Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the implementation of the placement oftransmigration residents in realizing an independent society in AyumolingoVillage, Pulubala District, Gorontalo Regency and the factors that hinder theimplementation of Transmigration Residents' placement in creating anIndependent Society in Ayumolingo Village, Pulubala District, andGorontalo Regency.Research method used is a qualitative research method with data collectiontechniques including: 1) observation; 2) interview; and 3) documentation.Activities in data analysis, namely: 1) data reduction stage; 2) datapresentation stage; and 3) data verification stage.The results in this study are the implementation of the placement oftransmigration residents from planning has not been maximized because itdoes not include or involve residents around the transmigration area or areaas required and the implementation is not optimal because it still causes socialjealousy of local residents and complaints from transmigration residentsbecause the land is determined/given by the government is not in accordancewith what is in the location of the transmigration area and the supervisionhas not been effective, so that there are transmigration residents whohave been placed away from their homes/settlement locations, so that thegovernment's goal in an effort to achieve business independence and maketransmigration residents feel at home or settle in the location of the transmigrationarea has not can be realized. As for the factors that hinder the implementationof the placement of Transmigration Citizens in AyumolingoVillage, Pulubala District, Gorontalo Regency, namely commitment is stilllow, transparency is still lacking and human resources are still limited, bothimplementing apparatus resources and community resources, thus hamperingthe implementation and implementation placement of transmigrants.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Habibah U. Abuba. NPM. 1320192002. 2021. Analysis of Factors Affecting Purchasing Behavior through E-commerce among Buyers in the East Wongkaditi Village of Gorontalo City. Undergraduate Thesis, Advisor I: Rizal S.E., M.Si., and Advisor II: Ismail Tahir S.Pd., M.Pd. Bachelor of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Bina Mandiri Gorontalo. This research aims to analyze factors that influence people's behavior in making purchases online or through E-commerce in the community of Wongkaditi Village East of Gorontalo City. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach by conducting interviews with 7 people as respondents in the study, with some questions to find out the factors that can influence people's buying behavior online. Data analysis techniques in this study use univariate analysis which is an analysis that is done by analyzing each variable from the research framework. The results showed that people who choose to make purchases online or through E-commerce because it is influenced by the ease and price of goods offered by online sellers that are different from the price of goods purchased directly at the nearest store. Other factors that also affect online buying behavior in the community are the state of the environment around the community and information provided by online sellers that can attract people to make online purchases.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the workload of Doctors in the implementation of health services at Tani and Fishermen Hospital Boalemo regency. This research uses a descriptive type of research with a quantitative approach. The number of samples analyzed was 12 Doctors from 25 Doctors at Boalemo Regency Farmers and Fishermen Hospital with observation collection techniques, interviews, and questionnaires. Besides, the research results were analyzed with Workload Indicator Staffing Needs (WISN) analysis techniques. The results showed that the available working time of doctors in health services at Tani Hospital and Boalemo Regency Fishermen in each poly is different. The highest available working time in the implementation of health services is the Internal Medicine Specialist with 1,981 hours/year and the lowest Doctor of Heart and Blood Vessels with 161 hours/year. With the highest standard workload activities, doctors in 23,772 hours/year for old patients and 11,886 hours/year for new patients. The lowest workload was 1,806 hours/year for old patients and 1,204 hours/year for new patients. Minimum standard of at most 0.27 or 27% for Pediatricians, Internal Medicine Specialists, Surgical Specialists, Obgyn Specialists, Dental Specialists, Neurologists, Skin and Genital Specialists, and ENT Specialists. Then 0.28 or 28% of the standard of relaxation of ophthalmologists and 0.30 or 30% of the standard of the leniency of Heart and Blood Vessel Specialists from the total working time is available to perform additional activities so that the needs of Doctors in health services at Boalemo Regency Farmers and Fishermen Hospital are 1 Doctor in Poly Surgery, Eye, Heart and Blood Vessels and 2 Doctors in Dental Poly.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the management of BOS (School Operational Assistance) funds in fulfilling the operations of private Islamic schools as Sabirin Bubaa, Paguyaman Pantai sub-district, Boalemo regency. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, through the techniques of interview, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Madrasah, Treasurer, and Honorary Teacher. The result of the study shows that: 1) The planning of BOS funds has not gone well, because in the preparation of the RKAM teachers and school committees are not involved. 2) The implementation of BOS funds are following technical guidelines, although every year the BOS fund budget increases/decreases. 3) In the form of reporting BOS funds have not gone well, because the Private Islamic School AsSabirinBubaa is required to use all-digital (EMIS Data) and experience unstable network problems. 4) The accountability of Islamic School BOS funds is evidenced by the preparation of a report, although in making the LPJ there is evidence of the purchase of goods and scattered receipts. And to minimize this problem, the school coordinates with the shop. Keywords: Management, BOS, and Operational.

