Abstract

Abstract Electronic word of mouth (eWOM), as a form of modern marketing communication, is increasingly important in influencing consumer decisions in the digital era. This study aims to determine the impact of eWOM on the purchase intention of Azarine products on Shopee by applying the Information Adoption Model (IAM). This model encompasses five variables: information quality, information quantity, information credibility, information usefulness, and information adoption. Azarine is a local beauty brand known for its high-quality products and strong sales performance on Shopee. This research employs a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to Shopee users and skincare consumers who have never purchased Azarine products. The research sample consists of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. The analysis tool used is SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that information quality does not affect information usefulness. Information quantity and information credibility positively influence information usefulness. Information usefulness has a positive effect on information adoption, and information adoption positively influences the purchase intention of Azarine products. Keywords: Electronic Word of Mouth, Information Adoption Model, Shopee, Purchase Intention Abstrak Electronic word of mouth sebagai salah satu bentuk komunikasi pemasaran modern, semakin berperan penting dalam mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam era digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh electronic word mouth (eWOM) terhadap niat pembelian produk Azarine di Shopee dengan mengaplikasikan Information Adoption Model (IAM). Model ini mencakup lima variabel yaitu kualitas informasi, kuantitas informasi, kredibilitas informasi, kegunaan informasi, dan adopsi informasi. Azarine adalah salah satu merek lokal di bidang perawatan kecantikan yang terkenal karena produknya yang berkualitas tinggi dan tingkat penjualan yang tinggi di Shopee. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada para pengguna Shopee serta konsumen skincare yang belum pernah melakukan pembelian produk Azarine. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 150 responden yang dipilih melalui metode purposive sampling. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kualitas informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kegunaan informasi. Kuantitas informasi dan kredibilitas informasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kegunaan informasi. kegunaan informasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap adopsi informasi dan adopsi informasi memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap niat pembelian produk Azarine. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of eco-efficiency, green innovation, carbon emission disclosure, and environmental performance on corporate value. The research sample consists of Consumer Non-Cyclical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2023 period and received the PROPER ratings through the KLHK website. The research results show that eco-efficiency, green innovation, carbon emission disclosure, and environmental performance has a positive effect on corporate value.

Abstract

Memahami sikap dan perilaku wisatawan sangat penting untuk industri pariwisata karena pesatnya perkembangan pariwisata telah menciptakan segmen pasar yang menarik dalam pariwisata. Tujuan penelitian adalah menyelidiki pengaruh cultural contact dan gastroomy tourism terhadap revisit intention yang dimediasi oleh destination satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan PLS dengan 180 responden pengujung objek wisata di kota Padang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung cultural contact dan gastroomy tourism berpengaruh terhadap destination satisfaction, kemudian hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa gastroomy tourism dan destination satisfaction berpengaruh langsung terhadap revisit intention, sementara cultural contact tidak memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap revisit intention. Hasil penelitian selanjutnya menemukan bahwa destination satisfaction memediasi hubungan antara cultural contact dan gastroomy tourism terhadap revisit intention. Hasil ini menujukkan bahwa cultural contact dan gastroomy tourism mampu membuat pengunjung objek wisata di kota Padang untuk kembali melakukan kunjungan ulang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Experience, E-Service Quality, and Promotion on Decisions to Use the Joox music streaming application (case study SMA Swasta Panti Harapan Lawe Desky Kec. Babul Makmur Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara). The type of research used in this research is explanatory. This explanatory research tests a hypothesis between one variable and another variable which mutually influence each other. The population in this study is cases SMA Swasta panti harapan lawe desky kec. Babul Makmur kabupaten Aceh Tenggara as many as 500 students. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. After carrying out the above method, the sample obtained in this study was 84 students. The test results show that it can be concluded that Brand Experience has a positive and significant effect on Usage Decisions. E-Service Quality has no influence on Usage Decisions. And promotion has a positive and significant effect on usage decisions SMA Swasta Panti Harapan Lawe Desky kec. Babul Makmur kabupaten Aceh Tenggara.

