Abstract

This study aims to enhance coastal community involvement in marine surveillance to prevent such practices, focusing on issue identification, analysis, and strategy development for sustainable maritime security. Through a qualitative approach and literature review, the research examines community participation in marine resource surveillance, identifies challenges and opportunities, and suggests ways to optimize coastal community surveillance. Findings emphasize the importance of community-based surveillance in combating destructive fishing. A participatory framework that integrates communities into surveillance, decision-making, and implementation of sustainable marine management marks a shift from top-down to inclusive bottom-up models, recognizing local knowledge as vital. The study concludes that optimizing community-based coastal surveillance is crucial for addressing destructive fishing and supporting sustainable maritime security in Indonesia, recommending further research to explore its implementation across various regions and socio-economic conditions.

Abstract

Betutu is a typical Balinese food that is known to have a delicious taste because it uses various kinds of spices or base genes. Drying instant betutu seasoning using the foam-mat drying method requires foaming agents and fillers. One of the foaming and filler ingredients is egg white and maltodextrin. This research aims to determine the concentration of egg white and maltodextrin on the best chemical, microbiological, and organoleptic characteristics of instant betutu seasoning. The best research results were obtained in the treatment with a concentration of 15% egg white and 5% maltodextrin with a water content of 5.24%, ash content of 6.22%, protein content of 0.23%, acidity degree (pH) of 5.45, and total microbes of 9, 7 x 102 CFU/g. Subjective observations (color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall acceptability): 5.15–5.55, with the criteria somewhat like it.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's transformational leadership, work discipline, through work motivation on teacher performance. The research is quantitative with an ex post-facto research design conducted at private junior high schools in Banjarmasin City. The research population was 112 using a questionnaire. The research results show that there is a direct influence of the principal's transformational leadership on teacher performance of 0.411; the principal's transformational leadership on teacher work motivation is 0.51; work discipline on performance is 0.561; work discipline on work motivation is 0.442; work motivation on teacher performance is 0.275. Indirect influence of the principal's transformational leadership through work motivation on performance is 0.308; work discipline through work motivation on performance is 0.417.

Abstract

Taxes as the main source of state income are very important in the Indonesian economy. Income Income Tax Article 22 is the example of the reponsibilities that mandatory complied with by a business entity or government agency. The objective is to examine the procedures for calculating, deduction, recording and reporting Article 22 Income Tax in relation to goods procurement activities conducted by the Minahasa Regency Trade Service. In examining this research, descriptive qualitative methodologies were employed. The research results indicate that there are 2 out of 9 transactions from goods procurement activities that are subject to Income Tax Article 22 which still experience errors in the calculation, deduction and recording processes, so they are not adhere to the provisions in Minister of Finance Regulation Number 59/PMK.03/2022.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between the population of Kotamobagu City, gross regional output, human development index and community welfare on the degree of poverty in question. This research uses second order data, namely time series from Kotamobagu City and the Central Statistics Agency of North Sulawesi Province. Data collection was carried out using multiple line regression analysis techniques using Eviews 12 software. The conclusion of a study shows that the population size of the poverty rate is small but has a positive impact on Kotamobagu City. There is a negative correlation between the poverty level of Kotamobagu City and the human development index. Kotamobagu City's gross regional product has an important and detrimental impact on the amount of poverty in the city. Social spending in Kotamobagu City influences poverty levels both positively and negatively.

Abstract

This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe the role of the principal in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through the Management of Senior High Schools at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya, 2) To explain the Impact of the Principal's Role in designing, organizing, implementing, supervising and evaluating to maintain the Existence of Education through School Management at SMA Negeri 13 Surabaya. The research instrument consists of two instruments, namely the key instrument and the supporting instrument. Abstract

The influence of cooperation and work discipline on the productivity of MS Butik Karawang employees is the subject of this research. Finding out how successful staff performance is is the reason for conducting this research. The descriptive methodology of this research focuses on the influence of cooperation and work discipline on productivity in the workplace. Information collected from MS Butik Karawang staff members was used. Questionnaires were given to staff and interviews were conducted with MS Boutique shop owners to collect data. Using SPSS 22, researchers carried out validity and reliability tests, as well as t tests and f tests on the data used in the research. Research findings reveal that the operational performance of MS Butik Karawang store personnel is significantly influenced by work discipline and cooperation.

Abstract

The presence of social media has a big influence on the general public, including students, to make it easier to carry out the learning process because they can get various information and data related to learning material, communication with fellow friends, for entertainment, and various other important information. The purpose of this research is to explain the role of Christian educators in making good use of social media for students so that social media can be used for greater interaction because of the ease of facilities in disseminating good information. The research method used is qualitative research with a library research approach. The results of this research are that if Christian educators care more about students in providing a correct understanding of the use of social media, then social media will be of great benefit in the learning process held both at school and doing assignments at home.

Abstract

Research entitled Analysis of BUMDesa Business Development through Business Model Canvas: (Case Study of BUMDesa Trasne, Muncan Village, Kopang District, Central Lombok) with the aim of analyzing the obstacles faced by BUMDesa Trasne and providing solutions to resolve the obstacles faced by BUMDesa Trasne with the Business Model Canvas concept. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques in this research are through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the main obstacles faced are a lack of human resource skills and expertise, inappropriate management decisions, lack of sincerity from management, simple financial reports, government interference, and lack of community support.

Abstract

In this era of science and technology, business in the service sector is increasing rapidly. Many companies operate in any service sector. One of them in particular is transportation services. With the various facilities provided by the company, it has an impression on users or consumers. Price, service quality and trust can increase hope or what is meant by loyalty for consumers of the company's services. To determine the influence of price, service quality and consumer trust on customer loyalty in the Lamongan car rental industry. Quantitative methodology was used in this writing, which collected data from a sample of 101 respondents through distributing questionnaires as part of the survey. SPSS version 25 is the software used for analysis. In accordance with the findings of this paper, Consumer Loyalty (Y) is significantly and positively influenced by the variables Price (X1), Service Quality (X2), and Trust (X3).
