Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the relationship between product quality, service quality, and social media marketing on purchasing decisions at PT. Multi Prestasi Mas. Novelty – Most previous studies have focused solely on the direct influence of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, without considering the role of social media marketing as a modern marketing platform. In this study, social media marketing is positioned as a strategic tool in promoting and creating interaction with customers. Method – The population in this study consisted of customers of PT. Multi Prestasi Mas. A total of 100 respondents were selected using purposive sampling based on relevant criteria. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 25. Findings – The results indicate that product quality, service quality, and social media marketing have a significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at PT. Multi Prestasi Mas. Limitations and Implications – This study is limited to the skincare and cosmetics manufacturing sector, thus its findings may not be widely generalizable to other service sectors or the manufacturing industry in general. The contribution of this research provides a useful reference for practitioners, especially business actors in the beauty and cosmetics industry, in designing marketing strategies that optimize product quality, service quality, and social media marketing to enhance purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Objective – This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover and cash turnover on the profitability of this business. Novelty – The novelty of this research lies in the sewing sector MSMEs with monthly data coverage for one full year, which has not been widely discussed by previous studies. In addition, the combination of working capital turnover and cash flow as independent variables on the profitability of small-scale MSMEs is an approach that has not been widely used in similar studies. Method – The quantitative approach used is multiple linear regression. The data studied comes from secondary sources, namely monthly financial reports selected using a purposive sample approach from February 2024 to February 2025. Destination –The results showed that profitability is influenced by working capital turnover and cash turnover simultaneously. Cash turnover does have a considerable influence on profitability, but capital turnover does not. Therefore, effective cash management is essential to maximize profits. Limitations and Implications – This research is limited to one sewing MSME unit, so the results cannot be generalized to all types of MSMEs. The implications of this research can be used by MSME actors in designing more effective financial strategies, as well as being taken into consideration for academics in developing similar research in the MSME sector.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evolusi Learning Management System (LMS) di era pasca-pandemi COVID-19, dengan fokus pada tren hybrid learning, desain mobile-first, dan microlearning. Kebaruan – Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada pendekatan SLR terhadap literatur akademik terkini (2020–2024), yang masih jarang diteliti dalam konteks transformasi LMS pasca-pandemi. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA, mencakup seleksi sistematis dan analisis mendalam terhadap 15 artikel ilmiah relevan. Temuan – Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa LMS telah mengalami transformasi signifikan, mencakup integrasi teknologi sinkron dan asinkron dalam hybrid learning, desain antarmuka responsif untuk perangkat seluler, serta optimalisasi konten singkat dan interaktif melalui pendekatan microlearning. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Keterbatasan studi ini terletak pada jumlah sumber yang terbatas dan cakupan yang belum mewakili seluruh konteks geografis dan institusional. Namun demikian, temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan LMS yang lebih fleksibel, personal, dan berbasis data dalam mendukung sistem pendidikan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of minimum wage and domestic investment (stock of capital) on labor absorption in Indonesia. The main focus is on how the labor supply side can adapt to the evolving demands of the labor market, both in terms of quality and legal protection. The study uses time series data over a nine-year period and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The independent variables are minimum wage and domestic investment, while the dependent variable is the labor absorption rate. The results show that the minimum wage has a positive but not significant effect on labor absorption. Meanwhile, domestic investment does not have a significant effect on labor absorption. A simultaneous test of both variables also indicates that together they do not have a significant effect on labor absorption. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 50.4% suggests that other variables not included in the model may influence labor absorption. The study concludes that minimum wage and domestic investment are not sufficient to significantly explain the dynamics of labor absorption during the observed period. Therefore, further exploration is needed on other potentially dominant factors, such as the quality of workforce education, technology, or employment policy.

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation and job insecurity on employee loyalty with work relationships as intervening variables in the Jababeka Bekasi manufacturing company. Novelty - This study presents a new approach by placing work relationship variables as mediating variables in explaining the impact of compensation and job insecurity on employee loyalty, especially in the manufacturing industry environment in the Jababeka Bekasi area, which has not been widely revealed in previous studies. Method - This study uses a quantitative approach with 171 respondents as a sample. Data were collected through observation, literature studies and questionnaires that have been tested through validity and reliability tests. The analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM version 3.0 analysis method. Findings -.The results show that compensation has a significant effect on the employment relationship, while job insecurity does not show a significant effect on the employment relationship. In addition, compensation does not have a significant direct effect on employee loyalty, while job insecurity has a significant effect on loyalty. Job relations proved to act as a significant mediating variable in strengthening the effect of compensation on employee loyalty. However, the employment relationship is not able to mediate the relationship between job insecurity and employee loyalty. Limitations and Implications The limitations of this study lie in the use of survey methods that rely on subjective perceptions of respondents, so they have the potential to cause bias. Therefore, the variable of work relationship as an intervening variable has only been tested in a limited context, so its consistency in other sectors cannot be ascertained. Companies must prioritize the quality of work relationships as an essential element in strengthening and reducing the impact of job insecurity on employee loyalty. HR managers must create a supportive, communicative, and collaborative work environment to increase employee retention in the long term.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of job placement and workload on employee performance through competence as a mediating variable in the Water Resources Division of the North Sumatra Provincial PUPR Department. Novelty - Most previous studies have not analyzed the mediating role of competence in the relationship between job placement and workload and their impact on employee performance in government institutions, particularly under real conditions where placement mismatches affect performance variation. Method - This research adopts a quantitative method with a causal associative approach involving 59 employees using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through interviews, documentation, and Likert scale questionnaires, and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4.0. Findings - The results show that job placement has a positive and significant effect on both competence (t = 3.386) and employee performance (t = 2.619). Workload also has a positive and significant effect on competence (t = 2.810) and employee performance (t = 2.118). Furthermore, competence has a positive and significant effect on performance (t = 2.930) and effectively mediates the influence of both job placement and workload on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously, with an R-Square value of 0.883 (88.3%). Limitations and Implications - This study is limited to a single division with a small sample size and a cross-sectional approach. However, it offers practical implications for designing job placement systems based on educational alignment and managing proportional workloads to optimize employee performance through competence development.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang pada bisnis ini. Kebaruan – Kebaruan dari penelitian ini terletak pada objek penelitian dimana Bandung Cheesecuit belum banyak diteliti serta lokasi outlet Cimahi yang belum pernah diteliti oleh para peneliti lainnya. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan data yang diperoleh bersumber dari sumber primer yaitu penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode purposive sampling kepada 195 responden dengan kriteria pernah melakukan pembelian di outlet Cimahi minimal 1 kali dalam 3 bulan terakhir. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel bebas dan variabel terikat dengan bantuan perangkat lunak yaitu SPSS versi 25. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial maupun simultan antara Kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat beli ulang konsumen Bandung Cheesecuit Outlet Cimahi. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Penelitian ini terbatas hanya dilakukan pada sektor bisnis kuliner yaitu Bandung Cheesecuit Outlet Cimahi dan hanya menggunakan dua variabel bebas yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan, sehingga hasilnya belum dapat digeneralisasi secara luas. Pentingnya sinergi antara mutu produk dan profesionalisme layanan sebagai faktor utama dalam menciptakan nilai pelanggan dan mendorong loyalitas konsumen sehingga memperkuat niat beli ulang pelanggan dalam jangka panjang .Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan untuk memperluas objek penelitian pada outlet lain, merek sejenis maupun sektor bisnis lainnya serta memberikan tambahan variabel lain contohnya harga, promosi, atau citra merek supaya hasil yang diperoleh lebih komprehensif dan dapat digeneralisasi secara lebih luas.

