Abstract

Keterampilan menulis menurut Rosidi (2009:2-3) merupakan sebuah kegiatan menuangkan pikiran, gagasan, dan perasaan seseorang yang diungkapkan dalam bahasa tulis. Menulis merupakan kegiatan untuk menyatakan pikiran dan perasaan dalam bentuk tulisan yang diharapkan dapat dipahami oleh pembaca dan berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi secara tidak langsung. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa menulis merupakan kegiatan seseorang untuk menyampaikan gagasan kepada pembaca dalam bahasa tulis agar bisa dipahami oleh pembaca dan seorang penulis harus memerhatikan kemampuan dan kebutuhan pembacanya. Begitu juga dalam menulis teks prosedur, teks prosedur adalah teks yang berisi cara, tujuan untuk membuat atau melakukan sesuatu hal dengan langkah demi langkah yang tepat secara berurutan sehingga menghasilkan suatu tujuan yang diinginkan. Teks prosedur biasanya terdapat pada tulisan yang mengandung cara, tips atau tutorial melakukan langkah tertentu. Didalam teks prosedur terdapat kata imperatif atau kata perintah untuk melakukan apa yang dibahas pada teks agar si pembaca melakukan apa yang diperintahkan pada isi teks tersebut. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII-E SMP Negeri 3 Pasarkemis masih belum maksimal. Hasil tes awal yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan hasil menulis teks prosedur siswa masih rendah. Hal ini diketahui 75% siswa belum mencapai KKM, hanya 25% siswa yang sudah mencapai KKM dan mampu menulis teks prosedur sesuai dengan langkah-langkah menulis teks prosedur. Dari hasil tes menulis teks prosedur menunjukkan bahwa siswa kurang memahami materi tentang langkah-langkah menulis teks prosedur

Abstract

The background of this research is the low social studies learning outcomes of Class V SD Negeri 1 Pacing Wedi Klaten, the lack of active participation of students in the learning process in class, and the learning process is still teacher-centered, so there is a need for alternative learning models to overcome this. The formulation of the problem in this research is: is there any effect of applying the index card match learning method to student learning outcomes in social studies class V SD Negeri 1 Pacing Wedi Klaten in the 2022/2023 academic year and the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of applying the index method to learning card match on social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 1 Pacing Wedi Klaten for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, a method that describes and describes the relationship between several variables with one another. To obtain data using experimental learning techniques, tests, observations or observations, and documentation. Based on the application of the index card match learning method, the results of understanding were categorized as good with the effectiveness of using the method. This is based on increased student activity such as student attitudes during learning, student collaboration, seriousness, skills and understanding of learning concepts during learning. The application of the index card match learning method increases almost 100% above the KKM, which shows that the application of the index card match learning method can improve learning outcomes. There is a significant influence on the application of the index card match learning method to the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in the social studies subject at SD Negeri 1 Pacing Wedi Klaten in the 2022/2023 academic year. The correlation value of 0.786 is positive between the X and Y variables with a coefficient of determination of 61.8%. If the regression line equation is made, it is Y = 79.244 + 0.349X

Abstract

Sistem hukum suatu negara sangat berpengaruh terhadap tumbuh dan berkembangnya hukum di negara tersebut, khususnya hukum pidana. Hukum pidana adalah salah satu hukum positif khususnya hukum pidana materil, dalam hal ini yang mewakilkannya adalah Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana (KUHP), mengingat hukum civil law system, merupakan sistem hukum yang dipilih di Indonesia, belum mengalami revisi yang berarti sejak pertama kali diberlakukan di Indonesia hingga saat ini. Disebutkan dalam penjelasan umum KUHAP bahwa untuk membela hak asasi manusia dan menjamin bahwa semua orang diperlakukan sama di depan hukum dan pemerintahan serta setiap orang wajib mematuhi hukum dan pemerintahan itu tanpa terkecuali. Salah satu kasus yang akan dikaji dalam penelitian ini yaitu kasus tindak pidana pencurian dalam keadaan memberatkan pada putusan Nomor 117/Pid.B/2022/PN Skh Bahwa terdakwa I. Fajar Agung Wibawa alias Plonco bin Joko Santoso bersama-sama dengan terdakwa II Fajar Taufiq Hidayat alias Topex bin Adnan Putra. Kejahatan pencurian telah diatur dalam Pasal 363 ayat (1) ke-4 KUHP yang diancam dengan pidana penjara paling lama 7 tahun. Berdasarkan analisis penyusun, dakwaaan tunggal yang diajukan oleh penuntut umum untuk mendakwa terdakwa sudah tepat karena dari perkara yang terjadi hanya ada satu tindak pidana saja yang dapat didakwakan dan unsur-unsur tindak pidana dalam kasus tersebut telah sesuai dengan uraian peristiwa atau kejadian pada saat dilakukannya tindak pidana

