Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research, in which the author must conduct observations and interviews as well as documentation about the performance of Account Officers at PT PNM Tegal Branch. Loyalty and low Account Officer performance can result in decreased bank profits so that a strategy is needed to increase the loyalty of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT.PNM) Account Officers. The strategies used include SWOT analysis, an analysis that has strategic planning techniques and methods to determine and evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of a company. The purpose of this SWOT analysis is to increase the loyalty of ULaMM Account Officer performance

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze Thin Capitalization, Company Size and Capital intencity, simultaneously and partially against tax avoidance. in IDX 30 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017 to 2021. This type of research is quantitative research, using secondary data. The data analysis method used is a panel data regression test using Ms. Excel and Eviews 9 applications. The population in this study is all IDX 30 Index companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique with the results of 30 study populations into 13 research samples processed in this study. The results showed that simultaneously Thin Capitalization, Company Size and Capital intencity affect tax avoidance. The size of the company partially affects tax avoidance while the variables Thin Capitalization and Capital intencity partially do not affect tax avoidance. The coefficient of determination shows the contribution of the independent variable of 9.3418% to tax avoidance while the remaining 90.6582% is influenced by other variables that are not contained in this study

Abstract

Research Objectives 1. To determine the competence of human resources has a partial effect on the performance of employees at the Soromandi sub-district office, Bima Regency. 2. To determine that work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance at the Soromandi sub-district office of Bima Regency.3. To determine the competence of human resources and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at the Soromandi sub-district office of Bima Regency. The type of research used is associative research, which is research that aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables (Sugiyono: 2014: 44) data analysis, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, t-statistical test, Determination Test, Multiple Correlation Coefficient. Based on the results of data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded between: 1). HR competence does not have a partial effect on employee performance at the Soromandi sub-district office, Bima Regency, 2). There is an influence of work discipline simultaneously affecting employee performance at the Soromandi sub-district office of Bima regency 3). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Growth Opportunity, Net Working Capital, and Leverage on Cash Holding in the Real Estate Property Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Companies in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017 to 2021 are the study population. In this study, 180 samples from 36 companies were sampled using purposive sampling method and observed for 5 years. In this study, this type of research used a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the e-views application 9. The results showed that simultaneously growth opportunity, net working capital and leverage have an effect on cash holdings. Partially, growth opportunity has no effect on cash holding, while net working capital and leverage have an effect on cash holding

Abstract

Madani National Capital (PNM) was established as an effort taken by the government to become a financial management institution in advancing, maintaining and developing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). PNM is an institution that provides training for micro-entrepreneurs and is a strategic solution for the government to develop access to capital throughout Indonesia. PNM is expected to be able to become a financial institution that can create independent and resilient customers with one hundred percent of the shares held by the government. Financial literacy can be understood as knowledge, skills and beliefs that influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality of decision making and financial management in an effort to achieve prosperity. Simply put, financial literacy is the ability to understand and apply effectively a wide range of financial skills, including personal finance management, budgeting and investing. A strong financial literacy foundation can support various life goals, such as saving for education and retirement, managing money productively, running a business, and being selective and using debt responsibly. People who have a high level of financial literacy, meaning they are financially literate, so they are not too vulnerable to financial fraud. Conversely, people with low financial literacy are referred to as people who are financially illiterate, so they are easily influenced and trapped in financial fraud. In conducting this research, the population was all Mekaar PNM customers in 5 Mekaar PNM units, 3 units in urban areas and 2 units in rural areas, totaling 15,549 customers

Abstract

In line with the development of technology, it is currently able to change one's behavior in shopping online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers and price discounts on impulse buying which is moderated by hedonic shopping motivation. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online with a total of 150 respondents. The data analysis tool used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The findings from this study are celebrity endorsers have no effect on impulse buying, price discounts have a positive effect on impulse buying, hedonic shopping motivation does not moderate the relationship between celebrity endorsers on impulse buying, and hedonic shopping motivation moderates the relationship between price discounts on impulse buying

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of Perceived Convenience and Benefits on Loyalty Through Sim Card User Satisfaction By.U. Path analysis is an analytical approach applied in this study and the sample method used is purposive sampling of 150 respondents who are Sim Card By.U users. The results of this study indicate that perceived convenience and perceived benefits have a direct influence on user satisfaction. And perceived convenience, perceived benefits, and user satisfaction have a direct influence on loyalty. There is an indirect effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits on user loyalty through user satisfaction. However, perceived user satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between perceived convenience and user loyalty

Abstract

Service quality can be defined as how far the difference between reality and customer expectations of the service they receive. With the current development of banking, service quality is a key factor that will become a competitive advantage in the banking world.  Based on the test results of this study, it is known that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality has a positive effect on customer engagement which plays an important role in a service at the Bank. Then, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty.  Service quality does not have a positive effect on customer loyalty, because the influence of service quality is not enough to make customers feel loyal

Abstract

With the development of the world of cosmetics, everyone cannot be separated from cosmetics both for the face and body from morning to night. This study aims to determine the influence of brand image and brand experience on brand satisfaction and brand loyalty. In this study, the population studied was consumers who had used wardah at least 3 times in the Kebon Jeruk area. The sample in this study amounted to 200 people using the Lisler Structual Equation Model (SEM) method. Based on the results of the study shows that brand image has a positive effect on brand satisfaction. Brand experience positively affects brand loyalty. Brand experience has no effect on brand satisfaction. Brand image has no effect on brand loyalty. Brand satisfaction has no effect on brand loyalty

Abstract

The objective of This study will look at the variations in financial performance between businesses before and after mergers and acquisitions in businesses listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2019-2021. The sample size used in this research is 18 companies selected through purposive sampling approach. The analysis techniques employed are the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test and the Paired Sample t-Test. Liquidity, solvency, and profitability are used as variables in this research. The results of this study show that that there are no significant differences in the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity of companies before and after the merger and acquisition
