In this research, the author examines the 60 meter sprint training and the speed of the 100 meter run. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of 60 meter running and speed training on the 100 meter run. The method used in this research is the experimental method with a two group pretest-posttest research design. In this research the author took a sample of 16 people. The research instrument used is the sprint test. Based on the processing and analysis of data on improvements from the results of the 60 meter deer running test training test, testing the hypothesis using a similar sample t-test, it was obtained that the t-count for the 60 meter deer running training test was 10,40 > t-table 1.895, thus Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. So this research concluded that: "There is an effect of 60 meter running deer training on increasing 100 meter running speed in PPLP NTB athletic sprinters" while the hypotension test with a similar sample t test obtained a t-calculated speed training value of 13,10 > 1.895. So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So the research concluded that: "There is an influence of 60 meter deer running training on increasing 100 meter running speed in PPLP NTB athletic sprinters

Abstract

Abstract The right to education is a fundamental human right guaranteed by international legal instruments and the constitution of every state. This article discusses the right to education as a constitutional right within the educational systems of Indonesia and Finland through a normative legal approach using comparative study methods. The purpose of this research is to analyze the regulation of the right to education in the constitution, educational policies, and their implementation in both countries. Indonesia places the right to education within the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, particularly Article 31, which emphasizes the state’s obligation to provide education for all citizens. Meanwhile, Finland is recognized as one of the countries with the best education systems in the world, ensuring free education, equal access, and high-quality education as a manifestation of human rights fulfillment. The results of this study indicate that although Indonesia has constitutionally guaranteed the right to education, its implementation still faces various challenges, such as inequality in educational access, disparities in teacher quality, and uneven educational facilities. In contrast, Finland has successfully implemented the right to education effectively through educational policies that prioritize equality, student welfare, and teacher professionalism. This comparison demonstrates that the fulfillment of the right to education depends not only on constitutional regulation but also on the state’s commitment to implementing fair and inclusive educational policies.

Abstract

Based on observations, the speed of athletes’ kicks is still relatively low, resulting in less accurateexecution of the mawashi geri kick during matches. This study examines the effects of stepping zig-zag kick training and elastic kick training on the performance of the mawashi geri kick. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of stepping zig-zag kick training and elastic kick training on mawashi geri kicking performance. The research method used is an experimental method with a two-group pretest and posttest design. The sample consisted of 20 participants. The research instrument used was a kick speed measurement test. The results of the study showed an increase in kick speed, where the stepping zig-zag kick training obtained a t-value of 8.251 > 1.833, while the elastic kick training obtained a t-value of 9.701 > 1.833. The results also indicated that the improvement from stepping zig-zag kick training had a greater mean difference compared to elastic kick training

Abstract

So the problem in this study is where every open match and during training for the Kalimantong Volleyball Team players, lack of speed and agility training, causes players to lose a lot of balls when defending, and attacking in volleyball games is not good in terms of speed and agility. So it often causes defeat for the team. Research Objectives To find out whether there is an effect of foot spedd ladder drill training on increasing the speed of the Kalimantong Volleyball Team players. The research design used a two group pretest-posttest design. The research sample is all players of the Kalimantong Volleyball Team, totaling 12 people. The research sampling technique used population study research. The research instrument used a speed test with 30 meters and an agility test instrument using a shutel run. From the results of statistical data analysis, the effect of foot spedd ladder drill training on increasing the speed and agility of Kalimantong Volleyball Team players, so that the tcount value X1 (speed) is 4,293 and X2 (agility) is 2,643 values simultaneously between Y and X1 and X2 draws the conclusion of the analysis table at a significant level of 5% with the number of samples (n - 1) namely 11 of 1,796. So, looking at the results of the foot sped ladder drill exercise on the increase in speed from tcount > ttable (4,293 > 1,796), and the increase in speed from tcount > ttable (2,643 > 1,796), it can be concluded that "there is an effect of the foot sped ladder drill exercise on increasing speed and the agility of the Kalimantong Volleyball Team players which means there is a significant influence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of balance training and aerobic endurance on the shooting accuracy of 10 meter air pistol athletes. The research method used a quasi-experimental design with a two-group pretest-posttest approach. The subjects were 10 athletes from Perbakin Rinjani NTB, divided into two groups: the balance training (core stability) group and the aerobic endurance training (fartlek) group. The training program was conducted for 5 weeks with a frequency of 4 times per week. Shooting accuracy data were collected through the standard ISSF 10 meter air pistol scoring test (60 shots). Data analysis used paired sample t-test, independent sample t-test, and Cohen's d effect size. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect of balance training on improving shooting accuracy (p=0.003; effect size=0.896). (2) There was a significant effect of aerobic endurance training on improving shooting accuracy (p=0.005; effect size=0.938). (3) There was no significant difference in the effect between the two types of training on shooting accuracy (p=0.760). The conclusion of this study is that both balance and aerobic endurance training are equally effective in improving the shooting accuracy of 10 meter air pistol athletes and can be integrated into training programs.
