Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk adalah perubahan jumlah penduduk baik pertambahan maupun penurunannya. Pertumbuhan penduduk di suatu wilayah dipengaruhi oleh besarnya kelahiran (Birth), kematian (Death), perpindahan masuk (In Migration), dan perpindahan keluar (Out Migration). Terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan penduduk yang pertama adalah kelahiran, kematian, dan perpindahan. Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kabupaten Karo terdata mengalami kenaikan dari tahun ke tahun BPS (2017). Dari fakta tersebut dapat dikategorikan adanya pertumbuhan penduduk yang meningkat. Dari fakta yang ada, faktor – faktor yang berpegaruh terhadap pertumbuhan penduduk di kabupaten karo menarik untuk dianalisis. Dari data tersebut ini dapat dimodelkan dengan model stokastik.Pertumbuhan penduduk dan jumlah penduduk dapat dihitung dengan pola angka kelahiran, kematian, dan perpindahan. Proses kelahiran, kematian tersebut merupakan proses poisson. Pertumbuhan penduduk mengakibatkan penurunan pada lahan tempat tinggal, dan lapangan pekerjaan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan model stokastik untuk meramalkan tingkat penduduk di kabupaten Karo, Sumatera Utara.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model stokastik pertumbuhan penduduk menggunakan perhitungan pola kelahiran, kematian dan perpindahan sehingga dapat meramalkan pertumbuhan penduduk dan jumlah penduduk kabupaten karo yang akan datang dengan menggunakan asumsi pembuatan model stokastik pertumbuhan penduduk dan menganalisis data tersebut dengan tren. Data tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan analisis tren dan metode penggabungan.                Hasil peramalan pertumbuhan penduduk kabupaten karo per hari pada tahun 2020 sebanyak  13.6712 dan pada tahun 2021 diramalkan pertumbuhan penduduk per hari sebanyak 13.8356. Sehingga nilai peramalan jumlah penduduk kabupaten karo yang belum dapat diketahui jumlah penduduknya pada tahun 2020 adalah 420.868 penduduk dan pada tahun 2021 adalah 425.918 penduduk.

Abstract

Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using Learning Model Make a Match On PKN Subjects ''. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning after the application of learning model "Learning Make a Match"This research was conducted in Grade 4 of State 040456 Berastagi The lesson year 2016 / 2017. with the number of students and the object of this research is the use of Learning Model Make a Match) on the subject of Globalization. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (Classroom Action Research) .Instrument data collector used in the form of objective test on the subject of Globalization. result of data analysis, obtained increased implementation of observation activities of teachers and students into the category baik. Ketasan results of individual student learning has increased.Silkus I, a number of 15 people who completed with the percentage 68.18% and complete cycle II is 19 people with 86.36% percentage and the average value increases and good category, so the learning outcomes of Make a Match "On the subject of CivicsMain subject of Globalization in Class IV Negeri 040456 Berastagi Year lesson 2016/2017 successful.Based on the results of the study concluded that the implementation of learning is categorized well as well as student learning outcomes increased after using the model Make a Match Learning "On the subject of Civics Globalization in the Class 4th Class State 040456 Berastagi Year 2016/2017.

Abstract

The research objective was to measure the relative efficiency value of Medan city health centers using the DEA model and determine the calculation of input and output targets to increase the efficiency value of the inefficient DMU. The research subjects were patients at the Medan City Health Center. The data collection technique was carried out using BPS secondary data. The discussion in this study shows that inefficient health centers, namely Health Center of Medan Tuntungan, Health Center of Medan Johor , Health Center of Medan Polonia, Health Center of Medan Baru, Health Center of Medan Barat, and inefficient target improvements refer to CRS for non-optimal variables. It can be achieved by increasing the number of nurses, increasing the number of midwives, increasing the number of diarrhea patients, adding number of baby births and carried out through socialization activities regarding the relevant puskesmas facilities The inefficient improvements to the Puskesmas repairs were 0.71966, 0.7946, 0.938, 1.1356 and 0.99659.

Abstract

The general objective of this research is to improve student outcomes through softball learning model by using a modification tool. In addition, this study was conducted to obtain in-depth information about the application of a softball game using the tool modification approach. Design research is action research. Subjects in this study were 32 eighth grade students in junior Mariana Medan. This research was conducted in six sessions of two cycles. Each cycle consisted of three sessions. The first cycle shows that through the actions of the students can motivate themselves. The first cycle of this result is 68.56 or 53 125% and that means finished. In the second cycle as a reflection of the first cycle also shows that action to motivate students. The results of the second cycle is 80 125, or 87.5%, and that means finished. Based on these results it can be concluded that: (1) Softball game using a modified approach to improve student learning outcomes tool, (2) Softball game using a modified approach the tool to motivate students and make students actively participate in the learning process.

