Abstract

In general, most companies believe that to achieve success, they must strive for the maximum possible performance, both individual and group performance which ultimately affects the success of the company (Purwadi, 2017).  The success that every company wants is not far from how managers manage Human Resource Management, in this case employee performance is the main capital to achieve a company success. As Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) play a role in making it easier for companies to organize and carry out the workflow or implementation of a task and as a guide for work results to achieve desired goals, (Arnina, 2016).  For this reason, the purpose of this study is to determine the influence of standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar.  Metode analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application by looking at the constant value and the value of the resulting remission coefficient. The results of the analysis show that standard operating procedures (SOP) and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT. People's Credit Bank Sulawesi Mandiri Makassar

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for every individual who is Muslim, zakat is imposed when it has reached the nisab and haul, in this paper the author conveys that there are several countries in the world that impose mandatory zakat in these countries and countries that do not require zakat for their citizens who are Muslim but leave it to the Muslims themselves. The author uses a descriptive research method in the form of library research (library research). The results of the study show that in the management of zakat there are countries that intervene directly in the collection and distribution of zakat in these countries, including Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Pakistan, Sudan, Malaysia and Brunei, there are also countries that do not intervene but these countries provide space for their citizens to conducting zakat collection activities, these countries include Egypt, Kuwait, Turkey, and Indonesia. In line with this, the zakat management model carried out by each country depends on the conditions and political situation of the country so that various patterns of zakat collection are born. in real terms, if the management of zakat is properly accommodated, it will become a new economic power in a country and this will of course help the country in improving the standard of living of its people because life is mutually supportive and mutual cooperation in the zakat management system

Abstract

Financial statements are information that describes the condition of the company and can be used as an illustration of the company's performance. This condition will motivate company managers of certain strategies to generate profits that are in line with investor expectations. Profit management in practice can occur agency conflicts depicted in agency theori. Profit management practices can affect the reasonableness of the presentation of financial statements that can mislead users when they should be useful to users. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and partial leverage on profit management in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 22.0. The observation period carried out is 4 years, namely 2016 to 2019. The results show that partially profitability has a positive effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Leverage has an insignificant positive effect on profit management in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The Malem Selikuran tradition is a tradition that takes place on the night of the 21st of Ramadan. The Malem Selikuran tradition is carried out to commemorate the death of Sunan Geseng. Malem Selikuran is unique because this tradition is followed by Muslim communities in the Tirto area and outside the region during the month of Ramadan. This study aims to describe the emergence of Selikuran culture in Tirto village, Grabag sub-district, Magelang district and to find out Islamic values ​​in the Malem Selikuran tradition. This research uses the field method (field research) with a descriptive approach. The data were obtained from direct observations and interviews with Tirto villagers. The results of this study are in the form of Islamic values ​​contained in the Malem Selikuran tradition, including religious values, historical values ​​and moral values

Abstract

Defaults in motor vehicle loan agreements by consumers occur because of the consumptive nature of customer is not directly proportional to their income. In addition there  is a bad faith from some consumer not to carry out their obligation as they should. The purpose of this study was to analyze the handling of defaults on motor vehicle agreements at PT Adira finance. This study used qualitative research method with field research.  The result show that PT Adira Finance in dealing with the consumers default in  motor vehicle loan  agreements from the perspective of the Islamic business ethics has implemented several basic principles of business ethics in Islamic economics especially monotheism, free will, responsibility and truth. While the principle of balance and justice. PT. Adira Finance has not fully applied Islamic economic ethics, especially in term of writing of consumer debt that are eligible  for assistance because they meet certain conditions such as going bankrupt

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of low self-confidence of fifth grade students at SD ISLAM TERPADU Al-Wahdah Tolitoli. This study aims to apply a problem-based learning model to increase students' self-confidence in class V SD ISLAM TERPADU Al-Wahdah Tolitoli. This type of research is applied using a qualitative approach. This study consisted of 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings with the stages of activities in the form of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The application of the problem based learning model is the focus of this research in order to increase students' self-confidence. The research subjects totaled 21 students. Data collection techniques using tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that the application of the Problem Based Learning model by teachers and students' activities in learning were in the good category, for Cycle I and Cycle II. So it can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model has increased the self-confidence of students in class V SD ISLAM TERPADU Al-Wahdah Tolitoli

Abstract

This study aims to examine the direct influence of the influence of e-service quality and brand ambassadors in shaping consumer trust which has an impact on consumer buying interest in the Tokopedia application. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model- Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) on SmartPLS 3.0 software to test the strength of direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant direct effect between E-Service Quality and Consumer Trust. There is a significant direct influence between Brand Ambassador and Consumer Trust. There is a significant direct effect between E-Service Quality and Purchase Interest. There is an insignificant direct influence between Brand Ambassador and Buying Interest. There is a significant direct effect between Consumer Confidence and Purchase Intention. In this study, the influence of e-service quality and brand ambassadors in shaping consumer trust that has an impact on consumer buying interest in the Tokopedia application has a direct and indirect influence. In this study, there is a mediating role, namely consumer trust. The independent variables are E-Service Quality and Brand Ambassador. While the intervening variable in this study is Consumer Trust and the dependent variable in this study is Purchase Interest

Abstract

Talents and interests are things that are not easy to formulate for the development of high school students. Grade 12 students who are ending their studies need basic referrals for parents and students. The purpose of this study is to map the intelligence and talents possessed by students before graduating from high school (SMA), and to analyze the interests possessed by students. The respondents of this study were 12th grade high school students in the city of Tangerang. The number of respondents was 102 students. The research method used is descriptive statistical method. Based on the results of the study, students who have multiple intelligences of mathematical logic as many as 30 students achieve a percentage of 28.8%, while the smallest is interpersonal as many as 3 students by 2.5%. The implication of this research is that schools and teachers and parents of students can use these results as a reference for learning styles and specializations in a particular field, when they continue their studies and the field of work they will be involved in

Abstract

Digital literacy played  an important role in human life now and in the future. This study aimed to describe and analyze the digital literacy of junior high school students in Bogor district. The number of respondents was 76 students from 2 junior high schools in Bogor district, West Java. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study prove that the intensity of implementing the use of digital literacy in learning activities and variations of digital-based reading materials and teaching aids is 73.2%, the remaining 22.8% do not yet have sufficient digital literacy. Based on the scores above, it can be said that digital literacy in the 2 schools is quite good. Schools are expected to increase digital use gradually, balanced with tiered training for students and teachers as well as staff employees in the school environment

Abstract

Entrepreneurial learning requires methods that generate students' intentions and motivation. The project-based practice method is an alternative method that is suitable for SMK students. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Respondents were 7 students, 2 teachers and 2 principals. Data in the form of primary and secondary data, data taken through interviews and documentation. The data is processed through data collection, data reduction, data analysis and conclusions are drawn. Data is tested by triangulation technique. The research was conducted in 2 vocational schools in the city of Bekasi. The results showed that vocational students were able to make hand and face cleaning liquid products and create desktop and web-based PHP information system software applications. The project-based learning process is able to make students work and try to make a product so that they are expected to become reliable entrepreneurs
