The purpose of this study is to know the impact of the use of quizizz learning media on the interest of studying science in Wijaya Kusuma 01 Pagi students class V B. The study is a quantitative study using survey methods. Population in this study of 32 respondents in class V B. a data collection technique on this study using questionnaire and documentation. Hypothetical results by using a partial test (t) obtained  = 4,166 >  = 2,042 with significant 0,000 < 0,05. The results showed that  was rejected and  accepted, which means that quizizz learning media variables positive impact on the interest of studying acience in Wijaya Kusuma 01 Pagi West Jakarta class V B

Abstract

Interest is a condition where someone has attention and interest to do something. Lack of student involvement and interest in learning can occur because the learning media used by teachers cannot attract students' attention. The research conducted at SDN Grogol 05 aims to find out whether 3D animation video media is effective in increasing interest in learning science in grade III students. This type of research is quantitative, using an experimental research model with a true experimental research design post-test only control group with questionnaires used as data collection instruments. The results showed that the average score for the treated class interest was 93.14, while the average score for students without treatment was 83.04. Based on independent measurements, the test sample obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that the use of 3D animated video media affects the significance which means that students' interest in learning increases, and there is a difference between the interest in learning experimental and control classes. So from this study, it was concluded that the use of 3D animation video media is effective in increasing the interest in learning science of grade III students

Abstract

Endophytic fungi are microbes that live in plant tissues that are able to produce secondary metabolite compounds and have the potential to be antibacterial, antifungal and anticancer. Purpose: To isolate endophytic fungi on mangrove plants Rhizophora apiculata that can be used as antibiotics. Method: This study was conducted experimentally in the microbiology laboratory by isolating endophytic fungi in mangrove roots, after isolation followed by microscopic observations to identify the type of fungus that grew. Results: Based on the results of observation and identification, the endophytic fungal genus Penicilium sp was successfully isolated from the mangrove roots of Rhizophora apiculata. Conclusion: Penicilium sp is an endophytic fungus obtained from the roots of the mangrove Rhizophora apiculata

Abstract

Polyculture is a cultivation method used to cultivate many fishery commodities in one area. The selection of fishery commodities for polyculture cultivation must be regulated so that there is no competition in obtaining feed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of polyculture system cultivation (tiger shrimp, milkfish and seaweed). The method used is a literature review. The results obtained are the average quality of the waters for polyculture cultivation of 3 commodities, namely milkfish shrimp and seaweed, as follows; temperature 32.97, salinity 8.75, brightness 24.67, Ph 7.29, DO 3.57, TOM 72.27, NH3 0.24, H2S 0.05, NO2 0.3802, PO4 0.8694, alkalinity 7.33 total suspended solids 43.253. Polyculture of 3 commodities namely milkfish, shrimp and seaweed provides more effectiveness and benefits, especially in terms of production, land efficiency and water quality, this is because the three commodities above provide a mutually beneficial symbiosis

Abstract

This research aims to determine and explain the growth rate and effectiveness of advertising taxes on local revenue in Kupang City in 2017-2021. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. This research uses growth rate analysis by comparing the realization of regional revenues in a particular year and the realization of regional revenues in the previous year. The effectiveness of advertising tax is measured by comparing the realization and target of advertising tax revenue. The research results show that the growth rate of advertising tax revenue has fluctuated from 2017-2021 with an average of 8.73%. This shows that the growth of advertising tax revenue in Kupang City has not been successful. The effectiveness of advertising tax in Kupang City in 2017-2021 with an average of 93.94% is included in the effective category. For this reason, it is recommended that the government and the public, especially taxpayers, work together to increase revenue from the advertising tax sector in order to increase Original Regional Income

The data used in this research is primary data and also secondary data, which is then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis methods. The data collection techniques used in this research used interview, observation and documentation techniques using Edward III's policy implementation theory. The results of this research show that the implementation of BST distribution in Lasiana Subdistrict has not been optimal in accordance with the 4 supporting factors in implementation in accordance with Edward's policy theory which consists of communication which is shown by the existence of an appeal to residents in using aid so that they are wise in using aid but also in conveying related information. The schedule and conditions for distribution of aid have not yet reached all residents who receive aid, then the resources are where human resources in terms of quantity are adequate but in terms of quality are still lacking, the aid has been received by residents and in terms of budget it is sufficient for the needs of residents, then the disposition of the distribution of this aid The implementer's attitude is very good in terms of service and ease in the process of collecting aid, and the bureaucracy of the government concerned is not yet fully on target in distributing this aid because it has not updated the population's social data

Abstract

The Banjar tribe has a series of marriage traditions, starting from basusuluh, badatang, bapayuan, to baatar jujuran. During the baatar jujuran process, interpersonal communication takes place between the men and women, accompanied by several symbolic Banjar customary rituals. This research aims to explore the challenges and barriers to communication in the baatar jujuran tradition in Banjar tribe marriages in Banjarmasin City. This qualitative study is analyzed using symbolic interaction theory. Informants are selected from community groups, cultural experts, and religious leaders through purposive sampling. The baatar jujuran tradition is no longer highly regarded in its execution in Banjarmasin City and is not considered a marketable value due to the weakening of Banjar culture and customs in the city. No communication barriers were encountered in the baatar jujuran process, whether due to differences in language, ethnicity, individual characteristics, or the COVID-19 pandemic. In terms of interpersonal communication, the most crucial aspect is that both parties can understand the purpose of the conversation. The communication process in baatar jujuran during the pandemic with health protocols did not hinder the baatar jujuran process. Positive perceptions from all those present and equality in the baatar jujuran process support more effective communication during the pandemic