Abstract

The current coffee potential in Brebes Regency has not been accompanied by high income for coffee farmers. This is because farmers' knowledge of how to maintain coffee plants is still very low, farmer organizations are weak and government support is limited. Until now, coffee has not been considered a crop of strategic importance. The purpose of this study was to identify coffee commodity resources, analyze the value chain and determine cost drivers. This study used a mixed research approach of both qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative research approach was to answer the research questions posed. Quantitative research in this study is to calculate the cost value of each process activity in coffee processing. Based on the value chain analysis, the determinants of downstream coffee processing products are greenbean processing, roasting and grinding. Greenbean processing is able to add value by 47.5% for robusta type and 71.47% for arabica coffee type. While roasting and grinding activities are able to increase the added value by 65.36% for robusta type and 85.12% for arabica type.

Abstract

This study is targeted at analyzing Bank BTN's marketing strategy for KPR (Home Ownership Credit) products using SWOT analysis and evaluating efforts to increase the number of customer interest in BTN KCP SETIA BUDI. This study takes a qualitative descriptive approach to illustrate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by Bank BTN's KPR products. The information was compiled from in-depth interviews with management and customers, as well as relevant literature studies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi yang disumbangkan oleh pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Padang tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan, dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebagai pendukung penelitian adalah data sekunder dan data primer. Kemudian teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Padang dari tahun 2019- 2023 mengalami kenaikan berturut-turut secara stabil. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kontribusi untuk mengetahui kontribusi pajak daerah tahun 2019 hingga 2023, setelah itu menggunakan metode Least square untuk mengetahui trend pajak daerah. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa kontribusi pajak daerah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah pada tahun 2019 sebesar 71,07%. Pada tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan sebesar 2,11% menjadi sebesar 68,96%. Di tahun 2021 kontribusi pajak daerah meningkat, persentase meningkat sebesar 0,85% menjadi 69,81% ditahun 2022 kembali meningkat sebesar 71.51% dan pada tahun 2023 meningkat cukup tinggi sebesar 74.03%. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perkembangan kontribusi pajak daerah semakin membaik dari tahun ke tahunnya, maka dari itu Pemerintah Daerah Kota Padang perlu melakukan upaya guna meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah agar hasil tersebut dapat menunjang fungsi otonomi daerah yaitu menyelenggarakan pemerintahan daerah dan pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Community's Understanding of the Implementation of Waqf Land Certificates in the Study of Waqf Management (Case Study at the Sako Religious Affairs Office, Palembang City)." Waqf is a form of worship whose practice will not be interrupted even after a person dies, namely waqf. For Muslims, the term waqf is certainly familiar. Waqf is often equated with almsgiving. The property usually donated is land. Waqf can be briefly defined as property donated in the way of Allah to be utilized by the public. This research was conducted at the Sako District Religious Affairs Office, Palembang City. In this research the author used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The author also used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that the level of public understanding regarding the implementation of waqf land certification still does not understand waqf land certification. The community has different views regarding waqf land certification. As for the implementation of waqf land certification in the KUA, Sako District, Palembang City, it has been carried out, but there is still a lack of public understanding of the obstacles related to financing waqf land certification, there are also other obstacles in carrying out waqf land certification, such as, the public still does not understand the flow of waqf land certification and lack of socialization from the Palembang city government.

Abstract

Crowds of buyers in a shopping area can result in long queues at the cashier's desk. This long queue is often caused because the cashier is very slow in calculating the buyer's groceries. The slowness of the cashier in carrying out their duties, namely calculating the price of goods is caused by the fact that some of the selling prices of goods are not known by the cashier so that queues often become a problem in shopping places. For this reason, it is necessary to build a system that can assist cashiers in carrying out their duties, especially to find out the selling price of an item. This system uses an acronym in the world of programming, namely CRUD. This system will later be used by the cashier to store, display, change, and delete item data in the database. Thus the cashier does not need to memorize the selling price of each item.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of competence, independence, and professional ethics on audit quality at the Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province. A quantitative approach was employed using a census sampling method, involving 54 auditors. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS. The partial test results show that competence, independence, and professional ethics each have a significant effect on audit quality. Auditors with high competence can accurately identify and report audit findings. Good independence ensures objectivity without external influence, and strong professional ethics maintain the integrity of auditors. The simultaneous test results indicate that these three variables collectively have a significant effect on audit quality, with an R square value of 0.661, meaning that 66.1% of audit quality is influenced by competence, independence, and professional ethics. This underscores the importance of strengthening these three factors to improve audit quality at the Inspectorate of Gorontalo Province.