Abstract

Workload analysis is a method of knowing the workload so that it can be known to employees needed to complete the workload of the task and the time given. The purpose of this study is to find out the workload of civil servants in the Marine and Fisheries Service of Boalemo Regency.This study refers to a quantitative approach that is the action of a researcher to find the results of research using data in the form of numbers.Civil Servants' expense analysis of Boalemo District of Marine and Fisheries Office includes Establishing available working time so that work time is needed, determining workload standards, determining the standard of leniency during the specified time, and calculating HR needs.

Abstract

The aims of this study were (1) to determine the effect of parental knowledge on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency; 2) To determine the effect of the motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency; 3) To determine simultaneously the influence of knowledge and motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method, primary data obtained through a survey of 73 parents of children under five with data collection techniques. Data analysis using computer program Microsoft excel and statistical program. Data analysis includes univariate analysis by looking for frequency distribution, while bivariate analysis uses independent sample t test with sig (2-tailed) < 0.05 The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence between the knowledge of parents of toddlers on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency in 2021, based on the results of statistical tests using quasi-experimental tests, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because it is sig. = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of the knowledge of parents of children under five on posyandu services; 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency in 2021, based on the results of statistical tests using quasi-experiments, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because sig = 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is an influence of the motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services; 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the knowledge and motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services in Iloponu Village, Tibawa District, Gorontalo Regency in 2021, based on the results of statistical tests using an independent sample t test, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because sig = 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is an influence of knowledge and motivation of parents of toddlers on posyandu services.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) The application of an accrual-based agency accounting system as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency; 2) What are the factors that influence the application of the accrual-based agency accounting system (SAIBA) in the preparation of financial reports at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency This study uses research conducted using a qualitative approach while the type of research used in this thesis research is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The application of the accrual-based agency accounting system has been carried out well. Judging from the relevance indicator. the implementation of accrual-based Government Accounting Standards (SAP) at the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency has been based on Government Regulation Number 71 of 2010, and is compiled in full which consists of reports 2) Application of accrual-based agency accounting systems as the implementation of PP 71 of 2010 in the preparation of financial statements in The Office of the Ministry of Religion of Pohuwato Regency includes human resources, socialization.

Abstract

This final report aims to find out the truth of the data on beneficiaries in Lembah Hijau Village so that there is no more partial or double distribution. The method in this final report uses triangulation data collection techniques consisting of observations, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the data in Lembah Hijau Village can be said to be good from previous years because according to the report, there are only a few people who have received double assistance. This is due to the lack of communication between the village government and the existing aid assistants.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out about the Institutional Communication System of the Village Consultative Body in Jatimulya Village. The research method used is the type of research used is descriptive research. While the research approach used is a qualitative approach. The results showed that 1) The cultural communication system at the BPD Institution in Jatimulya Village had not run well because there was still an unfinished emotional connection. 2) The social communication system at the BPD Institution in Jatimulya Village has not gone well, because there are still individual traits such as selfishness in managing institutions. 3) The intra and interpersonal communication system at the BPD Institution in Jatimulya Village is running well, because this will affect both institutional and personal psychology. 4) The organizational communication system at the BPD Institution in Jatimulya Village on the quality of work caused by communication that does not go well other than by looking at the work targets that must be completed not on time.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that influence the resignation of the BUMDes management in Diloato Village every year. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews) and documentation. Data analysis techniques used in qualitative research include data collection, data reduction, analysis and presentation of data and verification or drawing conclusions. The results of the research are (1) boredom with a long working period, accompanied by dissatisfaction with work, an uncomfortable work environment, disharmony between administrators. (2) The level of education is not the main factor in the resignation of the management, but rather the lack of government support to synergize the skills with the education level of the administrators. (3) The very small salary is a factor that causes the resignation of the Diloato Village BUMDes management.