Abstract

Character education is carried out with the aim of improving the quality of educational processes and outcomes that lead to the formation of character and morals of students as a whole, integrated and balanced in accordance with the competency standards of graduates in educational units. In addition, character education is also directed at developing moral intelligence (building moral intelligence) or developing the ability to understand right and wrong, namely having strong ethical beliefs and acting on these beliefs so that people behave right and respectfully. Revitalizing education needs to be done by applying a holistic and character-based learning model, revitalizing moral, value, religion and citizenship education, revitalizing family, school and community education, and revitalizing the role of mass media. This research was conducted to determine the contribution of character education in Kelurahan SukaMaju, to know the internilization of character education, and to find out the constraints and efforts that will be made in implementing character education in Kelurahan Like the Forward. Contributing thoughts for Kelurahan Suka Maju in implementing character education, especially the character of the nation. Data collection is collected in this study using measuring tools or research instruments such as: Interviews, questionnaires, and observations.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui evaluasi efektifitas pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning di Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga Universitas Quality Berastagi semenjak merebaknya pandemi corona virus disease 2019 (covid-19) di Indonesia. Sampel penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Olahraga yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan mempertimbangkan homogenitas populasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan metode survey dengan angket dan wawancara yang dilakukan secara online. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-learning pada program pendidikan olahraga efektif dengan kecenderungan sebesar 70,19%. Kegiatan mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran e-learning yaitu mengikuti UTS dan UAS (100%), aktif diskusi dan mengerjakan tugas (80%). Keluhan selama mengikuti pembelajaran e-learning termasuk dalam tidak ada keluhan berarti hanya saja sebagian dari mahasiswa bekerja, tidak memiliki kuota internet dan jaringan yang cenderung tidak stabil.  Sedangkan untuk keluhan psikologis hanya 14% mahasiswa yang bosan/jenuh dikarenakan mengikuti pembelajaran e-learning, akan tetapi 84% tidak ada keluhan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation of learning and improving student learning outcomes. Implementation of the research conducted in two cycles. Subjects in the study of six graders, totaling 28 students.From the results of data analysis, has obtained an increase in teacher activity observation results with the percentage of 67.27% and a percentage increase of 75.55% student activity which is included in both categories. The completeness of student learning outcomes individually on the second cycle increased to 22 students with a percentage of 89.65% and the average value of students also increased from 66.98% to 76.72%. Based on the research results, the obtained improving student learning outcomes after using "Quantum teaching" in the subjects of Mathematics.

Abstract

Teacher learning creativity is often a topic of discussion by various parties, because it is considered to determine the achievement of educational outcomes. The teacher is the spearhead of the ongoing learning activities. Based on the results of observations in March 2021 that have been carried out by researchers at SD Negeri 060800, Medan Area District, it is very clear that teacher creativity still needs to be improved. Judging from the number of existing class teachers, namely 15 classroom teachers, there are only about 13% of classroom teachers who have high creativity and have won the competition for outstanding and creative teachers at the Medan Area District level, while 87% of the number of classroom teachers are still lacking and need to be improved. his creativity. Low teacher learning creativity, among others, is manifested through actions of lack of care, just carrying out tasks, orientation to low achievement, low productivity, less efficient and effective, lack of discipline, boring students and so on.Factors that influence teacher creativity include: internal factors (inheritance and psychological), namely, intelligence which includes verbal ability, fluent thinking, knowledge, problem formulation, strategy formulation, mental representation, decision-making skills and balance and general intellectual integration, and cognitive or intellectual style, which includes slack and convertible attachment, creating one's own rules, doing things one's own way and preferring less structured problems. The dimensions of personality and motivation include traits such as flexibility, drive for achievement and recognition of tenacity in facing obstacles and taking moderate risks. External factors (social and cultural environment), namely, teacher educational background, teacher trainings and teacher organizations, teacher teaching experience, and teacher welfare factors.

This study aims to determine the differences in mathematical communication skills of students taught with realistic mathematical approaches and conventional learning. The results of this study are mathematical communication skills of students who are taught with realistic mathematical approaches higher than the mathematical communication skills of students who are given conventional learning. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of student satisfaction in SMP Cahaya Pengharapan Abadi Class VIII on daring PJOK learning in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era in 2021. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. In this study, questionnaire instruments were used for data collection, and descriptive statistics with percentages were used for data analysis. The population of this study was 28 students of class VIII SMP Cahaya Pengharapan Abadi. The validity is 0.781 and the reliability is 0.925, indicating that the instrument used in this study is valid and reliable. The results showed that the level of satisfaction of students of class VIII SMP Cahaya Pengharapan Abadi towards learning PJOK daring during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the category of "very satisfied" that is 0 students (0%), the category of "satisfied" as many as 3 students (10.71%) , the category of "enough" 18 students (64.29%), the category of "dissatisfied" 5 students (17.86%) and the category of "very dissatisfied" 2 students (7.14%), so that the satisfaction of student participants in SMP Cahaya Pengharapan Abadi is included in the category of sufficient.
