Abstract

This research aims to describe the use of cartoon film media in improving story listening skills in class IV SDI Danga students and describe the improvement in story listening skills after using cartoon film media in class IV SDI Danga students. This type of research is classroom action research. The data analysis technique used is qualitative dan analysis techique. The research results show that the implementation of learning activities has increased. In cycle I the achievement value obtained was 47,36% and cycle II was 100%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the use of cartoon film media can improve listening skills in class IV students at SDI Danga.

Abstract

The problem in this research is that students' mastery of English vocabulary is still low. This research aims to describe improving English vocabulary learning outcomes through the use of flash card media for class IV students at SDI Woloara. This research is a type of classroom action research. The results of this research show that the use of flash card media can increase students' mastery of English vocabulary which can be seen in each cycle, namely in the pre-test it showed a result of 12.5%, then it began to increase in cycle I, namely 41.67% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 100 %. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of flash card media can improve the English vocabulary mastery of class IV SDI Woloara students.

Abstract

In the context of education, curriculum changes are often faced with diverse challenges. These include global demands, technological developments, and dynamic community needs. This research aims to analyze the problems that arise due to curriculum changes that occur every year, as well as their impact on the learning process and student competence. In addition, it aims to create students who are broad-minded, creative, critical, and innovative towards the problems that will be faced in the future. The method used in this research is a literature study and a survey of educators and students to identify gaps between curriculum policy and its implementation in the field. The conclusion of this study shows that although curriculum changes aim to improve the quality of education, often rapid and poorly planned changes result in learning difficulties and instability in the teaching and learning process, requiring a more structured and participatory approach to its design.

Abstract

Landslides are a natural phenomenon in the form of movement of land masses in search of a new balance due to external disturbances which cause a reduction in soil shear strength and an increase in soil shear stress. The main factors that influence the occurrence of landslides include rainfall, soil type, land use and slope slope. The aim of this research is to find out how the Pujon sub-district government handles landslides and identify factors influencing landslides. This research was carried out using a literature review research method which provides output on existing data, as well as an explanation of a discovery so that it can be used as an example for research studies in compiling or making a clear discussion of the content of the problem to be researched. The author looks for data or literary material from journals or articles and also references from books so that it can be used as a strong basis for the content or discussion.

Abstract

Tujuan yang diinginkan dari penulisan makalah ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana moral Pancasila yang terdapat pada generasi muda milenial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literature dengan sumber dari berbagai penelitian dan literasi yang berkaitan dengan moral pancasila bagi generasi muda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk mengatasi krisis moral tersebut, maka perlu adanya partisipasi dari semua pihak. Untuk itu, peran orang tua dan masyarakat sangat penting untuk memantau, membina, dan membimbing agar para generasi muda tidak bertindak melewati batas wajarnya

Abstract

Mirroring is a behaviour in which one person unconsciously imitates the gestures, facial expressions, speech or posture of another person. This study aims to analyse how is the NLP mirroring pattern realized and used in the interaction between the host and the guests on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon”. This study uses a qualitative content analysis approach using the theory of NLP mirroring by John Grinder and Richard Bandler (2008) including behavioural mirroring, symbolical mirroring and exchanged matches. This study shows that there are 37 data found. There are 10 (27%) data as behavioural mirroring, 19 (51%) data as symbolical mirroring, and 8 (22%) data as exchanged matches Mirroring is a powerful tool in human interactions that subconsciously shapes how individuals connect with others. By imitating body language, facial expressions, and speech patterns, it creates trust, comfort, and empathy. This can be particularly helpful in vulnerable or stressed situations, leading to smoother communication and stronger relationships. It is hoped that the result of this research is useful for everyone who wants to study about NLP mirroring techniques.

