Abstract

Transportation concerns the movement of people and goods. Currently, the functions and types of transportation are developing according to existing needs and conditions. The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence feeder transportation on mode choice between BMA trans and rental cars in the city of Parepare to Sultan Hasanuddin airport. The results of the regression analysis are used to express probability using the binary logit regression modeling method. The mode selection model (feeder) was processed using STATA 16 software. Based on the factors that influence transportation users in choosing the mode to get to Sultan Hasanuddin Airport, the main factor for respondents who chose BMA Trans was based on the comfort factor of 48%. Meanwhile, the main factor for respondents in choosing a rental car mode in the city of Parepare to get to the airport is based on the travel time factor of 40%. and from the results of the modeling comparison between BMA Trans and rental cars, the probability increase for BMA Trans is greater in terms of cost, safety and comfort. while a rental car increases the probability in terms of travel time.

Abstract

Gambir sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Central Jakarta. Central Jakarta is also a big and busy city in Indonesia. The construction of an 8-storey type 45 flat in Pejambon, Central Jakarta was carried out because many soldiers of the Indonesian National Army served in Jakarta, so they needed a flat. The first step in the construction of type 45 8-storey flats is to conduct soil investigations with the help of sondir test equipment, from the soil chart, a soft soil type is obtained. The sondir results with a depth of 6.6 m obtained hard soil with a qc value> 250 kg f / cm2. This type 45 8-storey flat is carried out a soil investigation so that the parameters to be analyzed are the bearing capacity of the soil and the foundation settlement, the decrease in the Single pole is 0.004 and the allowable is 0.04 which is the value of the decrease in the Single pole is smaller than the allowable value, so that the foundation plan can be carried out according to the purpose of the building. The foundation must be installed first before other elements are formed.

Abstract

Landslides on slopes are the second most frequent natural disaster after floods which cause many losses if they occur. Therefore, it is necessary to predict slope failure to prevent it. One of them is the slope in Trunyan village, Bangli sub-district, Bali. In predicting slope vulnerability in this area, the Linear Discriminant Analysis method was used from 40 slope points using 2 variables, which is the existing condition of the slope and the slope of the slope, only 40.7 percent of the total variables that influence the slope with the results of the analysis there were 28 slope points from the 40 slope points. There are indications of landslides or 70 percent, the relatively small Wilks Lambda is 0.593 and the significance is less than 0.01, making the results of this research suitable for use. This analysis shows that existing strengthening and slope slope have a significant influence on slope stability and can be used as indicators in evaluating the risk of slope collapse.

Abstract

BIM hadir sebagai bukti perkembangan teknologi digital yang telah mempengaruhi dan memberikan manfaat di lingkup pekerjaan konstruksi, mulai dari perencanaan proyek, penjadwalan proyek, pengelolaan proyek, manajemen bangunan dan lain – lainnya.  Dalam menghitung anggaran biaya proyek harus dilakukan se-efisien mungkin untuk menghindari terjadinya pembengkakan biaya pembangunan. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini menggunakan konsep Building Information Modelling (BIM) 5D yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis selisih volume dan estimasi biaya antara metode BIM dengan perhitungan konsultan pada pekerjaan struktur Graha Sucofindo Balikpapan. Dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan konsep BIM 5D didapatkan selisih biaya pekerjaan pembesian sebesar Rp. Rp. 123.946.941,75 dengan persentase selisih sebesar 7,34% dan untuk selisih biaya pekerjaan pembetonan sebesar Rp. 234.507.945,47 dengan presentase selisih sebesar 30,32 %. Hasil dari perhitungan ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan konsep BIM 5D pada pekerjaan pembesian dan pembetonan dapat menghemat total biaya sebesar Rp 312.943.542,70 dengan persentase mencapai 12,71%. Hal ini berarti bahwa perhitungan biaya dengan konsep BIM 5D lebih rendah dibandingkan dari perhitungan biaya yang dihasilkan oleh konsultan. Hasil ini juga menunjukan bahwa implementasi BIM 5D di Autodesk Revit lebih efisien dalam perhitungan volume dan estimasi biaya.

