<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemecahan masalah siswa pada pembelajaran matemtika materi bilangan bulat kelas IV SD N 1 Sidigede. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD N 1 Sidigede. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh desikripsi kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa belum dapat mengungkapkan ide secara lisan maupun tulisan. Kemampuan penalaran siswa juga belum berkembang karena fokus pada masalah rutin dengan satu jawaban yang benar atau langkah penyelesaian yang jelas. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah tidak dapat dicapai dengan cepat, melainkan melalui latihan berkelanjutan yang tidak hanya menghafal rumus dan mengerjakan soal rutin.]]>

<![CDATA[This study examines the legend of Putri Hijau in Seberaya Village, Tiga Panah District, Karo Regency and its role in local history writing. This study aims to find out the version of the Seberaya Village version of the Putri Hijau legend and the relics found in Seberaya Village. This article contains a novelty in it because it has a different perspective on Putri Hijau compared to previous writings, using the point of view of the karo community in Seberaya Village. This study uses the historical method which has 4 stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The type of research used is qualitative research by making in-depth observations. The formulation of the problems in this study are: (1) what is the connection between the legend of Putri Hijau and the local history of Seberaya Village?, (2) what are the legacies of the legend of Putri Hijau found in Seberaya Village?. It can be seen from the results of this research that Putri Hijau was born and grew up in Seberaya Village, she grew into a very beautiful girl. It is believed that Putri Hijau is still in Seberaya Village and will continue to protect the village from evil disturbances and disasters. <![CDATA[Di Kecamatan Tigapanah Kabupaten Karo, Desa Seberaya, berdiri sebuah landmark bersejarah bernama Benteng Putri Hijau. Penelitian arkeologi mengungkapkan bahwa situs Putri Hijau merupakan peninggalan Kerajaan Aru yang sebelumnya memerintah Sumatera Timur dan merupakan cikal bakal Kerajaan Deli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah yang bersifat deskriptif. Diceritakan bahwa Putri Hijau adalah seorang putri yang lahir di sebuah gua di lingkungan Seberaya, Kecamatan Tigapanah, Kabupaten Karo, menurut temuan penelitian ini. Putri Hijau yang ada di desa Seberaya sebagai bukti sejarah yang diyakini masyarakat yang mengandung nilai sejarah. Nilai tersebut sangat berhubungan dengan kehidupan masyarakat Seberaya. Adapun peninggalan dari situs Putri Hijau adalah 1) makam Putri Hijau, 2) Pancur Gading, 3) pemandian Putri Hijau, dan 4) gua Putri Hijau. Situs ini sudah jarang dikunjungi oleh wisatawan karena situs tersebut kurang terawat, hal ini disebabkan kurang adanya dukungan dari pemerintah. Sejauh ini yang dapat dilihat dari pelestarian situs Putri Hijau hanya pada pembuatan jalan dan pembersihan sederhana yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat setempat.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of competence and workload in encouraging the performance of PAUD teachers, either directly or through compensation mediation. This type of research is quantitative with the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data were obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 62 PAUD teachers in Bululawang District, Malang Regency. Empirical evidence shows that both competency and workload are capable of strongly driving increased PAUD teacher compensation and performance. <![CDATA[Migrant employees are individuals who work outside their residential areas. Migrant employees not only have to fulfill their tasks and responsibilities as employees but also need to be able to face various challenges as migrants, such as building social relationships in a new environment to gain social support that can suppress feelings of loneliness. This study is a quantitative research aimed at determining the influence of social support on loneliness in migrant employees. The respondents consisted of 81 migrant employees at PT. X who had been working for less than one year. The respondents was selected using purposive sampling technique. Loneliness was measured using a questionnaire based on the theory of Perlman and Peplau, which was modified and adapted from the scale developed by Wanda. Social support was measured using a questionnaire based on the theory of Sarafino and Smith, which was modified and adapted from the scale developed by Ariani. The loneliness scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.887, and the social support scale has a reliability coefficient of 0.876. Based on the data processed using SPSS 25, the coefficient value t = -7.175 and sig (p) = 0.000 (p<0.01), which means that there is a negative influence of social support on loneliness among migrant employees]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the ability of perceived supervisor support and job insecurity to reduce turnover intention, either directly or through employee engagement mediation. This type of research is quantitative using the SEM-SmartPLS method. Data was obtained through questionnaires which were distributed to 71 contractor/TKJP employees PT PHM's Senipah field (Pertamina Hulu Mahakam). The results obtained indicate the ability of perceived supervisor support to reduce turnover intention, but this is not the case with job insecurity, which is unable to strongly influence turnover intention. Both perceived supervisor support and job insecurity can affect employee engagement. Employee engagement is not able to mediate strongly the effect of perceived supervisor support on turnover intention. However, employee engagement is able to mediate strongly the effect of job insecurity on the turnover intention of contractor/TKJP employees in the PT PHM Senipah field (Pertamina Hulu Mahakam)]]>

