Abstract

The development of information, technology, and communication has been proven in facilitating the advancement of the digital economy, but it also raises the issue of digital literacy and knowledge about financial technology, especially among Islamic Boarding School’s students. The lack of understanding about financial management and the risks of using financial technology, drive the enhancement on their financial literacy. This community service activity aims to improve financial literacy and utilization of financial technology among students of Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School Bogor, West Java. The method that is used in implementing the community service activity is carried out training which is conducted using the classical method and the discussion about digital literacy and the use of financial technology. The results of this activity showed that the level of understanding and ability to utilize financial technology increased significantly. This activity is expected to improve financial literacy among santri and strengthen the integration of digital literacy in the education curriculum

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) at PT. DHF as a tool to measure employee performance, which is crucial for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with management and employees, as well as internal document analysis. Overall, the study demonstrates that the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method can serve as an effective tool for measuring employee performance at PT. DHF. The implications of these findings highlight the importance of considering multiple perspectives in performance measurement to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, with this study focusing on the learning and growth perspective. However, the study also revealed a low level of employee motivation at PT. DHF. This suggests that although the BSC is effective in measuring performance, other factors, such as employee motivation, also play a significant role in achieving optimal performance.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evolusi Learning Management System (LMS) di era pasca-pandemi COVID-19, dengan fokus pada tren hybrid learning, desain mobile-first, dan microlearning. Kebaruan – Kebaruan studi ini terletak pada pendekatan SLR terhadap literatur akademik terkini (2020–2024), yang masih jarang diteliti dalam konteks transformasi LMS pasca-pandemi. Metode – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan panduan PRISMA, mencakup seleksi sistematis dan analisis mendalam terhadap 15 artikel ilmiah relevan. Temuan – Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa LMS telah mengalami transformasi signifikan, mencakup integrasi teknologi sinkron dan asinkron dalam hybrid learning, desain antarmuka responsif untuk perangkat seluler, serta optimalisasi konten singkat dan interaktif melalui pendekatan microlearning. Keterbatasan dan Implikasi – Keterbatasan studi ini terletak pada jumlah sumber yang terbatas dan cakupan yang belum mewakili seluruh konteks geografis dan institusional. Namun demikian, temuan ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi pengembangan LMS yang lebih fleksibel, personal, dan berbasis data dalam mendukung sistem pendidikan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This community service program aims to foster entrepreneurial intention among students of Al Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Waru Jaya Village, Parung, Bogor, through intensive training on the use of Business Model Canvas (BMC). Despite the increasing number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the country’s entrepreneurship ratio remains relatively low compared to neighboring Southeast Asian countries. This gap is evident within pesantren communities, which possess considerable economic potential but face challenges such as limited understanding of business planning tools, insufficient business management skills, and ineffective dissemination methods. The program addressed these challenges through a structured series of activities, including conceptual training, interactive workshops, mentoring by business practitioners, and dissemination of digital learning materials. The results demonstrated a significant increase in participants’ understanding and ability to apply the nine components of the BMC in real-world business contexts. Post-training assessments showed improved entrepreneurial confidence and intention among students. The initiative also encouraged collaborative action within the pesantren, including the formation of student entrepreneur groups and plans for sustainable business incubation. Overall, this program contributes to the development of a community-based entrepreneurial ecosystem and aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in promoting quality education and reducing poverty through entrepreneurship education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya evaluasi pelatihan sebagai investasi strategis dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia, khususnya dalam konteks transformasi digital. Pelatihan Pengembangan Aplikasi Berbasis Platform CEISA 4.0 yang diselenggarakan secara blended learning oleh Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) bertujuan meningkatkan kompetensi teknis pegawai. Namun, efektivitas pelatihan perlu dinilai secara komprehensif, terutama pada tingkat perubahan perilaku kerja (level 3 model Kirkpatrick). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi dampak pelatihan terhadap perilaku kerja peserta menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner 360° yang melibatkan 27 alumni pelatihan, atasan, dan rekan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi perilaku kerja sebesar 2,94 poin, terutama dalam pengujian keamanan sistem dan perancangan antarmuka pengguna. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pelatihan efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta. Namun, evaluasi level 4 (dampak organisasi) belum dilakukan, sehingga rekomendasi penelitian mencakup penyelarasan materi pelatihan dengan kebutuhan peserta serta pengembangan alat ukur untuk menilai dampak strategis pelatihan terhadap kinerja organisasi.
