Abstract

Membuktikan dampak Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Return On Asset, dan Free Cash Flow terhadap Kebijakan Dividen merupakan tujuan analisis ini diteliti. Sampel dari penelitian ini memakai entitas bisnis sektor financials di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2019-2022 yang mencakup seluruh kriteria. Metode yang dipakai ialah metode purposive sampling. Metode pengujian data memakai analisis regresi linier multipel. Dari reaksi uji data yang dilakukan, memperlihatkan bahwa pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ROA memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Akan tetapi leverage serta free cash flow tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen Kata Kunci: kebijakan dividen, leverage, pertumbuhan perusahaan, return on asset, free cash flow.

Abstract

Organizational culture is a system of values, norms and beliefs held by a group of people in an organization that differentiates it from other organizations. This definition can also be seen as a pattern of basic assumptions discovered or developed by a group of people as they interact with each other. Organizational culture can also be interpreted as the characteristics or guidelines implemented by each member of an organization or company. Micro, Small, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) are independent productive business units, carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors which greatly assist the process of recovery or improvement of the Indonesian economy. Therefore, play a very important role in the rate of economic growth in Indonesia. The title of this research is "Organizational Culture Analysis of Employee Performance in the Umkm Scope of Tamansari Region, Tasikmalaya City".

Abstract

This research aims to determine and test the influence of several financial ratios, namely liquidity, leverage, sales growth and debt maturity on financial performance. This type of research is quantitative research that uses secondary data sourced from the website www.idx.co.id. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2018-2022. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method and a total sample of 44 companies was obtained. The analysis method in this research uses a multiple linear regression test with the research results showing that the current ratio and sales growth have a significant effect in a positive direction on financial performance, while leverage and debt maturity have a significant effect in a negative direction on financial performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Zao Martial Art yang merupakan salah satu usaha industri konveksi yang bergerak dalam memproduksi seragam dan perlengkapan alat-alat taekwondo yang terletak di Jl. Raya Manyaran-Gunungpati, Cepoko, Kec.Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas setiap bulannya menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan untuk pencatatannya masih menggunakan tulis tangan pada selembar kertas. Belum adanya sistem informasi berbasis dekstop yang dapat memudahkan bagian pencatatan dan perhitungan penerimaan serta pengeluaran kas pada Zao Martial Art. Sistem informasi berbasis dekstop ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengelola pencatatan data serta perhitungan penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian dilakukan dengan beberapa opsi, diantaranya wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan Microsoft Visual Studio 2013, Xampp, MySql. Perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unifed Modeling Language) dengan metode R&D (Research and Development) sebagai metode pengembangannya.

Abstract

North Kalimantan Province as one of the regions is required to prioritize capital expenditure to support community economic activities. The Budget Realization Report (LRA) as a form of government accountability in managing finances shows priorities on government operational expenditures. The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of the Regional Government of North Kalimantan Province for Fiscal Year 2018 – 2022 using 5 data analysis tools consisting of: 1) Regional Financial Independence Ratio, 2) Growth Ratio, 3) Regional Original Revenue Effectiveness Ratio, 4) Regional Financial Efficiency Ratio, and 5) Compatibility Ratio. This research includes quantitative research with a descriptive approach derived from secondary data, namely the North Kalimantan Provincial Government Budget Realization Report 2018 – 2022. Abstract

Human resource management and organizational communication strategies greatly influence organizational performance. This study aims to explore the extent to which human resource strategies and organizational communication can improve organizational performance. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach with literature study as a collection technique from previous research articles and books that are relevant and up to date. The research results illustrate that there is a link between human resource management strategy and organizational communication which significantly influences organizational performance which cannot be ignored. Implementing effective human resource strategies and organizational communication will improve organizational performance so that the organization can be more competitive in the market. Human resources strategy and organizational communication are very crucial tools to ensure the survival and operations of the organization in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration on the risk-return profile of the investment portfolio of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The research employs a quantitative method with a case study approach, utilizing historical data from the period 2017-2021. The data is analyzed to identify the relationship between ESG scores and portfolio returns, as well as portfolio risk. Regression analysis and t-test are employed to test the research hypotheses. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between ESG integration and the investment portfolio's return of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk. The regression coefficient of 0.154 indicates that each one-point increase in the ESG score will result in an average increase of 0.154% in the investment portfolio return.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the variables growth opportunity, leverage, managerial ownership and profitability on earnings management. The population used in this research were industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the research observation period was 2018 to 2022. The sample selection used was a purposive sampling method which was adapted to the objectives of the research problem. The number of samples used in the research was 18 from 56 companies. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26 program tool. The research results show that the growth opportunity and profitability variables have a significant influence on earnings management. Meanwhile, the leverage and managerial ownership variables have no effect on earnings management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, focusing on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) and PT. Bank Mandiri for the period 2020-2022. The method used is financial ratio analysis, including activity ratios, profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios. The analyzed data shows that the financial performance of both banks in terms of activity ratios has not reached an efficient and effective level. However, in terms of profitability ratios, both banks show good performance with the ability to generate above-average profits. On the other hand, the liquidity and solvency ratios of both banks are below average, indicating a lack of ability to meet short-term and long-term obligations. This study uses a purposive sampling approach, based on specific criteria that have been established. The results of the study provide insights regarding the importance of managing financial ratios to improve the financial performance of banking in Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to understand and analyze the determination of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari; the calculation of profit obtained by the company; and the impact of the COGS on profit enhancement at CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari. This study falls under the category of descriptive quantitative research and utilized both primary and secondary data, including initial inventory data, purchasing data, final inventory data, sales data, and profit data for the period of January to December 2021 obtained from the company CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari, which is the subject of this research. The analytical tools used were quantitative descriptive analysis and correlation analysis using SPSS software. The results of the research, through quantitative descriptive analysis, indicated that the COGS determined by CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari effectively increased the company's profit. Furthermore, the correlation analysis revealed a significant influence of the COGS on profit, with a negative correlation direction. Thus, it was concluded that the COGS has a significant impact on profit. This study aims to examine the processes involved in determining the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), computing profits, and the effect of COGS on profit enhancement at CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari. Adopting a descriptive quantitative approach, the study analyzes primary and secondary data ranging from initial and final inventory, purchases, sales, to company profits over the year 2021. Quantitative descriptive and correlation analyses were performed with the aid of SPSS software. Findings from the descriptive analysis confirm that COGS determination at CV. Sinar Abadi Kendari contributes to profit growth. Correlation analysis demonstrates a significant and negative relationship between COGS and profit, affirming the substantial effect of COGS on profit. The study concludes that COGS plays a crucial role in influencing profit margins and proposes that effective management of COGS is essential for enhancing company profitability.