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pentingnya percepatan penegakan hukum tindak pidana perjudian online pada Polresta Surakarta dan Untuk mengetahui penegakan tindak pidana perjudian online pada Polresta Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah Pentingnya percepatan penegakan hukum tindak pidana perjudian online pada Polresta Surakarta yaitu akan untuk menurunkan tingkat faktor penyebab terjadinya kejahatan perjudian online di wilayah Kota Surakarta, penyebab perjudian online antara lain, yakni faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal terdiri dari faktor rendahnya sumber daya manusia dan faktor kebiasaan. Faktor eksternal terdiri dari faktor ekonomi dan faktor kesadaran hukum. <![CDATA[Dewasa ini terjadi beberapa kasus perkawinan beda agama/ kepercayaan yang dilaksanakan hanya dengan mengajukan permohonan perkawinan di Pengadilan Negeri setempat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui akibat hukum penetapan permohonan perkawinan beda agama yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta dalam Penetapan Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta Nomor 111/Pdt.P/2011/PN.Ska. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian Hukum Normatif, dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian hukum normative digunakan untuk melihat pertimbangan hakim dalam penetapan perkawinan beda agama serta kekuatan hukum penetapan permohonan perkawinan beda agama yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta. Pendekatan masalah berupa pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa data Sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier. Data tersebut diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: akibat hukum terhadap penetapan yang dikabulkan oleh Pengadilan Negeri Surakarta dalam Penetapan Nomor: 111/Pdt.P/2011/PN.Ska maka tidak ada persoalan karena secara hukum boleh melakukan perkawinan beda agama. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to analyze the financial performance of the local government of Klaten Regency by using an analysis of effectiveness ratios, efficiency ratios, independence ratios, compatibility ratios, and growth ratios. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the Realization Report of the Klaten Regency Regional Revenue Budget from 2017 to 2021 which was obtained using documentation techniques. The method used in the data is financial ratio analysis. The results of this study indicate that the financial performance of the Klaten Regency government is still not optimal, even though the management of Local Own Revenue (PAD) is very effective and efficient. On the other hand, the level of regional financial independence is also still low, this can be proven from the amount of assistance from the central government compared to the regional original income of Klaten Regency. In addition, the use of funds is still not balanced because most of the funds are used for operating expenditures rather than capital expenditures]]>

<![CDATA[Critical thinking skills are needed and influential in the teaching and learning process, because they are one of the factors that can influence the success of activities and student learning outcomes in the classroom. However, based on the facts that occur in the field, critical thinking skills and student activity are still low which results in low student learning outcomes. Based on these problems, the Gema combination model is used in this study as one of the best solution or treatments. This research was conducted to describe and analyze students' critical thinking activities in the learning process. The research was conducted using Classroom Action Research (CAR), with research subjects in class IVA at SDN Kelayan Selatan 10 Banjarmasin. The data obtained in this study are qualitative data taken from student activities, and quantitative data taken through measurement techniques with written tests. The results of the study showed an increase in each meeting in the aspects of students' critical thinking skills who were in the criteria of being skilled and highly skilled achieving results of 89% of the total number of students. So it can be concluded that the activity of students' critical thinking skills at each meeting increases and the hypothesis can be accepted and the research can be said to be successful. It is hoped that this research can be used as a solution and material for consideration by teachers in using learning models to improve critical thinking skills and student activities which also affect the increase in student achievement]]>
