explosions, environmental pollution and work-related diseases. Work accidents can cause losses for workers, employers, government and society, which can include loss of human life, damage to property and the environment. For this reason, concrete steps need to be taken to prevent and reduce the occurrence of work accidents as much as possible. One of the conditions where work accidents can occur is in the educational environment. The research uses descriptive methods with the aim of identifying the types of work accidents and how to overcome them that can occur. Based on the research results, it was concluded that occupational safety and health are very important, potential accidents in the Akmet environment can be identified. By using the HIRADC method, potential hazards can be identified and controls that must be implemented, such as using elimination methods to creating a quality manual and creating procedures for academic activities. This research has produced a draft Quality Guide for Occupational Safety and Health as well as procedures for academic activities in the Akmet environment.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia is a hematological disease that is often found in pregnant women. This situation can certainly hinder the growth and development of the fetus in pregnant women. It can be said to be anemia if the number of red blood cells or hemoglobin is below the normal limit if the hemoglobin level is <14 g/dL in men and <12g/dL in women.  The aim of this research is to determine the effect of sorghum flour substitution on the iron content of white bread. This research used a True Experimental with Completely Randomized Design (CRD), 4 treatment levels and 6 replications. The treatment applied was the ratio of wheat flour: sorghum flour at P0 (100:0), P1 (30:70), P2 (20:80), P3 (10:90), respectively. The results showed an increase in iron levels in white bread substituted for sorghum flour. The higher the sorghum flour formulation added to white bread, the higher the iron content in the white bread.

Abstract

Air quality affects the activities carried out by humans. Healthy air quality will support human activities. On the other hand, unhealthy air quality will disrupt human activities by causing respiratory tract diseases. The aim of the research carried out was a comparative study of the air quality of Indonesian cities based on cases of acute respiratory infections. The research method is descriptive analysis of the air quality index (AQI) and air particles (PM) in the city of Palembang, the city of Cileungsir, the city of Serang, the city of Jambi, the city of South Tangerang, the city of Bandung, the city of Jakarta, the city of Pekanbaru, the city of Denpasar and the city of Semarang on effective work, weekends and morning, afternoon, evening and night time periods. The results of the research show that the air quality is quite good in the cities of Denpasar and the city of Semarang and the city with high pollution is the city of Palembang. This research provides information and awareness in maintaining air quality so that it can maintain and strive for healthy air quality so that it supports human activities and does not cause respiratory infections

Abstract

Dengue (Dengue Fever) is a vector bone disease caused by the Aedes Aegepty Mosquito. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between air humidity levels and the Dengue Fever epidemic that occurred in Bengkulu Municipality. This research is a type of descriptive research with quantitative methods which aims to determine and show the relationship between air humidity levels and cases of Dengue Fever (DHF). This research was conducted in the Municipality of Bengkulu, using quantitative data on air humidity obtained from the Climatology Station (Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency) Baai Island, Bengkulu City, namely air humidity data from 2009 to 2014 and data on Dengue Fever cases in the Municipality obtained from the Department Bengkulu Province Health from 2009 to 2014 data. Judging from the results, the level of increase in air humidity in Bengkulu Municipality in 2009-2014 ranged from 82% - 86%. It can be seen that the number of dengue fever cases in Bengkulu Municipality in 2009-2014 was around 173 - 472 people. Data processing was carried out by computer using SPSS and Microsoft Excel programs. The results of the analysis using the bivariate test show that air humidity has a relationship between the incidence of Dengue Fever that occurs in the Municipality of Bengkulu, with a value of r=0.408 and p-value=0.007.

Abstract

Estimates companies link evidence technology ahead of looming collection of internal determinations in possession of commercial victims. One of them is the change of the company's term principal to an integrated principal, namely the principal of enterprise resource planning. This research was shown before explaining the effect of rupture of the main ERP operation, using a principal near four modules, the part in intensifying the power of PT Unilever Indonesia (UNVR). UNVR creates manufacturing companies that practice production, marketing, and quotas of consumer tools. The analysis method applied is that the literature uses secondary input points to break journal items, the company's annual demands, and parties that releven use the reference to analysis. Based on the reaction to the discussion, it was determined that UNVR linked SAP principal ahead of implementing savings near the implementation of provision and practicing work that was efficient in the SAP principal amount. On the day of initiation of SAP principal operations and continuous reactualization of principals SAP principal estimates intensify the qualifications of planning, organizing inputs, and inayat close to UNVR customers. The innovation of changing the breakdown of the term principal to the SAP principal is expected to be useful for UNVR ahead of the next period of commercial progress.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the response of cow manure to the growth and production of sweet corn plants. This research was conducted in May-July 2023 in Marga Mulya Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. This research used a randomized block design (RAK) consisting of treatments P0 (without fertilizer), P1 (fertilizer dose 20 tons/ha), P2 (fertilizer dose 25 tons/ha), P3 (fertilizer dose 30 tons/ha), and five repetitions to obtain 20 experimental units. The research results for the growth component treatment showed that plant height gave the highest results in treatment P3 (138 cm), leaf length in treatment P0 (121 cm), and leaf width in treatment P2 (8.14 cm). Meanwhile, the highest number of leaves was in the P2 treatment with (8.56 pieces), the longest cob length in the P2 treatment (19.56 cm), the highest number of rows/cobs in the P1 treatment (15.86 rows), the cob/sample weight in the P2 treatment with (204.04 g), the highest total weight/plot was in treatment P2 (1.48 kg). Providing cow manure has little effect on the growth and production of sweet corn plants in Merauke Regency.

Abstract

The risk of accidents and occupational diseases is difficult to avoid, one of which is in fabrication companies because workers are in direct contact with objects and heavy equipment during work. One of the work areas that is at high risk of accidents and occupational diseases is the blasting and painting area. The objectives of this study are: (1) to identify potential hazards and possible risks (2) to control the risks of each process activity to ensure that the work is in a safe condition. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach method with risk analysis using job hazard analysis. The results of the study identified 52 potential hazards and risks with 9 types of hazards, namely psychological hazards, mechanical hazards, electrical hazards, fire hazards, blasting hazards, physical hazards, chemical hazards, biological hazards, and ergonomic hazards derived from 7 classifications of processes or work stages in the blasting and painting work area. Prevention and control efforts are carried out to reduce the risk as a whole by using a hierarchy of control.
