Formosa Journal of Sustainable Research (FJSR) is an open access and peer-reviewed journal, published by Formosa Publisher. Abstract

This research investigates the factors affecting turnover intention at PNM Mekaar Regional Mojokerto. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and interviews. We collect data from a sample of 243 respondents. Using the AMOS application, we perform statistical tests using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results reveal that compensation and leadership style positively and significantly influence work motivation; however, they demonstrate a negative and significant influence on turnover intention. Additionally, work motivation does not considerably affect turnover intention. Furthermore, the mediating role of work motivation in the relationship between compensation, leadership style, and turnover intention is nonexistent

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of employee performance sources in the Bima Regency transportation service according to human resources. Using purposive sampling, 44 people—all Asn employees—were included in the sample. It can be seen that there is an increase of one unit for each variable based on the findings of the basic linear regression test. Employee performance will be influenced by human resource development by 1,151. The correlation coefficient is 0.675, meaning that the correlation relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable has a strong correlation relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 45.5%, employee performance (Y) is influenced by human resource development (X). Based on the results of the T test, a calculated value of 5.925 was obtained with a t table value of 2.018, so the hypothesis (Ha) states that the performance of Bima Regency Transportation Service personnel is greatly influenced by human resource development

Abstract

This research is about the analysis of public relations in managing the nature republic brand association. In this study, the role of public relations was found according to Dozier and Broom, as communication facilitators and communication technicians as public relations practitioners. This happens, because many skin care products have sprung up that have the same concept and purpose. The method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses Emille Durkheim's functional theory in overcoming problems that arise, companies need public relations that can establish communication between companies and consumers. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted, it was concluded that public relations through innovation, namely the official website of the naturerepublic.id in managing the nature republic brand association, keeps communication channels open so that company information and consumer desires are fulfilled

Abstract

Public relations has a role to run an organization. The role of public relations is public relations as a party to find solutions to problems with the public, as a mediator between the organization and the public, as an advisor and decision maker of the problems faced, as a technical communication service. Public services cannot be separated from communication activities because communication acts as a tool in the process of transferring knowledge from a communicator (public relations staff) to a communicant (customer). Good service quality affects satisfaction, without proper service there will be no satisfaction. Oleh sebab itu, kualitas pelayanan harus mencakup lima dimensi yang dikembangkan oleh Parasuraman, Zeithaml dan Berry (dalam Tjiptono dan Chandra, 2011:133) yaitu bukti fisik (tangibles), reliabilitas (reliability), daya tanggap (responsiveness), jaminan (assurance), dan empati (empathy).Jenis Pelayanan yang akan dibahas adalah oleh penulis adalah Pendaftaran Penghapusan Hak Tanggungan (ROYA) dan Peningkatan Hak (PH). Penghapusan Hak Tanggungan merupakan sertifikat yang harus di proses jika pemohon telah melunasi pinjaman dengan pihak Bank  agar di kemudian hari ingin melakukan transaksi dengan Bank mudah untuk diprosesnya dan jika sertifikat ini mau di jual kepada pemilik yang baru tidak terkena hambata

Abstract

The Indonesian government elaborates the concept of welfare by designing new areas that are created with the aim of accelerating and expanding economic development, to empower the potential of local wisdom by upholding the principles of sustainability, integration and competitiveness. The Likupang Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is one of the government's super priority projects and is the focus of supporting the development of the tourism sector in Indonesia, as stated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 84 of 2019 concerning the Likupang Special Economic Zone. The government as a regulatory regulator forms a common understanding between the government and service providers, investors and the public. The purpose of this research is to formulate the government's priority strategy in implementing sustainable construction in the development of the Likupang SEZ. This research is a qualitative research using survey methods, interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) using SWOT analysis and determining priority strategies using the McFarlan Grid method. This research produced ten government priority strategies which were determined based on the level of urgency of the strategy. This study concludes that 4 (four) strategies are strategic in nature, the top priority to be carried out immediately, 4 (four) strategies are key performance, that it is important to do but not urgent

Abstract

This research discusses the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the MSME sector in Indonesia and the role of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PT. PNM) in facilitating the growth and empowerment of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This pandemic has changed the landscape of the economy and society globally. MSMEs have a crucial role in economic growth and employment in Indonesia. PT PNM, as a financial institution that focuses on empowering less prosperous communities, provides financing, mentoring and training to MSMEs. PT PNM is a financial institution that focuses on empowering underprivileged communities through access to capital, mentoring and training. The PKU Division provides assistance and training to customers, especially in dealing with marketing challenges during the pandemic. This study analyzes the MSME empowerment strategy through the ACTORS theory approach and identifies success factors that contribute to the national economy. With this support, MSMEs are expected to recover and contribute more to Indonesia's economic recovery. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of experiential marketing, service quality, corporate image on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction Mekaar PT. Solo Regional Civil National Capital. This study uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the PLS program. and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0. The unit of analysis used is customer Mekaar of PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani Solo Regional. The sample consists of 120 respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire distributed online. The results showed that customer satisfaction can mediate the effect of experiential marketing, service quality, and corporate image on customer loyalty of customer Mekaar of PT. Abstract

This research determine the role of motivation in influencing work discipline and career development on employee performance of PT PNM Regional Probolinggo 2. The respondents are all account officer employees at PT PNM Regional Probolinggo 2, totalling 371 employees. The technique of sampling using random sampling method which amounted to 100 employees. Method of analysis using SEM and PLS. The results showed that Work Discipline has a positive effect on Work Motivation. Work discipline has no effect on employee performance. Career Development has a positive effect on Work Motivation. Career Development has no effect on Employee Performance. Work Motivation has a positive effect on Employee Performance. Work Discipline affects Work Motivation through Employee Performance. Career Development affects Work Motivation through Employee Performance

Abstract

Role of job satisfaction mediation on competency and nonfinance compensation on work performance of employees of PT. PNM Probolinggo Branch. 100 employees of PNM Probolinggo Branch Area 1 Mekaar program. The sampling technique used the census method, the total were 100 employees. data analysis method using SEM and Smart PLS Software. It showed that competence affecting job satisfaction in the PNM Probolinggo branch area 1 of the Mekaar program. Nonfinance compensation affecting job satisfaction in the PNM Probolinggo branch area 1 of the Mekaar program. Competence affecting work performance in the PNM Probolinggo branch area 1 of    the Mekaar program. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the application of the digital transformation process in the distribution of PT Mekaar product financing. Civil National Capital of Samarinda Branch and its effectiveness. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection tools through in-depth interviews to obtain information and analyze the business model. The research subjects were PNM Samarinda Branch Account Officers and customers of PNM Mekaar Samarinda Branch. The results showed that PNM Samarinda Branch had implemented digital transformation through the use of the PNMDigi application in the process of channeling PNM Mekaar financing. The implementation was effective and efficient because it assisted the Account Officer in speeding up the Mekaar PNM distribution process
