Journal Islamic Economics Ad Diwan; Institut Ummul Quro Al-ISlami Bogor adalah jurnal penelitian dalam disiplin ilmu ekonomi islam dan masalah ekonomi syariah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi baru atau state-of-the-art untuk pengembangan akademik atau aplikasi dunia nyata atau keduanya. Abstract

The concept of the time value of money, as recognized by conventional economics, posits that money available at the present time is worth more than the same amount in the future due to its potential earning capacity. This idea underlies the existence of interest rates and the fluctuating values of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to examine the perspectives of Al-Nabhani and Zallum on money and Islamic economics in relation to the time value of money. This research employs a qualitative method with a content analysis approach to the texts of Nizhâm Al-Iqtishâdy written by Taqiyuddin Al-Nabhani and Al-Amwâl authored by Abd Al-Qadim Zallum. The findings reveal distinctive viewpoints from these scholars: in Islam, money is defined as gold and silver with specific weights, and such currencies maintain stable values. Money is used as a standard measure for goods and services, serves as a medium of exchange, and the concept of the time value of money is rejected in Islamic law because it involves riba (interest), which is prohibited. Furthermore, hoarding money (kanz al-mâl) is forbidden, as is accumulating money to earn interest. Gold and silver can be lent (qardh) provided the transaction is immediate and in person. The time value of money concept does not exist in Islam because Islamic finance is based on gold and silver, which are stable, and this approach can offer solutions to global financial issues such as inflation. Abstract

Advances in information and communication technology have had a major impact on various kinds of human life, including the economy and business. Digital transformation has conquered the production, distribution, marketing and consumption of goods and services. The type of research carried out is Systematic Literature Review. The research aims to examine the role of digital marketing strategies in increasing sales. There were 732 research findings found through the Google Scholar database, 170 findings were found to be in accordance with the concept of the specified criteria and from a total of 170 research findings, 14 research journals were found that were in accordance with the research concept, of these 14 journals there were 4 research findings that were excluded because they were summaries. from a thesis/thesis/dissertation obtained from the university's web repository and there is 1 journal that has the same title. So the total journals that are relevant to the keywords are 9 journals. The results of research questions 1 and 2 show that almost all journals use the same digital marketing strategy to increase sales. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Strategy, Systematic Literature Review

Abstract

Productive waqf is the main choice when people are in a slump of acute poverty. With productive waqf, it means that the existing waqf gets the main priority aimed at more productive efforts. Productive waqf is a medium to create economic justice and welfare, reduce poverty, develop social security systems, provide health care facilities, and develop education. This phenomenon makes the discussion of waqf productive, especially if it is associated with improving the economic welfare of the community which is very important to do. In this study, a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach is used. Meanwhile, the study method used is a method in the form of an analytical explanatory descriptive study. With this approach, the researcher tries to understand the model of productive waqf empowerment in Indonesia, in empowering the economic welfare of the community. The models that will be studied from the empowerment of productive waqf in Indonesia are: the model of productive waqf empowerment in the management of investing Waqf Assets, Waqf investment has great potential to be developed in Indonesia. Because with this waqf model, the mobilization reach will be much more evenly distributed to community members compared to the traditional-conventional waqf model, namely in the form of physical property that is usually carried out by relatively capable families.   Keywords: Waqaf,; Welfare; Community; Economic Transformation;

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. The data used is sourced from a questionnaire in the form of a google form link (primary data). The sampling method uses the purposive sampling method , which is a sample determination technique based on certain criteria or considerations. The results of the study show that Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility have a positive and partially significant effect on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. As long as the high Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility will increase tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method, the population of this study is lego-lego center point of Indonesia Makassar tourists. The instruments used were questionnaires and data analysis techniques using multiple regression. The results of the coefficient test of Islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility regression showed an influence on tourist satisfaction. Meanwhile, the results of the t-test that islamic attributes, destination image and accessibility showed that they had a positive and partially significant effect on tourist satisfaction at the lego-lego centre point of Indonesia Makassar.

Abstract

This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze the influence of digital marketing on sales growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). From a review of 19 articles published between 2019 and 2024, this research consistently shows that digital marketing strategies, such as the use of social media platforms and other digital marketing techniques, play an important role in increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement and sales conversions for MSMEs. Optimization Information technology infrastructure has also been proven to increase the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies in MSMEs. These findings have a significant impact on industry players and MSME related parties, emphasizing the importance of implementing and managing digital marketing strategies for sustainable business growth and competitive advantage in the current digital era. Abstract

This research examines the use of cryptocurrency with blockchain in the Islamic social finance ecosystem from Al-Ghazali's point of view on money. Al-Ghazali, one of the great scholars in the Islamic scholarly tradition, has profound thoughts on money, its characteristics, and its uses, which are written in the book Ihya Ulumudin. His thoughts can provide a perspective for analyzing the use of cryptocurrency in various economic aspects, including Islamic social finance. The blockchain opens opportunities for inclusive financial solutions and more equitable access to economic resources. This study used a qualitative approach by reviewing the literature to explore how cryptocurrencies from blockchain technology, especially stablecoins, can support the Islamic social finance ecosystem and align with Al-Ghazali's thoughts. From the study conducted, generally, cryptocurrencies in their function as a medium of exchange and unit of account, their benefits for financial inclusion, wealth distribution, and non-usurious aspects align with Al-Ghazali's thoughts on money. What remains a concern is the use of cryptocurrencies which is still not legally recognized by Bank Indonesia regulations and the fatwa from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) that prohibits it