Abstract

Objectives - This study aims to understand the impact of entrepreneurship education, family values, and availability of initial capital on entrepreneurial interest among Generation Z students. The focus of this study is to encourage increased involvement of the younger generation in entrepreneurship as a strategy to overcome unemployment and strengthen the nation's economic competitiveness. Novelty - The novelty of this study lies in the integration of three main variables entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital which are analyzed simultaneously in the context of high school students in rural areas, specifically in SMA Negeri 1 Kencong, Jember Regency. Methods - This study used a quantitative approach with data collection through distributing questionnaires to students. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression to test the relationship between variables. Findings - The results showed that there is a significant correlation between entrepreneurship education, family culture, and initial capital with student interest in entrepreneurship. Education and family environment play an important role in shaping students' attitudes and self-confidence, while initial capital provides real support in the process of starting a business. Limitations and Implications - This study is limited to one school in Jember, so the results cannot be generalized to a wider population. However, the findings can serve as a reference for educational institutions and policy makers in designing a comprehensive entrepreneurship program, involving family aspects and access to venture capital.

Abstract

Purpose – This study analyzes the effect of career education content by Vina Muliana on the work readiness of final year students. Novelty – This study uses test variables in the form of work readiness as the dependent variable and career education content as the independent variable where the study is still very limited and has not been carried out in many existing similar studies, the approach used in this study is quantitative methods, where this method has been used very little in the context of similar research, using final year students as research subjects can certainly offer a new perspective on the study being conducted. Method – The approach in this study uses quantitative methods, where data obtained through primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to target respondents using purposive sampling on 405 respondents will be tested using simple linear regression analysis to be able to test the effect between the test variables in this study using IBM SPSS software. Findings – The results of this study indicate that career education content uploaded by Vina Muliana has a positive influence on the job readiness of final year students. Limitations and Implications – This study has limitations in the form of coverage represented by 24 provinces out of 38 provinces throughout Indonesia so that the coverage area can be expanded in future research, but this study can provide implications for final year students to make career education content uploaded by Vina Muliana as a medium to prepare themselves for work to be able to face the career world in the future.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami peran etika bisnis Islami dalam strategi pemasaran konsinyasi pada distribusi seragam sekolah. Fokus diarahkan pada implementasi nilai kejujuran, amanah, keadilan, dan kemandirian dalam kemitraan UMKM Agung Jaya di Kecamatan Sendang Agung, Lampung Tengah. Signifikansi riset ini terletak pada pentingnya penerapan etika syariah untuk memperkuat praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan berkeadilan dalam sektor UMKM, terutama pada bidang distribusi pendidikan yang jarang dijadikan objek kajian. Kebaruan – Penelitian ini mengisi celah dalam literatur dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan strategi konsinyasi dan etika bisnis Islami dalam konteks distribusi seragam sekolah oleh UMKM. Kombinasi ini masih jarang diteliti secara mendalam, khususnya dalam konteks lokal dan kemitraan skala kecil. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi pada usaha Agung Jaya. Teknik analisis data mengacu pada model Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, yang mencakup tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan prinsip etika bisnis Islami secara konsisten membentuk hubungan kemitraan yang saling percaya, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendukung keberlanjutan usaha. Strategi konsinyasi terbukti membantu pelaku UMKM mengatasi keterbatasan modal dan ketidakpastian pasar, serta memberikan fleksibilitas dalam pengelolaan distribusi produk Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu unit usaha di wilayah Sendang Agung, sehingga belum mewakili keseluruhan UMKM dengan karakteristik berbeda. Kendati demikian, temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pelaku UMKM dan akademisi dalam merancang strategi bisnis berbasis nilai-nilai syariah yang adaptif, efisien, dan berkeadilan.
