Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the effect of fertilizer application on the growth of peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea) using compost from paitan weed (Tithonia diversifolia) combined with buffalo kohe and to analyze the concentration of compost from paitan weed (Tithonia diversifolia) combined with buffalo kohe. offers peanut plants (Arachis hypogaea) the best interaction for growth. This research used a single factor Complete Randomized Block Design (RAKL). The concentration of compost fertilizer is the determining factor for paitan (Tithonia diversifolia) combined with buffalo kohe with three replications per experimental unit, with P_0 = 0 kg/m^2 (control), P_1 = 1 kg/m^2, P_2 = 1, 5 kg/m^2, P_3 = 2 kg/m^2, P_4 = 2, 5kg/m^2, and P_5 = 3kg/m^2.

Abstract

The development of information technology has caused substantial transformation in various areas of human life. This study aims to investigate the consequences of three main factors, namely perceptions of ease of use, usefulness, and security, on interest in adopting Q-RIS as a payment method. Data was collected through a survey by distributing questionnaires to generation Z aged 17-27 years in 2024 who have used digital wallets with QRIS as a non-cash transaction tool. The number of respondents collected was 107 people, in accordance with the formula of Hair et al. (2017). The data was then analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) Statistics method. Findings from the research show that perceptions of ease of use, benefits, and security positively and significantly influence interest in adopting QRIS as a payment method.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze how job satisfaction mediates the influence of person-job fit and job training on employee performance at Grand Inna Kuta Hotel. With a population of 158 employees, saturation sampling was used. Data collected via questionnaires were analyzed using SEM-PLS. Findings reveal: 1) Person-job fit positively but insignificantly influences employee performance, 2) Job training also positively but insignificantly affects employee performance, 3) Person-job fit significantly affects job satisfaction, 4) Job training significantly impacts job satisfaction, 5) Job satisfaction significantly boosts employee performance, 6) Job satisfaction mediates the relationship between person-job fit and employee performance, and 7) It also mediates the connection between job training and employee performance.

Abstract

Users or victims of narcotics abuse, which is also a serious crime, have succeeded in coloring the dynamics of people's lives in the country. Users or victims of narcotics abuse continue to increase every year. However, users or victims of narcotics abuse sometimes receive inappropriate treatment which results in stunting in society. thus prompting the author to research how perpetrators or victims of narcotics abuse should be treated. This research is normative research through literature study which is carried out by reviewing and conducting theoretical studies on secondary data sources such as legal materials related to problem formulation, namely statutory regulations, books, journals and other related readings. The data collected is then compiled, studied, then concluded in order to answer the problem formulation mentioned above.

Abstract

The Russia vs Ukraine conflict has had an impact on global geopolitical stability, such as food, energy, humanitarian, economic, and security crises. The resolution of the conflict requires a strong diplomatic approach to neutralize tensions among Western nations and promote global peace. The objective of this research is to analyze the phases of the conflict, conflict resolution, and Indonesia's diplomatic resilience in resolving the Russia vs Ukraine conflict through first-track diplomacy. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, employing data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification techniques. The research findings show that (1) the current phase of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is at the ceasefire stage which is characterized by the cessation of hostilities while negotiations and dialogue are ongoing, (2) the conflict resolution required by Russia and Ukraine includes cultural and structural peace building.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sea defense strategy used in the Iceberg operation to strengthen the defense aspect of the country. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that (1) the naval blockade was an effective strategy in winning the battle on Okinawa Island, (2) the establishment of a sea defense line in operation Iceberg supported the protection of the Allied fleet towards the Ryukyu Islands from attacks by Japanese submarines and enemy warplanes, (3) Marine aircraft were used in operation iceberg to counter the threat of floating glaciers and to monitor the movement of those glaciers,  (4) Cooperation between the Allied fleets of the United States, Great Britain, and Australia in Operation Iceberg was critical to the successful invasion and protecting forces from attacks by the Japanese naval fleet, and (5) Allied forces conducted naval intelligence monitoring around Okinawa Island to monitor the Japanese naval fleet using aerial reconnaissance, radar monitoring, and submarine reconnaissance.

Abstract

Introduction: There are many advantages to dentistry when combined with internet and telecommunications technology. Teledentistry facilitates communication between patients and various healthcare providers. The goal is to find out how knowledgeable and how the dentistry faculty lecturers feel about teledentistry. Materials and Procedures: Making use of a self-administered structured questionnaire, descriptive Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) University's faculty of dentistry conducted a cross-sectional study with 11 items. Findings: A total of sixty people answered the survey. According to the results of the current study, there are 45 lecturers (75%) who have good knowledge of teledentistry, 12 lecturers (20%) who have fair knowledge, and 3 lecturers (5%), who have poor knowledge. In conclusion, the majority of the lecturers at the Prof. Dr. Moestopo (Beragama) University Dentistry Faculty were well-versed in teledentistry.

Abstract

This research explores Indonesia's diplomatic strategy in maintaining policy stability amidst the dynamics of the global situation, focusing on the RussiaUkraine conflict and its impact on the national economy. In the context of the free and active principle, Indonesia plays a crucial role as a mediator and stability maintainer, reflecting its commitment to neutrality and prudent foreign policy. The diplomatic challenges faced by Indonesia, especially pressure from Western countries, are explained as complex dynamics that require a careful approach. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature documentation study, covering theories of diplomacy, policy stability, international relations, development, and the global economy. The conclusion states that Indonesian diplomacy has a strategic role in maintaining policy stability and contributes directly to the achievement of the Golden Indonesia 2045 vision.

Abstract

The process of radicalization and acts of terrorism is a complex phenomenon that affects global security. This article presents an analysis of the role of intelligence in addressing radicalization processes and acts of terrorism, particularly in the context of the Bali bombings. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of literature studies. The results showed the importance of the role of intelligence in tackling radicalization and acts of terrorism. With effective intelligence work, the risk of terrorism can be reduced and public security can be maintained. Analysis of the Bali bombing case also shows the complexity of the radicalization process and the need for timely and accurate preventive measures.

Abstract

This research began with the researcher's relationship regarding the role of smart cars on the literacy of students in Karimun Besar. This qualitative research using the case study method aims to analyze students regarding smart cars. Researchers use the theory of structural functionalism by Talcot Parrson to analyze the function of smart cars in increasing literacy in the current era. The results of this research show that the presence of smart cars makes students broaden their knowledge. The role of smart cars is to increase literacy. The use of increasing children's interest in reading can be seen after the arrival of the Karimun Regional Archives and Library Office smart car arrived at the school. The library aims to make users interested, so that interest increases in visitors. The efforts made by the Karimun district library and archives service include having a mobile library service to schools in Karimun.