Abstract

Digital marketing provides opportunities for UMKM to introduce their products more widely at a relatively more efficient cost compared to conventional marketing methods. This research aims to examine how UMKM can utilize digital platforms, such as social media, search engines and websites, to promote their products. The results of this research show that the appropriate use of digital marketing can increase the visibility and competitiveness of UMKM products in the wider market. Apart from that, implementing a good digital marketing strategy can help increase interaction with consumers, expand market reach, and increase sales and customer loyalty. Therefore, it is important for UMKM players to continue to develop skills in using digital technology to maximize market potential and achieve long-term success. Digital marketing provides the opportunity for UMKM to introduce more of their products at a relatively more economical budget compared to traditional marketing methods. The aim of this research is to find out how UMKM can use digital platforms such as websites, social media and other search engines to promote their products. The findings show that digital marketing, if used appropriately, can increase the visibility and competitiveness of products produced by UMKM in more markets. Apart from that, implementing a good digital marketing strategy can improve relationships with consumers in expanding the market to increase sales and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Complaints of musculoskeletal disorders remain a problem for tofu industry workers. This is due to non-ergonomic working positions, heavy physical loads, and high repetition of movements during the production process, which can lead to back pain, joint pain, and muscle disorders. The research aims to identify factors related to musculoskeletal complaints among tofu industry workers in Jambi City. The study utilizes a cross-sectional design, conducted at tofu factories in Jambi City from June 4 to June 13, 2024. The research sample consists of 32 tofu industry workers in Jambi City for the year 2024, selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis employs Spearman's correlation test. The results indicate that 50.0% of respondents experience moderately severe musculoskeletal complaints, 40.6% have light workloads, 84.4% have normal BMI, and 43.8% are smokers with light to moderate smoking habits. There is a significant correlation between workload (p-value=0.000) and musculoskeletal complaints among tofu industry workers in Jambi City. Factors unrelated to musculoskeletal complaints include BMI, smoking habits, and working hours. Work attitude and workload are identified as factors associated with musculoskeletal complaints among tofu industry workers.

Abstract

Beberapa alasan utama mengapa sistem dan instalasi pemadam kebakaran sangat penting pada gedung bertingkat adalah gedung bertingkat biasanya memiliki banyak penghuni, peralatan, dan material yang berpotensi mudah terbakar. Risiko kebakaran semakin tinggi seiring dengan jumlah lantai dan kepadatan penghuni yang meningkat. Dalam situasi darurat, evakuasi bisa menjadi lebih sulit, dan api bisa menyebar dengan cepat. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam perencanaan ini adalah menentukan dimensi pipa hisap dan pipa suplai serta banyaknya pipa, menentukan kapasitas reservoir bawah, menentukan daya pompa dan tekanan pompa, menentukan dimensi pipa hidran dan pipa siamese connection. Sistem dan instalasi pemadam kebakaran di perkantoran di Jakarta ini menggunakan diameter pipa tegak untuk suplai ke pipa hidran dan pipa sprinkler dari hasil perencanaan adalah 183 mm ≈202,74 mm (8 inchi), sedangkan yang terpasang di lapangan adalah 202,74 mm (8 inchi). Jumlah sprinkler adalah 3256 buah kepala sprinkler, yang terpasang di lapangan adalah 3047 buah kepala sprinkler. Jumlah kotak hidran didalam gedung hasil perencanaan dan dipasang di lapangan 71 buah. Kotak hidran diluar gedung hasil perencanaan dan terpasang di lapangan adalah 2 buah. Hidran halaman (hidran pillar) dari hasil perencanaan dan terpasang di lapangan adalah 2 buah. Sambungan dinas pemadam kebakaran (siamese connection) dari hasil perencanaan dan terpasang di lapangan adalah 2 buah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran guru PPKn dalam mengintegrasikan isu Hak Asasi Manusia (HAM) pada pembelajaran di era digital di SD I.S. Kijne Wadio. Topik ini penting karena pendidikan berbasis HAM menjadi landasan utama dalam membangun karakter generasi muda, terutama di tengah perkembangan teknologi digital yang cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah guru PPKn, siswa, dan kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai nilai-nilai HAM, tetapi menghadapi tantangan dalam menggunakan teknologi digital secara optimal. Keterbatasan fasilitas digital dan kurangnya pelatihan menjadi kendala utama. Namun, siswa menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap pembelajaran berbasis kasus konkret yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari mereka. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan teknologi bagi guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PPKn berbasis HAM di era digital. Implikasi dari hasil ini adalah perlunya kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran untuk memperkuat pendidikan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan strategi pembelajaran inovatif berbasis HAM di tingkat sekolah dasar.