Abstract

Adaptive Reuse, sebagai strategi pengembangan kawasan perkotaan, semakin menjadi perhatian dalam menghadapi tantangan revitalisasi pusat perbelanjaan yang terbengkalai. Penelitian ini menggambarkan penerapan Adaptive Reuse pada Annarto Mall di Kecamatan Tarogong Kidul, Kota Garut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan dan dampak dari strategi Adaptive Reuse dalam menghidupkan kembali Annarto Mall. Metode penelitian melibatkan survei lapangan dan analisis data deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Adaptive Reuse pada Annarto Mall berhasil menghasilkan revitalisasi yang signifikan. Berbagai aspek seperti penggunaan ruang dan fungsi bangunan telah diubah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan baru dan meningkatkan daya tarik komersial. Dampak positif terlihat dalam peningkatan kunjungan pelanggan, pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, dan perubahan positif dalam persepsi masyarakat terhadap pusat perbelanjaan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktis dan teoritis mengenai penerapan Adaptive Reuse dalam konteks pusat perbelanjaan terbengkalai. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai panduan bagi pengembang, pemerintah daerah, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam menghadapi tantangan revitalisasi pusat perbelanjaan yang serupa. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini mendukung pentingnya Adaptive Reuse sebagai strategi berkelanjutan dalam mengatasi perubahan kebutuhan pasar dan menjaga keberlanjutan lingkungan perkotaan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and analyze the application of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. Eco-Green is a design and construction approach that aims to reduce the environmental impact of buildings, by paying attention to energy efficiency, the use of environmentally friendly materials and waste management. Garut Regency as a research location was chosen because of the need to develop sustainable infrastructure. This research method includes field surveys, documentation analysis, and interviews with relevant stakeholders. The data obtained was used to evaluate the implementation of the Eco-Green concept in sports facilities buildings in Garut Regency. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a comprehensive view of the successes and challenges in implementing Eco-Green principles in the context of sports infrastructure development in this region. This research contributes to the practical understanding of the implementation of Eco-Green in sports facilities and identifies critical factors that influence the successful implementation of this concept. The implications of the results of this research can be a basis for decision makers in the field of infrastructure planning and development, especially in the context of sustainable development. Apart from that, this research can also be a reference for further research on the development of the Eco-Green concept in the building and infrastructure construction sector in other areas.

Abstract

Dalam sebuah proyek konstruksi, penting untuk melakukan pengendalian terhadap waktu, kualitas, dan biaya agar hasil pekerjaan sesuai dengan rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil analisis dan peristiwa kritis dari penerapan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) dalam penjadwalan waktu pada proyek pembangunan Gedung Chandra Tanjung Karang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pekerjaan proyek Pembangunan Gedung Chandra Tanjung Karang telah sesuai dengan menggunakan metode CPM, waktu penyelesaian proyek dapat ditentukan dalam periode 24 minggu. Abstract

This three-arm roundabout in a densely populated and traffic-rich area serves as a connecting provincial road that often experiences congestion. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the roundabout under existing conditions and projections for the next 10 years. The method used is quantitative through a three-week field survey on Sundays and Mondays at 07.00–17.00 WIB. The analysis refers to the 2023 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) to determine capacity, degree of saturation, delays, and queue opportunities. The results show that the current level of service is in category B with an average delay of 8 seconds/smp and a queue opportunity of 39–78%. In the 10-year projection, there has been a decrease in the level of service to category C with an average delay of 10 seconds/smp and a queue opportunity increasing to 97%. These results indicate that the roundabout will experience a decline in performance in the future, so it is necessary to consider geometric modifications or better traffic management to maintain smooth vehicle flow.

Abstract

The construction industry continues to evolve with increasing demands for materials that possess high mechanical performance and are environmentally friendly. Fly ash and fiberglass are two materials with the potential to improve the quality of mortar used in concrete blocks. This study aims to analyze the optimization of compressive strength in concrete blocks through the use of fly ash as a cement substitute and the effect of fiberglass in mortar on compressive strength and water absorption. Fly ash is used as a partial cement replacement to reduce the environmental impact of the cement industry, while fiberglass is added as a reinforcement material to enhance the mechanical properties of the mortar. The method employed is a laboratory experiment, with variations in fly ash composition of 0%, 20%, and 30%, and fiberglass at 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15%. Tests were conducted to evaluate compressive strength and water absorption at 28 and 56 days. The results showed that the addition of fly ash and fiberglass significantly increased the compressive strength of the mortar. At 28 days, compressive strength increased by up to 22.5% with a composition of 30% fly ash and 10% fiberglass compared to mortar without any additives. At 56 days, the increase in compressive strength reached 27.8% with the same composition. Additionally, water absorption decreased by 18.4% with a mixture of 30% fly ash and 15% fiberglass, indicating that the combination of these two materials can reduce mortar porosity. This study contributes to the development of environmentally friendly materials in the construction industry that can reduce reliance on conventional cement and improve material efficiency. By utilizing fly ash, a by-product of coal combustion, and fiberglass as a reinforcing material, the findings support sustainable development in the production of stronger, more durable concrete blocks with a lower environmental impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to assess the level of work accident risk that exists and determine the possibility of failure in operational railroad maintenance work as well as evaluate the way railroad maintenance officers work by creating a risk control plan. The HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method was chosen because it provides a systematic approach to identifying hazards, assessing risks and controlling potential hazards in the work environment. The research covers five potential dangers that could endanger the safety of officers when carrying out rail maintenance work, including the risk of respiratory problems, peeling of hands, eyes exposed to welding fire, sprained feet and hands and eye irritation and recommendations for mitigation of these five risks include: using innovative rocking ballast machine tools, using cotton gloves or rubber gloves, using dust goggles, using safety masks, using safety helmets and safety shoes.