Abstract

Chess is a board game with eight black squares and eight white squares that are mutually colorful. Chess is a very popular game in sharpening the brain. In Karo society, which is rich in tradition and culture, there is a karo chess game that has its own charm. In Karo society, this chess game has become part of the folklore of the Karo community itself. The purpose of this research is to analyze the existence of karo chess in Seberaya, Lingga and Sukambayak villages. Through a case study approach and historical research method with four stages, namely heuristics, verification, interpretation and historiography and data collected by researchers through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that in the midst of the development of conventional chess, the game of karo chess is still favored by the people of Seberaya, Lingga and Sukambayak Villages which are the objects of this research. Karo chess still exists in these villages and can still be seen in stalls around the neighborhood of the villagers who are the object of research, but not as big as in the past because conventional chess is more developed today. Karo chess is not just entertainment, but also teaches strategic values, perseverance, cooperation, and critical thinking skills of the players. Even so, the existence of Karo chess is faced with globalization that can reduce public interest, especially the lack of local government encouragement in introducing Karo chess. Therefore, efforts to maintain and popularize it are needed such as organizing tournaments, workshops, and training for the younger generation to promote this game to the public. Thus, the existence of Karo Chess in the Karo Community can be maintained as a valuable cultural heritage, as well as strengthening the cultural identity of the Karo tribe in this modern era

Abstract

Rakut sitelu is a kinship system used by the Karo people. The Rakut Sitelu consists of Kalimbubu, Mondaya, and Anak Beru. This relationship has five basic clans as ties and a foundation consisting of Karo-karo, Ginting, Tarigan, Sembiring, and Perjuangann-angin. The background of this research is the Rakut sitelu culture in Sukanalu Village, where as time goes by, more and more foreign cultures (outside the Karo culture) are present and assimilate in the region. The research used four stages in the historical method, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. At the heuristic stage, interviews were conducted with traditional activists as well as the head of the village of Sukanalu, and some literature as a reference source. The results of the study show that in the village of Sukanalu Rakut Sitelu is still implemented and forms a single kinship, namely for immigrant communities who are not ethnic Karo because of the inclusion of various ethnicities in Sukanalu Village. It is the responsibility of traditional leaders, village leaders and also the community to continue to introduce every Karo culture and tradition to young people so that it does not disappear over time.

Abstract

Trites is a typical Karo food made from grass in the stomach of a cow or buffalo that has not been processed or digested completely. Talking about ethnicity cannot be tied to all its multiculturalism, including one that includes food that is part of the local culture. Especially in traditional traditions or celebrations, weddings in the Karo tribe are often served with food which is also a local culture that is inherent in it, such as Trites, Kidu-kidu, and Cimpa. This study aims to get to know Trites in the erdemu bayu tradition. The Karo tribe itself is our priority for research because this tribe has traditional knowledge about food technology which is very unique and almost not found in other tribes in North Sumatra. This research and writing discusses the history of traditional food traditions in Tanah Karo and this research also aims to determine the context of food use in traditional festivals in Tanah Karo. The research method used is history, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation and historiography. The results of the study show that this trites traditional food has its own uniqueness starting from the process of making it and its taste regarding how the trites are processed and the form of serving the trites from oral interviews with informants

Abstract

Pada masyarakat Karo mengenal sistem penanggalan yang melekat pada kehidupan sehingga menjadi tradisi bagi penduduk di Dataran Tinggi Karo. Sistem penanggalan tersebut didasarkan terhadap perhitungan penentuan sistem hari yang dikelompok berdasarkan penilaian hari baik maupun buruk yang kemudian dimanfaatkan dalam melakukan sesuatu hal yang telah direncakan. Sistem nama hari dalam Bahasa Karo berbeda-beda, dan dalam Bahasa Karo sistem penanggalan ini disebut dengan nama penitik wari. Penggunaan penanggalan ini mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan keperluan pada masyarakat. Tetapi sekarang ini sangat sulit sekali menemukan Masyarakat Karo masih menggunakan sistem penitik wari dalam kehidupannya, khususnya pada Masyarakat Desa Sukambayak yang menjadi objek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang terdiri atas heuristik, verifikasi yang berupa kritik ekstern maupun intern untuk menemukan fakta-fakta sejarah yang kemudian di interpretasikan, lalu disusun ke dalam historiografi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perkembangan zaman dan pengaruh agama yang menyebabkan memudarnya tradisi Penitik Wari pada Masyarakat Desa Sukambayak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of workload and achievement motivation in encouraging increased work productivity, either directly or through the mediation of job satisfaction. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data obtained through questionnaires distributed to 80 tellers and CS of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Offices: Brawijaya Branch and Malang Branch. Empirical evidence shows that workload is not able to strongly influence work productivity, but workload has a strong effect on job satisfaction. Meanwhile, achievement motivation was able to encourage increased job satisfaction and work productivity. The mediation role of job satisfaction is also able to strongly mediate, both the effect of workload on work productivity, as well as the effect of achievement motivation on work productivity Tellers and CS PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Offices: Brawijaya Branch and Malang Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Work Overload and the Work Environment on Work Stress and Work Productivity, either directly or through the mediation of Work Stress. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 64 employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Brawijaya Malang Branch Office. Determination of the sample follows the Slovin formula, then the sample is proportional. Empirical evidence shows that both Work Overload and the Work Environment can strongly influence Work Stress and Work Productivity. Likewise, the mediation role of Work Stress is also strong, both for the influence of Work Overload on Work Productivity, as well as for the influence of the Work Environment on Work Productivity of employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Brawijaya Malang Branch Office

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence about the ability of perceived organizational support and self-efficacy in encouraging an increase in organizational citizenship behavior, either directly or through the mediation of organizational commitment. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 86 municipal police officers in Pasuruan City. Empirical findings show that perceived organizational support is not capable of driving an increase in OCB, but is capable of organizational commitment. Likewise, self-efficacy is able to encourage an increase in OCB, but it is not able to increase organizational commitment. The mediating role of organizational commitment is quite strong in the effect of perceived organizational support on OCB, but is unable to play a strong role in the effect of self-efficacy on OCB.