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of NOM, CAR NPF NETT and FDR on financial performance at BCA Syariah for the period 2013-2022. Bank financial performance is a description of the financial condition over a certain period of time including aspects of fund collection and distribution to evaluate bank financial performance using various variables. This description is usually presented in the annual financial report. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach method with secondary data analysis, namely research that uses numerical/numerical data. which is obtained in the annual financial report that has been published by BCA Syariah. By using descriptive statistical techniques, classical assumptions, multiple regression hypothesis testing, coefficient of determination. Partial test and normality test Based on the simultaneous test of the F test that has been carried out, the regression coefficient F count is 463.657 F table of 2.47 so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted with a significance of 0.000 0.05 (which has been set), it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant effect between the independent variables NOM, CAR, NPF NETT and FDR on financial performance (ROA). partial research results: NOM has a significant effect on financial performance or ROA, CAR has no effect on financial performance or ROA. NPF NETT shows an effect on financial performance or ROA, FDR has no effect on financial performance or ROA.

Abstract

Salah satu intelektual Muslim yang paling dikenal dan memiliki banyak pemikiran mengenai ekonomi adalah Shah Waliullah Ad-Dahlawi. Ad-Dahlawi memiliki banyak pemikiran di berbagai bidang seperti ekonomi, politik, dan budaya. Salah satu pemikiran Ad-Dahlawi yang menonjol dan penting untuk dibahas adalah pemikirannya tentang ekonomi. Penting untuk membahas pemikirannya tentang ekonomi karena memiliki signifikansi besar untuk perkembangan ekonomi Islam di masa depan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dalam bentuk studi pustaka, di mana data atau bahan berasal dari sumber-sumber kepusataan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber dari buku, tesis, dan jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemikiran ekonomi oleh Ad-Dahlawi menekankan masalah ekonomi global yang mencakup masalah ekonomi makro dan mikro, sehingga pemikirannya membahas secara rinci peran ekonomi dari bagaimana orang memperoleh kekayaan mereka. Pemikiran ekonominya dibagi menjadi lima bagian, yaitu al-Bai' (jual beli), riba (bunga atau riba), penyitaan aset, penimbunan aset (ikhtikar), dan penggunaan barang yang digadaikan. Kata kunci: Ad-Dahlawi, Pemikiran, dan Ekonomi.

Abstract

Found item isn't specific term for a particular type of property; it is a general term. Luqathah is an item that found at a public area. Taking luqathah is obligatory according Shafi'i Madhhab for saving the property of fellow Moeslim but it have to announced for a year. However, taking luqathah according Maliki Madhhab is makrooh because it is feared that there maybe negligence in matters there are required, such as announcing the found item to the public. Shafi'i Madhhab and Maliki Madhhab have the difference opinion about luqathah. Therefor, the purpose of this study is to find out what should the finder of found item do and what theese two madhhab think about the ownership of found item. Imam Malik and Imam Shafi'i both allow to use of luqathah. According to Imam Maliki, the announcement must be made if there are no people take the luqathah as long as a year. The finder of luqathah have a responsibilty to compensate the item that used or donated. Shafi'i and Malik agree if the luqathah is priceless or doesn't have any valuable that no need to saved, but it must be saved and announced if the item has valuable so its owner known.

Abstract

Masyarakat memilih produk pembiayaan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya seperti untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumtif, biaya pendidikan, modal usaha dan sebagainya. Namun dalam masalahnya, selalu masih ada masyarakat yang hanya ikut-ikutan untuk mengajukan pembiayaan dengan tidak memahami prosedur atau hanya ingin cepat mendapatkan dana tanpa mengkhawatirkan legal atau tidaknya lembaga keuangan tersebut, Lalu penelitian ini akan membuktikan apakah faktor pelayanan, kepercayaan, alasan syariah dan promosi dapat menjadi penentu keputusan masyarakat kabupaten bogor untuk menggadaikan barang secara syariah. Dengan adanya pengaruh terhadap keempat variabel menjadi bukti bahwa masyarakat menggadaikan barang secara syariah karena ketertarikan terhadap pelayanan karyawan, kepercayaan terhadap lembaga, memiliki pemahaman terhadap syariat islam tentang muamalah dan tertarik dengan segala bentuk promosi di pegadaian syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu nasabah PT. Pegadaian Syariah tahun 2019-2023 dengan sampel 98 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pelayanan, kepercayaan, alasan syariah dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat Kabupaten Bogor untuk menggadaikan barang secara syariah.   Kata kunci: Pegadaian syariah, Keputusan, Masyarakat.
