Abstract

This research design uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers at Optik Minang Bukittinggi from 16 July to 19 July 2024. Data was collected through a research questionnaire using a checklist. The research results showed that respondents did not fully understand the importance of service quality on customer satisfaction. A total of 44 respondents (86.3%) were satisfied with the quality of service at Optik Minang and 7 respondents (13.7%) were dissatisfied with the quality of service at Optik Minang. Based on the results of this research, there are several suggestions submitted to (1) Optical Owners are expected to continue to maintain and improve the quality of service (2) ROs are expected to work professionally (3) Optical Refraction Academy is expected to be used as scientific information material in the field of Optical Refraction. (4) For future researchers, the author hopes that further research can be carried out with other independent variables so that more variables that influence consumer satisfaction at Optik can be identified.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh transformasi digital dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 151 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert sebagai alat pengukur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, yang melibatkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, dan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik transformasi digital maupun kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPK Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh pelatihan SOP dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Departemen Stamping PT Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia baik secara korelasi, parsial maupun simultan, dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah sebanyak 120 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel acak. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis data penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat korelasi yang kuat dan positif antara pelatihan SOP dengan kompetensi. (2) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial pelatihan SOP terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pelatihan SOP dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 73,6% sedangkan sisanya 26,4% kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli produk skincare di TikTok Shop pada karyawan PT Chang Shin Indonesia baik secara parsial maupun simultan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel adalah 109 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel purposive sampling. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara persepsi harga dengan promosi. Persepsi harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Persepsi harga dan promosi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat. Besarnya pengaruh persepsi harga dan promosi terhadap minat beli sebesar 69,1%, sedangkan sisanya 30,9% minat beli dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Work Design on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai, the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai, and the combined effect of Work Design and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai. This study involved 95 employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires. The research method used was quantitative, with validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the study showed that partially, Work Design and Work Discipline each have a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, Work Design and Work Discipline also have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Palembang ULP Rivai.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress of final students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The population in this study was 363 with a total sample of 191 final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling using the Slovin formula. The data collection technique uses a psychological scale that uses four answer choices on the self-efficacy scale and the academic stress scale. The results of the research show that the level of self-efficacy of final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang is in the high category and academic stress is in the medium category with the results of hypothesis testing showing that there is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic stress of final students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Padang. This means that the higher the self-efficacy, the lower the academic stress of final students at the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Religious Studies at UIN Imam Bonjol Paang.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of infrastructure spending, the Construction Cost Index (CCI), and population density on the stability of provincial roads in Indonesia from 2017 to 2022, covering periods before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Using a panel data regression analysis across 28 provinces, the research found that population density and the COVID-19 pandemic had significant positive effects on road stability, while infrastructure spending and CCI showed no statistically significant impact. The results highlight the crucial role of population dynamics and the pandemic in shaping road conditions, while questioning the effectiveness of infrastructure spending and CCI in enhancing road stability. The study underscores the need for more targeted policies that consider demographic factors and external shocks like pandemics in maintaining and improving road infrastructure. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in formulating infrastructure strategies and contribute to the broader discourse on public infrastructure management in Indonesia.

Abstract

Standar akuntansi keuangan merupakan seperangkat aturan dan pedoman yang mengatur tentang bagaimana informasi keuangan harus disajikan dalam laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan standar akuntansi keuangan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Pemilihan responden dilakukan secara purposive sampling untuk memastikan bahwa data yang diperoleh relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk mengetahui frekuensi dan distribusi jawaban responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan standar akuntansi keuangan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan. Penerapan standar akuntansi keuangan yang tepat dan konsisten dapat membantu meningkatkan relevansi, keandalan, dan daya banding informasi keuangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze Excellent Service, Security, and Speed ​​of Service on Muslim Customers' Decisions to Use Pegadaian CP Kartasura services. This research uses a quantitative approach method using the SPSS 25 application by distributing questionnaires during the research period. This research uses the population of Pegadaian CP Kartasura customers by taking a sample of 120 customers who are Muslim. The research methods used are Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, Model Determination Test, and Hypothesis Test. The research results show that Service Excellent has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Muslim customers to use CP Kartasura pawnshop services, Security has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Muslim customers to use CP Kartasura pawnshop services, and Service Speed ​​has a positive and significant effect on the decision of Muslim customers to use CP pawnshop services. Implementing Village Management Financial Transparency and Accountability (Case Study of Jirak Village, Jirak Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency) Following are Mr Andrian Noviardy's instructions. The aim of this research is to determine the accountability and transparency of financial management in Jirak Village. Observations, interviews and documentation were used to collect data. Indicators for each stage of village financial management are used as analytical tools in accordance with Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014. Based on the results and discussions that have been carried out, the The end of this exploration is implementation Transparency and Accountability in financial management in Jirak Village has not been implemented well and the Jirak Village Community cannot easily access village financial information due to not implementing Transparency Based on the findings of this research properly. in accordance with the Ministry of Home Affairs Guidelines Number 113 of 2014 concerning Regional Financial Administration. Apart from that, the Jirak Village Government also continues to close community access to information related to village organizations or government.
