Abstract

Accuracy in the provision of diagnosis codes is something that must be considered by medical record personnel, the accuracy of diagnosis codes is very important in the field of clinical data management, cost billing, along with matters related to health services. Factors causing inaccuracies in diagnosis codes are the use of diagnosis abbreviations, and writing diagnoses that do not use medical terminology terms. The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between the accuracy of medical terminology and the accuracy of diagnosis codes for respiratory system diseases. The type of research design used in this study is an analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. The sample in this study is patient medical resume data, totaling 72 samples. The instrument used in the study is a checklist sheet. Data analysis using the chi-square statistical test. The results of the chi-square statistical test obtain a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) so it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the accuracy of medical terminology and the accuracy of the diagnosis code of respiratory system diseases. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used by hospitals to encourage and provide ongoing training to doctors and other health workers regarding the importance of complete, clear medical record documentation, and using standardized and consistent medical terminology.

Abstract

Crime data stored by law enforcement agencies have primarily been utilized as documentation and incident reports, resulting in the underutilization of information that could reveal relationships among criminal events. This study aims to implement the Association Rule method using the FP-Growth algorithm to identify theft crime patterns and visualize their spatial distribution through a Geographic Information System (GIS). The study utilized theft crime data from the jurisdiction of the Selebar Police Sector, Bengkulu City, with crime location, occurrence time, and type of theft as the primary parameters. The research process included data preprocessing, frequent itemset generation using the FP-Growth algorithm, association rule generation with a minimum support value of 2% and a minimum confidence value of 60%, and visualization of the results using QGIS software. The results indicate that the FP-Growth algorithm successfully identified relationships among crime locations, occurrence times, and types of theft. Several association rules achieved confidence values of up to 100%, while the highest lift value of 2.23 was found at Jl. Pancur Mas–Sukarami. Furthermore, GIS-based visualization successfully illustrated the spatial distribution of crime patterns, facilitating the identification of locations associated with theft incidents.

Abstract

Customer reviews of skincare products sold through TikTok Shop provide valuable information for evaluating customer satisfaction and understanding consumer preferences. As the volume of reviews continues to grow, manual analysis becomes increasingly inefficient, making machine learning-based sentiment analysis a more effective approach. This study applies the Random Forest algorithm to classify customer sentiment and employs Shapley Additive Explanations (SHAP) to interpret the factors influencing the model's predictions. The study utilized a dataset of 663 customer reviews collected from TikTok Shop. The analysis process consisted of text preprocessing, TF-IDF feature extraction, sentiment labeling, Random Forest model development, performance evaluation, and model interpretation using SHAP. The experimental results showed that the proposed model achieved an accuracy of 68.42%, a precision of 67.79%, a recall of 68.42%, and an F1-score of 67.29%. Of the total reviews analyzed, 341 reviews (51.43%) were classified as positive, 208 reviews (31.37%) as negative, and 114 reviews (17.19%) as neutral. SHAP analysis revealed that the terms "banget," "bagus," "bikin," "Skintific," and "kulit" were the most influential features affecting the model's predictions of customer satisfaction. These findings provide useful insights for businesses to better understand customer perceptions and support continuous improvements in product quality and service performance.

Abstract

Adolescence is a period of rapid growth that requires optimal nutritional intake. However, changes in lifestyle and consumption patterns among adolescents often lead to a habit of consuming sugar-sweetened beverages, including packaged tea that contains relatively high amounts of sugar. Excessive sugar consumption can increase daily energy intake and potentially lead to nutritional problems, particularly overweight and obesity. This study aims to determine the relationship between the frequency of packaged tea consumption and the nutritional status of adolescents at SMKN 1 Purwokerto. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population consisted of all 179 10th-grade AKL students at SMKN 1 Purwokerto, with a sample of 123 students selected using proportionate random sampling. Data on the frequency of packaged tea consumption were collected using a Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), while nutritional status data were obtained through measurements of weight and height, which were then analyzed using the BMI/U indicator based on z-scores. The data were subsequently analyzed to test the relationship between the two variables using the Chi-Square correlation test. The results of the study showed no association between the consumption of packaged tea beverages and the nutritional status of adolescents (p-value = 0.204; p > 0.05). Thus, the consumption of packaged tea beverages does not affect nutritional status.

Abstract

Breakfast habits in adults are important for maintaining nutritional balance because they provide the body with its initial energy. Consuming high fiber foods for breakfast can increase satiety, maintain stable blood sugar levels, and support digestive health. Cereal flakes are a convenient food product that is easy to serve as a breakfast option. This study aimed to develop cereal flakes made from porang flour and brown rice using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three treatments F1(60% ; 40%), F2 (50% : 50%) dan  F3 (40% : 60%). A hedonic test involving 63 semi trained panelists was conducted. The study was conducted at the IPB Vocational School. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 31.0 with the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the hedonic test indicated that the best formula was F3, with a composition of 40 g of porang flour and 60 g of red rice flour. This formula has an energy content of 498 kcal/100 g, 4% protein, 22% fat, 70% carbohydrates, and 21.4% dietary fiber. This dietary fiber content is categorized as high, in accordance with the criteria for high-fiber foods.

Abstract

Fulfillment of family nutritional needs is associated with household food security conditions. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between household food security and the nutritional status of mothers with toddlers in Selo District, Boyolali Regency, including Jrakah, Klakah, and Tlogolele Villages. This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 108 mothers of toddlers selected through simple random sampling. Household food security was assessed using the Household Food Insecurity Access Scale (HFIAS), while nutritional status was determined based on Body Mass Index (BMI). The relationship between variables was analyzed using the Chi-Square test with a significance level of p<0.05. The results showed that 51.9% of households experienced food insecurity and 8.3% of mothers with toddlers had undernutrition. There was a significant relationship between household food security and the nutritional status of mothers with toddlers (p=0.033). Mothers from food-insecure households had an 8.5 times higher likelihood of experiencing undernutrition compared to those from food-secure households (OR=8.50; 95% CI: 1.024–70.524). Maternal nutritional status is influenced by various factors, including socioeconomic conditions, dietary patterns, energy intake, physical activity, and biological factors.

Abstract

Landak Tourism Park is a post-mining area with potential for ecotourism development, but water-quality degradation may constrain its environmental sustainability. This study evaluates the factors affecting environmental-quality management, compares two surface-water sources, develops a conceptual clean-water treatment train, and formulates integrated pollution-control strategies. A descriptive-comparative mixed-methods design was used, combining water-quality testing of a tributary and a post-mining lake with field observation and in-depth interviews with site managers. Compliance was assessed against Class II surface-water criteria in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia No. 22/2021. The tributary showed severe suspended-solids and organic pollution, with TSS of 732 mg/L, BOD of 10.3 mg/L, COD of 120 mg/L, ammonia of 0.53 mg/L, and DO of 2.70 mg/L. The lake had substantially lower TSS (6.67 mg/L), turbidity (4.91 NTU), and ammonia (<0.0089 mg/L), although BOD (7.62 mg/L), COD (64.7 mg/L), and DO (3.20 mg/L) still did not meet Class II criteria. The lake is therefore the more feasible source for further treatment. A conceptual process comprising screening, pre-sedimentation, coagulation-flocculation, sedimentation, multimedia filtration, and disinfection is proposed, supported by source protection, erosion control, wastewater management, routine monitoring, and institutional strengthening. The design must be verified through jar tests, pilot testing, and site-specific design-flow data before implementation.

Abstract

Solar energy is a critical component of renewable energy strategies; however, photovoltaic (PV) system performance is frequently degraded by environmental factors such as dust accumulation, shading, and component failures. These issues lead to reduced energy yield and increased operational costs. This research develops an IoT-based decision support system (DSS) for real-time performance monitoring and predictive maintenance scheduling of solar panels. The system integrates sensor data on voltage, current, irradiance, and temperature, transmitted via a wireless network to a cloud-based analytics platform. A fuzzy logic algorithm evaluates panel health and triggers maintenance recommendations when performance deviations exceed pre-defined thresholds. The system was tested under simulated real-world conditions. Results demonstrate that the proposed DSS effectively detects performance degradation due to soiling and module-level faults, achieving a detection accuracy of 94% as indicated by the correlation coefficient between predicted and actual maintenance urgency, enabling timely maintenance interventions. This approach contributes to the field of intelligent renewable energy monitoring by providing a reliable, data-driven tool that reduces unnecessary maintenance costs and maximizes the operational lifespan of PV installations.

Abstract

Overweight among adolescents has become a nutritional issue that continues to grow due to various interrelated factors, including physical activity and the frequency of sugary drink consumption. According to the results of the Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), the proportion of individuals who are overweight reached 16,2%. This study was conducted to analyze the relationship between physical activity and the frequency of sugary drink consumption on the prevalence of overweight among students at SMP Negeri 6 Surakarta. The study employed an analytical observational method using a cross-sectional design, involving 101 students aged 13–15 years, selected through purposive sampling. Physical activity was measured using the Physical Activity Questionnaire for Adolescents (PAQ-A), the frequency of sugary drink consumption was assessed using the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), and nutritional status was calculated based on BMI-U. All data were then analyzed using Spearman’s rank correlation test. The results showed a prevalence of overweight of 37.63%; the majority of respondents engaged in moderate-intensity physical activity (57,42%) and consumed sugary drinks frequently (48,52%). Based on the Spearman’s rank correlation test, the correlation between physical activity and the incidence of overweight yielded a p-value of 0.408, while the correlation between the frequency of sugary drink consumption and the incidence of overweight yielded a p-value of 0.351; these results indicate that no significant association was found between the two study variables.

Abstract

The expansion of digital technologies in higher education has encouraged universities to modernize academic services through digital applications, one of which is MyUNNES, the academic service platform developed by Universitas Negeri Semarang. Drawing upon Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this research investigates whether perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) contribute to users' acceptance of MyUNNES application. In this context, success of platform is evaluated not merely by its functional capabilities but by degree to which it is accepted by its users. A quantitative methodology with a causal research design was employed. The study collected data by administering questionnaires to 393 active students of Universitas Negeri Semarang who had previously used MyUNNES application. The respondents were recruited through purposive sampling, and resulting data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The statistical results demonstrate PU together with PEOU has a positive and significantly influence on user acceptance, as reflected by an F-value of 391.970 (p < α). The findings further indicate students are more likely to accept MyUNNES application when they perceive it as both beneficial and effortless to operate. These results are consistent with TAM, which emphasizes PU and PEOU are principal factors driving acceptance of digital technologies in higher education.
